Wolf looks at Nora with an expression somewhere between amusement and outrage, "I think next time we will use that kind of healing on the others. I do still have potions, the wand, and my belt. I am surprised each of you do not have more healing." Wolf shakes his head but pulls out a wand and offers it to Eina before finishing binding her wounds. "Now sit still. I hope the poultice will do full effect now."

He reaches into his coat and takes out his wand, pointing it at the gashes he incurred during the fight.

The body reveal nothing in terms of items or sutch but they are truly something Gerhard has never seen.

Eian does feel sick to her stomach for a minute at the potion do her thing.

Currently As wolf takes his time nothing does seem to attack the party.

Nora looks sympathetically at Eina. "I have some training in dealing with healing myself, but none of it has come from what you would call holy sources... The midnight Isles don't look favourably upon bringing in goodly items. Just know that the potions healed you, and will have no lasting side effects, of that I promise. I am truly sorry my dear, I never intended those potions for your use." Nora responds cryptically.

Eina closes her eyes and visible trembles as she tries to calm down. Her breath shudders, and her hands fumble for the holy symbol around her neck. She mutters prayers under her breath, and after about five minutes, she opens her eyes, and turns to Nora, her voice much calmer this time.

"What happened to my pack? There were some potions in there that you could have used instead. Please, just use those next time. I--"

Eina's eyes darken as her mind is filled with memories of her childhood.

"I wish I had never become this." she whispers to herself.

"For future reference would you mind telling us where these curative potions are on your pack, my potions of cure light can be summoned by just calling for it when you put your hand inside." Wolf says as he focuses on treating wounds. 'Some aloe there and wrap it tight but not too tight. I sure hope I am not the healer in. This group otherwise we are in trouble.' He thinks to himself.

Once that point of reference is made and others do the same, hopefully, also when all are concious. Wolf gets even more serious, "I think it would be best we explain our abilities so we know what each other can do. I for example am a wizard, I specialize in transmutation to buff and strengthen my allies. I can increase your strength or any aspect of your person for about a half minute, I can cast haste to allow you to get extra attacks when fighting and speed you up overall. Lightning bolt, scorching ray, and shocking grasp are my main offensive spells. I typically leave slots open to be versatile to prepare for a battle, hopefully we will not deal with creatures just appearing on us. I rely on my regenerative abilities when being thrust into a fight."

Eina finds her pack, and the rest of her gear. Once she has the backpack, she opens one of the side pockets and sighs with relief when she finds the vials intact.

"They're in here." she says, holding the flap up so everyone can see the four vials inside. She pulls one out and shows everyone the seal on it.

"Make sure you get the ones with this symbol on the hammer." She points out an angular looking rune at the center of the hammer. "The other ones are holy water. It won't hurt most of us to drink it, but it's not going to help with healing besides cleaning wounds."

The Seal:

The seal is made of wax and has a warhammer surrounded by more runes like the one on the head of the hammer.

If your character knows Dwarven:

The rune on the hammer in the seal is one traditionally associated with health and wellbeing. The other runes are a prayer to Torag.

You also get the feeling that Eina doesn't know dwarven.

Wolf goes to Phurs and takes his time to heal the lad, first taking a 20 to treat deadly wounds healing 1 hit point per HD he has. Then using a charge off his belt. 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

"How is everyone doing for health? Here is my wand of cure light please use it and finish it off on Phurs or anyone else that is hurt." Wolf says as he works on the weasel.

Only 4 more charges.

"I need to rest and prepare the rest of my spells. Give me another 10 minutes once I finish with these bandages. I would like the wand back once it is finished though. Eina do you have any questions about my magic, unless there is a massive mishap I will only be putting helpful spells on you, is that all right?" Wolf goes on as he bandages Phurs.

This place is going to be the death of us soon. I have my wand as well, but I have used much of it today.

He crouches down over Phurs and heals his wounds.

"I think we should make camp and rest to recover as needed, unless you are ready to adventure out, I have about half spells left." Wolf suggests and informs the group of his status before taking the ten minutes to prepare his spells.

Nora looks over at Wolf "I think rest would be good, should we search this area a little more before deeming it safe though? Hate to be caught unaware and have to deal with something like that again...""

she then looks at the vials of holy water suspiciously. "I won't be going into your pack anytime soon with those vials in there dear. No offense, but that stuff doesn't always play nicely with my complexion."

"Otherwise, I am simply what you see. Though I have fallen, umm raised, umm are good? hmm, not sure the word... Anyways, I was raised on the midnight isles with the Abyss, but that life was never mine. Most of the stories you have heard about succubus are likely true however, though this island has been playing havoc with some of my magic." Nora explains.

"Most of my abilities lie in manipulating people and creatures minds."

Seeing Nora's hurt, Eina moves to give her some relief.

Seeing no one else in need, she channels her last bit of power into closing her own wounds.

A look of concern flashes across her face. "Of course darling." Nora replies. how badly have i screwed this up?

She motions down the path they took to get to village. "Shall we head back this way? I think it's relatively safe." She asks, waiting for the young paladin to take the lead.

Eina nods and doesn't so much lead as shuffle along. It's a few minutes before she says anything.

"I'm sorry about earlier. How I acted." She says, her voice trailing off as uncertainty knits her brow.

"I-- I wasn't always like this. I was born human, but I can't even remember my parents. My first memories were of cold cells, cold beds, and all manner of vile things being forced down my throat." The paladin shudders, her wings wrap around her, like a cloak.

"The monster that did this to me wanted to turn every ulfen into a loyal servitor of Cheliax. When it didn't pan out, he throw me into a cell to deal with later and moved on to other things. I was forgotten, until the day I rendered Torag's judgement on him."

Eina finds and curls up on a nearby rock, figuring this is as far as they should go.

"Wizards make me uneasy. Even if only for a second, I'm scared when they cast spells, any spells."

The girl laughs bitterly at herself.

"Paladins are supposed to be stalwart, unafraid, and here I am, scared of even the least little magic." that cruel bitter laugh comes out again, but soon, Eina isn't laughing, she's crying. The tears ice-cold on her skin. Where ever they land, they leave a little patch of ice for a fleeting second. Her teeth grit together and her lips curl back as the tears don't stop.

Wolf finishes up binding wounds, then pulls out his spell book preparing his empty slots with offensively based spells. Once that is done he closes his book and and walks around looking at and in the different buildings. "Filk, did you scout out around here? We should look around see what we can since the others are taking it easy."

Nora listens quietly to the young paladin's story, dark tears staining her face as she begins to cry along with Eina.
"I..I didn't know.. Oh Eina, I am so sorry. I would never mean to hurt you."

"And fear is nothing to be ashamed of beautiful." Nora consoles, taking a seat beside Eina, wiping the dark stains from her cheek.

"Look at me" Nora says with a sad chuckle between sniffles. "I'm supposed to be some big bad demon from the Abyss all about my own enjoyment, and it's been 5 years since I last allowed myself to be close to anyone. Scared of my past coming back to get me. For someone who is supposed to be a master of manipulation I sure have let someone royally screw with me."

"We are all not what we are supposed to be. This whole group is made up of people bucking what society says they should be, and I can guarantee most of us have fears that are not the norm for our race."

Nora leans in a little closer after her final statement, looking up the path towards the rest of the group. "Plus wizards creep me out too. I'm literally magical and what they do with that little spellbook of theirs is still wildly unnerving."

the Large House on the Right appears to be a guest house of some sorts

It is divided into two chambers. It has been completely torn up. Tossed about the rooms are two ancient beds, now crumbled to dust, three smashed tables and two chairs that have been torn up. In one of the corners is the corpse of a men. Filk tells you after looking at hims that something burrowed out of the man's chest, killing him.
After searching there is nothing of value in this first room.

This second chamber was used as a storage room. It contains sacks of rotten food, ruined sheets and crumbling provisions. A thick layer of dust covers everything in this room.

Nora chuckles as Eina mentions the not so little spellbook, her hands out in front of her in imitation of holding a VERY large book. "Sorry, picturing Wolf lugging around a massive book to try and cast with."

She might be a tiny little thing... but with a 24 str she is FAR FAR stronger then Nora. Figured Eina was being more metaphorical with the book being heavy.

"I've seen you swing that sword of yours. You can't tell me you find a spellbook all that heavy. hahaha, heck just looking at what you're wearing has me stretching my muscles. That armor and sword must weigh a ton." Nora chuckles back.

"I suppose we should find out what the rest of the group has found during our absence." Nora sighs, looking back towards the abandoned settlement.

Upon opening the door, you see an area that looks like it used to be a laboratory. A large stone table dominates the center of the room; on the floor are smashed vials of glass and ceramic, the centents long since dried away. What draws most of your attention, however, is an aged man standing in the far corner; he drinks something from a vial, barely avoiding swips from a panther like creature with long tentacles sprouting from its back. Your eyes hurt as you look at the cat thing. The creature seems hard to focus on , as it turns from its meager meal to look at you.

The man says in the common tongue "Please Help me!"
