Nnn isn't updated, but almost nothing will change with him. He is remaining the same class, so barring a +1 to BAB/saves/skills plus a few HP/PP and maybe one more power known (which he can swap daily anyway), expect more of the exact same.
i havent had time to update his profile, i will have that done by next monday at the latest.
good news is, he gets a 4th level power now.
sorry about running out of PP in that last fight, but the way his abilities work it is most efficient for him to use max PP on just about every power, especially considering that PCs were getting hit for nearly 20 damage several times.
for instance, as a 7th level manifester, he could either give one PC 35 temp HP, or two PCs 30, or three PCs 25, or four PCs 20, five PCs 15, six PCs 10, seven PCs 5. As you can see, the max efficiency is at four (it was at three last level) with 80 total HP given out.

Heh, not your fault, it was mine :p Raun was the one asking you to heal the gladiator peeps, not to mention adding a whole bunch of extra templars to the fight, though Gaanon did do an admirable job of dealing with the bigger threats there).
Hmm, speaking of, what's he been up to the last three months? Raun would have wanted to make friends with him.
As to efficiency 3 and 5 aren't that much lower at 75 each. Might not be too bad in a pinch.

I will try to get back in that habit.
My play time has decreased, but I haven't quit the game or anything. It takes me forever to level up characters, so that usually has to wait until a weekend where I am not busy.
However, i have sworn off joining any more games, which was a bad habit of mine on here (joining too many games)

Ever since Daina met Raun she's thought she appeared as a mean, ferocious giant who has to act so cruel to survive, but deep down is a gentle giant. But so far all she has experienced is a ferocious giant, and the chance of any girl-girl bonding is quickly diminishing. Maybe I could find you a little bunny or something...

Well, Raun is pretty violent, but she's only ferocious to people who mess with her (psionics especially so) or her friends (AKA the party and allied NPCs). She's mostly just indifferent to everything else unless it's something she can fight, because that's all she's really known. I admit she's pretty one dimensional, but sometimes it's nice to play a simple character who doesn't give a crap about all the politics and morals behind things, she just wants to be pointed towards the excitement.
So yeah, any girl-girl bonding would have to be initiated by Daina, or she'd at least have to see Daina doing something that catches her interest.

I'm going to be on the road the next five days with limited posting ability. We're in an awkward spot, about to start combat, but unfortunately will have to wait until I get back to start rolling. Sorry for the delays the past few weeks - haven't had good luck syncing up my schedule and the flow of the game.

I do not mean to argue about the spear damage Raun, just learn and understand. I am not even sure what caused you go get huge. So you are a large creature using a medium weapon. When you change to huge you are using a large weapon then? Also you did not charge this round so can you Vital Strike? Or does the bite preclude that?

| Raun |

She was a large creature weilding a medium longspear, but given that it's a spear the GM just allows me to call it a large shortspear (same damage, no penalty to hit due to using a weapon of the wrong size, etc). As Daina said she is a bloodrager now, which means she has some limited spellcasting, so on turn two after she and Gorkhan had finished off the tenbo she could have double moved to try and circle around past all you guys who were between her and the braxat, or she could move and cast a spell which is what I chose, that spell being enlarge person. In hindsight she could have thrown the spear to get in an extra attack instead, but I have no idea how viable that would have been, we haven't had much range on the attack rolls to get a lower bound on it's AC.
As to this round, I could indeed have done a vital strike, but would have been unable to attack with the bite. Vital Strike damage would have been 2d10+21 with the spear compared to the 1d10+21+2d6+7 (assuming both attacks hit, which thankfully they did), the 2d6+7 seemed much better than simply an extra d10.
Now if she had of still been using the hammer (which she dropped after killing the tenbo due to Daina's instruction about metal weapons), her vital strike damage would have been 4d10+22 compared to 2d10+22+2d6+7; in which case I probably would have gone with the vital strike (especially if I'd remembered fortune).
That clears things up I hope?

            Yep. Thanks.
Wish I knew how much DR the thing has. With its SR. Grit can't just stay back and use spells. So he either fights as a cat or has to use a standard action to use his acimitar without armor.

Yeah, according to Beast Shape II, which a 6th level druid mimics for Wild Shaping into an animal: If the form you assume has any of the following abilities, you gain the listed ability: climb 60 feet, fly 60 feet (good maneuverability), swim 60 feet, darkvision 60 feet, low-light vision, scent, grab, pounce, and trip.
Beast Shape III has rake at 8th for druids.

Woki - how close to the braxat do you intend to get?
I am chilled, knowing that you will always make things right. Did not mean to sound alarmed. Sorry for my part of the confusion, getting the terms mixed up. And you are right - confusion is multiplied by the ever changing abilities of both the druid and his companion.
Note that to attack at all Grit has to close. He only has 5' reach, even when large.

Ok. right. 1 gold = 100 cp. Still a lot Most common folk will not be able to afford it. I'd think there would be a tent city outside it the place. Now that we have paid do we get a lifetime pass? We should at least get a hand stamp. :)

Hey folks. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to post so that Daina, Nnn and Woki have a chance to weigh in. Just a reminder, the daily posting expectation applies in and out of combat. You're in Altaruk to do some investigation, and that's not going to happen unless you tell me what you're doing to investigate.

Just a note for everyone - I know several of you are playing low Charisma characters with few social skills, but that's a handicap for your character. As a player, you are still expected to contribute, either by commenting and suggesting actions through the collective or trying (and possibly failing) to interact directly. No sitting on the bench. It will really help if everyone makes an effort to include at least one thing in each post that moves the action along, either by presenting a question I can answer (ie., "Grit is curious about the construction of the walls, here's a Knowledge (Engineering) check") or doing something I can respond to.

I believe we are looking for news of Dote Mal Payne, the evil necromancer who abused the Seeker and may have big-bad world shattering secrets (or somesuch). I don't remember why Krista and Nissa wanted up to come here though, I think there was something else.
Oh, don't have time to make a post now, gotta run off to my course. Try to post tonight.

Raun's got most of it. Contacts of Krysta's passed on word that Dote Mal Payne, his female apprentice (the necromancer you tangled with under the arena and again at Lord Sanet's) had been spotted in Altaruk, possibly with other servants. She and Nell asked you to check it out and deal with DMP if possible - the alliance believes he fled the city with some of Kalak's spellbooks and other artifacts.
In addition, the Warden and the Champion are worried that Dote Mal Payne may have been able to access some dangerous information while torturing the Seeker while he had possession of her reliquary. They haven't said what, exactly, that knowledge is, but encouraged you to find Payne and see what he's up to.
