Sorry for the long post, gang. I had to come up with a good IC reason for me OOC forgetting the letter that was found in the gnome Nettleby. Thought I'd mine some past trauma from a car in Ustalav. Perhaps Bacarov repressed the evidence, or he was biding his time to be sure.

Dramin, I don't think shooting an unconscious elderly man is a good idea. I can't see any defensible argument for that with the current company, unless you character has a different alignment I don't know about. I think focusing on Marcum would be better.

I'm really anti-retconning because some groups I've played with went all "BURN THE WITCH!" on me once. Maybe made me a little too jumpy; Call of Cthulhu does that to you I suppose.

I don't mind retconning it if it's an action taken due to me not directly stating that the old fellow had been conked out when he fell. Personally, I'd prefer if we did retcon it, as I'm sure it would cause further strife in-character, particularly with Calwen and Warshawski.
Also, while it could be chalked up to a certain dreamwalker's influence, that'd be the same as retconning it in my book.
Edit: What you've done here might work. I'll allow a non-lethal hit.

I can safely say that you guys have dealt out a pretty beefy beating between our three melee butt-kickers. Markham not having a chance to buff himself pre-combat helped out a lot.

Sorry that I ordered Warshawski to give us ranged support... thought she had something. But, since Marsh is going to attack anyway (a charge has to be a straight line without obstacle afaik, but whatever. Given that Calwen needs a move action to mount Windmane, and she can move only four fields until then, including the climbing out of the window, that seems unlikely as well) whatever I told you is obsolete anyway.
Calwen won't be saying anything more for this round because I think what she said was enough for six seconds. There is no way she can react to anything you said.

they get hoof hoof as a standard attack and hoof hoof bite on a full attack round. Also light warhorses no longer get the bite if I read it right.
The horse also get a +2 to hit because of Marshes' flanking.
I'm pretty much seeing this as Dahaka being stuck between Marsh/Dalton and Calwen/Windmane, so yeah, he's flanked all right.

And welcome to my nightmare! I had this awesome character (a Samsaran monk who was somewhat ill-advisedly turned into a brawler at the last minute) for a Rise of the Runelords campaign that has seemingly died out who, out of about thirty attacks during the course of the adventure, only actually landed two, I think; and one of those was against a fellow PC in a friendly spar. If it makes you feel any better, you should have plenty more opportunities to swing on bad guys as the hour grows later. :D
Quick question for Warshawski: your archetype still has Studied Combat, right?
Mr. Inspector Bacarov; no need to roll UMD checks for CLW as it appears on a Bard's Spell List by default!
You get an auto-pass! You don't actually need to know the spell, it just needs to exist on your list somehow, as an option to be learned.
(Its why the Pseudodragon Improved Familiar is really broken, as it has a Sorcerer spell list and doesn't need to UMD many spells!)

Yeah, to have more than one attack, Windman must take a full attack action, not a single attack.
One thing I would like to remark on an OOC level: Lupescu did not seem to know Beliandral, neither by name nor her looks, by the way his conversation with Markham went.
