I'm a day late, but Merry Christmas to all my gaming buddies! If the old handwavium has been applied then I definitely agree with you about all you said. We'll go for the weapon upgrades over anything else. I'll get the applied to my profile here as soon as my HeroLab finishes updating.

Well haven't heard from all of you , but using the Rule-of-4 let's assume I'm the guy for the job!
I have fair bit of reading to do, the gameplay, the modules, and the mythic ruleset ( i'm familiar , just want to wrap my head around it a bit better )
One thing I find is helpful, is getting the characters into HeroLab.

Just finished the last section of gameplay....well, I've got a lot to live up to ...PAPADM was pretty awesome! And of course you all have been too, excellent RP!!
So, my too do list includes getting Hyram and Alikia into HeroLab...still waiting on your por file, Aladir < furious tapping of foot> then reading books 4, 5 , and 6 so see what's coming.

Just an update...
Been reading and reading....some really neat stuff in this AP...makes me wish I'd run it from the beginning.
I think I'll be able to jump back into gameplay by the end of the week...fingers crossed. :)

It's been fun to play in, too! I'm hoping that, moving forward, Aladir is able to use that anarchic gift to further develop his bond with Arueshalae.
The potential to fully redeem her from her baser nature has always been an aspect of this AP I've wanted to play out, but this is the first time I've been in a WotR campaign long enough to actually see it happen; the other two or three I've been in died before she was even in play.
I've spent woefully little time on that, especially as interested in the idea as I am, and I'm hoping the telepathic connection aspect of the gift will enable me further character development for both Aladir and Arue.
Getting hammered by RL right now....so a bit of a delay to our restart...

That's fine man, I had a cold that left me with an upper respiratory infection. I got antibiotics and started feeling better... Then my fever came back with a vengeance Saturday night. I spent all of Sunday in bed, and went to my doctor's today. They upped the antibiotics and gave my steroid and a cough syrup. However the cough syrup knocks me out, so my ability to reply in a timely manor will be effected... at least for a day or so till my new meds kick in.

With March break in my province being extended for two extra weeks, my family's taking the opportunity to visit my family out of town for a couple of weeks.
I'll be able to keep up with games I'm playing in and my already established games I'm running, but I don't want to start this one without all of my resources available. Plus I'm going to be upgrading my Herolab licences at the beginning of April so I can properly run combat's etc.....I'm going to need a lot of help keeping things straight and Herolab will help with that.
So, looking to start back up the weekend of April 4th.
Hope you guys will stick around until then, I really want to run this , just want to have the resources I need when I do.

I am, my steroids are now done which should make sleep come easier. Which will help a lot. Staying up till 2 am and having to get up at 5 is murder. You get home from work and you just sleep the day away...

LOL. That's a great way of looking at it. Even greater if the kid knows that terminology, and chants 'Free Andoran!' on the way down to snooze. ;) Me, I'm still about. I'm one of those 'critical job' people, doing my part to bring sanity to people (i.e. delivering pizza so they don't go bugfvck crazy). :D

Sorry for taking so long to check in; my wife and I have been busily preparing for the arrival of our first child sometime soon, probably some time in the first week of May, if not before. We've mostly got stuff ready so I should be a bit quicker on the keyboard. I had the information in the profile itself at MT5, but the stat-line for my character in posts was old. I've updated it so that it matches what's in the HeroLab stuff.
