Initiative: Levelle, Relan, Vuloo, Braelex, Aidon, Andel, Sentinels, Incubus, Cacodaemons
Levelle fires ineffectively but her companion swoops in and rips the head off the lower sentinel eliminating further threat from it.
Relan trips and slashes both goat demons leaving them both thrashing around in pain on the ground, but neither is out.
Vuloo does something.
Braelex pulls an extract and fades from sight, eliciting a shriek of rage from the incubus.
One of the goats on the ground grunts and points just beyond Relan's shoulder with its halberd. The incubus nods and barks another order at them.
"I'll take care of her body guard, then. You get rid of these rock things. Stay on the ground until I remove the warrior threat."
The incubus then screams in frustration, again, as Aidon's elementals appear and move to engage the cacodaemons. He slashes at one as it goes by sending chips of rocks flying.
He follows up stepping closer, his voice switching to a smooth melting tone as he directs his attention and suddenly winning smile at Relan, "OK, you don't have to kill the woman, but maybe you should move out here and clear the elementals away from my flying friends... these walking rubble piles are dangerously close to going out of control. Wouldn't want them to hurt anyone." (Relan make a Will Save DC18 or follow the suggestion to the best of your ability)
The goat men, prone, slash out at the flanked elemental and cut it down but not after it clobbers one of them hard. The other elementals get a strike or two in and the archon strikes once. (Note the elementals lose their +1 earth mastery and take another -4 penalty for attacking the airborne creatures. Also note that EE2 couldn't attack this round and for the love of God, please tell me who they're attacking. You're gonna put 8 creatures on the board, be specific!)
The cacodaemons respond to the elementals by flying back and attempting to chatter and confuse them again. EEs 5, 6, 7, and 8 make a DC12 Will Save or be confused ... one draws an AoO from EE6
On the other side, the two remaining elementals continue their relentless assault hurting the bird, destroying one elemental and stepping to seriously harm the remaining one.

I would have summoned Air Elementals if I had known those demons were flying, the description doesn't say that and they don't have anything on the map showing they are flying. Please make sure that kind of info is made available

Initiative: Levelle, Relan, Vuloo, Braelex, Aidon, Andel, Sentinels, Incubus, Cacodaemons
Levelle and Talaay continue their dance with the sentinel on the ceiling, damaging it a cople more times. Their elemental flanker misses his opponent.
On the other side of the melee, Relan stabs the two goat demons on the ground with quick efficient thrusts causing them both to disappear in flashes of brimstone. He then steps forward goading the incubus.
Braelex slips invisibly across the room and the incubus starts turning his head slightly as if listening to something ... he then speaks in his demonic tongue.
Aidon casts haste on part of the party as Vuloo continues his healing. His summons are not very effective this round scoring only a couple minor hits on the incubus.
The sentinels are relentless and continue their single minded assault slicing into the bird and the elemental.
The flying orbs move up and over away from the elementals drawing opportune attacks from 2 of them ... but they miss. They swarm around the archon diving in close to it to bite at its celestial body.
The incubus, face twisted in rage, spins away from the elementals and steps inside Relan's guard to slash at him with its wicked blade striking the warrior twice.

It appears the map is not updated, which makes sense if you are posting from your phone while on travel. I will assume the incubus stepped up to fight and so Relan will step back again before full attacking.
The fighter easily steps back explaining You do not want to go into melee with me creature. This is what I do. His Ranseur dances between the space separating the two cutting into the creature expertly and doing massive damage. A total of 77 damage.

Levelle bounces a couple of arrows off the sentinel but Taalay rages on it finally dislodging it from the ceiling and it falls into a pile crushing the other one, leaving one final Sentinel behind.
Relan casually bats aside the incubus feeble defense and with a note of finality skewers it through the neck, causing the winged demon to twitch on the end of the warrior's polearm like a caught fish.
Vuloo heals more as Braelex moves invisibly back
The sentinel in the back fires at the hovering bird trying to knock it out of the sky.
Sentinel Eye beam vs Taalay Touch/Melee: 1d20 + 10 - 4 ⇒ (18) + 10 - 4 = 24; HIT!; DDC12 Fort Save or be paralyzed 1d6 ⇒ 3 rounds.
Meanwhile the 4 floating orbs turn to watch Braelex leave and then with tongues lolling from their mouths disappear from sight instantly. (BTW, these things look like miniature versions of the red orb things in Doom, which were also incidentally called Cacodemons ... note, they don't shoot balls of plasma from their mouths)

Levelle gestures to Talaay and nods approvingly at the bird murmuring to it in elven and generally showing the bird affection. Turning to Vuloo the elf bows her head, My thanks in keeping us in the fight. Talaay is hardier than even me but he draws much attention once in the fray.
The elf cautiously peers around the other room where the bulk of the fighting was happening, anxious to see if the cloud dissipates or the attackers return...

After a few moments, nothing else seems to appear and assault you. Braelex's cloud disappears after a second or two more.
Chamber of the Gray Flame
The air in this large octagonal chamber is dreadfully hot—the very air shimmers with heat and almost drips with humidity, leaving every surface within shiny with condensation. The walls, floor, and thirty-foot-high domed ceiling are of polished white marble. Ten feet into the room, the floor rises up in a three-foothigh step, then again at twenty feet in. At the center of the room, a strange gray flame dances in a central firepit. Two smaller octagonal chambers lie to the south and west, while to the east a ten-foot-square section of wall is a dull gray, contrasting with the white of the walls surrounding it. A single torch in a sconce protrudes from the middle of this gray square on the wall.

The incubus carry a masterwork scimitar each, plus a scroll each (haste & continual flame). They also each have one potion on them (levitate & remove fear). The goat demons disappeared upon death and took their weapons with them. The sentinels are just blocks of marble with metal legs.

Vuloo drops the life links after one more round (Relan is healed by 5 HP). He again heals himself.

Relan lights the torch and replaces it in the wall. The block of stone barring the passage beyond immediately pivots outward like a huge gray door.
A long stairway of polished stone steps descends nearly forty feet before ending at a ten-foot-square landing with no apparent way onward. The wall opposite the final step depicts a lascivious painting of a beautiful woman, arms outstretched as if to welcome one into an embrace, lips twisted in a faintly cruel smile. A phrase in a foreign tongue is inscribed in gold across the top of the mural.
