@Alikia - Have fun.... Poor Ezro....
@Aladir - Hmmmm....
I have updated the two macros (initiative and perception) for all my games. I took the numbers from your alias pages. Please let me know if anything is incorrect:
Aladir: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16 +3 vs traps
Alikia: 1d20 + 67 ⇒ (10) + 67 = 77
Ezro: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Hyram: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17
Quinn: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Aladir: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Alikia: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Ezro: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Hyram: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Quinn: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
Foe: 1d20 ⇒ 4

@All -
Apologies for the absence.
I should have posted Saturday that there was a possibility of being off-line till today (Thursday) because of many added activities to my wife and my schedule, mostly revolving around our four year old granddaughter. Losing internet access at the campground and the dang heat wave in NY did not help the situation either.
I will get a post up after lunch, three of four hours at the latest, unless the wifi goes down again, which it has on/off this morning.

Tomorrow, Thursday 2016/08/25, my wife and I are heading back to town to pick up our four year old grand daughter and bring her to the campground. She is with us till Sunday afternoon, when we drop her off back at her home. The kids, our daughter and son-in-law, are having an "adult" weekend away.
I should be able to keep up with posting, but just letting you know that this little bundle of energy has a knack of wearing out us two old farts, so if I miss a day or two, that is why.

Its an immediate action meaning, when the creature attacks, it happens. This is one of those things that is easier in person than pbp. Bodyguard feat is worded the exact same way, but not as good as that.

Dang, that is a nice Guardian Feature. It would apply to the current attack, so I would have to retrofit the previous attacks from the demon on Quinn. Let me know if that is what you wish to do and I will "update" the last attack.
In the future, make a note if you intend to use this on yourself or an adjacent ally, so I can fit it into the narrative.

I agree with Ezro, at a table top game it is so much easier to shout "Sudden Block"! :)
I don't want to tweak the narrative, so if the demon hits Quinn again for 15+ Damage, Hyram will try to block some of it.

Technically I think you are correct, but it never did set well with me that you could not draw a weapon as a free action, especially after a few levels.
No redaction for this, but I will keep it in mind for future combats.

Call Celestial Ally (Sp): At 8th level, a sacred servant can call upon her deity for aid, in the form of a powerful servant. This allows the sacred servant to cast lesser planar ally once per week as a spell-like ability without having to pay the material component cost or the servant (for reasonable tasks). At 12th level, this improves to planar ally and at 16th level, this improves to greater planar ally. The sacred servant's caster level for this effect is equal to her paladin level. This ability replaces aura of resolve.

Divine Presence (Su): At 8th level, you can emit a 30-foot aura of divine presence for a number of rounds per day equal to your cleric level. All allies within this aura are treated as if under the effects of a sanctuary spell with a DC equal to 10 + 1/2 your cleric level + your Wisdom modifier. These rounds do not need to be consecutive. Activating this ability is a standard action. If an ally leaves the area or makes an attack, the effect ends for that ally. If you make an attack, the effect ends for you and your allies.

I mentioned this several months ago, but it hasn't been especially relevant until recently. But, I'll bring it up again now and piggyback on the conversation earlier about Hyram's sudden block ability.
Quinn has had this domain ability since level four. In combat, I would pretty much always target Alikia if she's within 30 feet. Hopefully, you could just macro this into her initiative:
Seize the Initiative (Su): Whenever you and your allies roll for initiative, you can grant one ally within 30 feet the ability to roll twice and take either result. This decision is made before results are revealed. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier.

You do not gain the ability to cast extra spells, use new abilities till you rest for a night, so Quinn, No to using call celestial ally today.
Ok, will double Alikia initiative rolls. You keep track of how many times you have used it, and if I go over in a day, take the first roll. Will update the macro now.

Yes, level up to 9th. With you guys coming in the backdoor, you bypassed a whole lot of combats near the beginning that were nothing more to wear you down and use up resources till you got to Staunton, etc.
Also, I don't use XP, but the Level Up sidebar at the beginning of the adventure and it says:
[L9] The PCs should be 9th level soon after they start exploring the dungeon.
Well, that is the only thing left to do in the Citadel, so it is easier on me and you to just do it now that you are out.

Lol! The functional utility is about the same either way. I'll probably do Ranger with the plan to "cheat" into precise shot or deadly aim at 2nd level. I wish I'd had some opportunity to throw my sword a few times, though....
... I may have a rosier idea of how useful that's going to be than reality will prove out.

After youse guys level up, and head back in the Citadel, please have an IC discussion of what you are doing as you make your way to the back of the Citadel and the stairs down to the lower level.
I moved you thru the rest of the Citadel on your way out fairly quickly. Aladir checked doors, if no foes, you moved thru, not searching and ignoring everything. There were a few brief battles with some minor undead, which Ezro, Quinn and Hyram made short work of, nothing of importance.
So when you go back in, are you going to search all rooms carefully, or are you going to take the shortest route to the stairs down and after (hopefully) clearing out the lower level, have the Knights inhabit the Citadel and take your time searching it then?
If you want, I can just list the "interesting" rooms, and "interesting" items either on the way in, or on the way out.
