Darc Jonash |
Darc will take any remaining levels in Oracle, the barbarian levels were more for flavor and his background. It's RL game night tonight, so I'll hopefully have him ready by Wednesday.

So
Final breakdown (waiting on GM call before applying changes)
1- TWF, Wpn Fcs: Scimitar, Iron Will Racial-Skill Focus: Survival if allowed instead of Iron Will
2-Bravery,Power Attack
3-Defensive Flurry, Swap Imp Iron Will for Extra Traits: Birthmark, Dangerously Curious,
4-Weapon Specialisation: Scimitar
5- Either Skill focus: Survival (if racial option not allowed) or Iron Will if it was allowed.
If no Imp Iron Will swap or Racial Focused mind, then I just take Skill Fcs: Survival.

Still waiting on GM Call on swap Imp Iron Will for Extra Traits.
I' ll probably take Latent Psion over Brithmark. Same bonus, but I don't have to justify
suddenly finding a birthmark I always had.

Latent Psion (Human)
The power to affect the world with the mind is very much a reality in your distant homeland. Although you may not even have been born in Vudra, this power remains potent in your mind as well and protects you from mental assault.
Benefit You gain a +2 trait bonus on saves against mind-affecting effects.

Ok EVERYONE.
My "Last Rites" Group has lost 2 players and we need a new member. The DM has given me permission to invite proven players rather than him going to a recruitment thread.
I'd like to invite ALL of you to send him a PM and char submission. I'm inviting everybody to submit because everyone here is a proven regular poster and that helps keep things moving. I hate when games bog down.
Please note this game is descriptive combat only (so far) meaning DM describes positioning rather than maps. This doesn't take much away from the story as the DM is a good narrator. The pace is a bit slower than here (but I've never encountered a pbp game this fast). 1-2posts a day will do for the 'Last Rites' game.
Plotline- In a sentence? Sandpoint is beset by a Vampire and we gonna kill him.
Discussion thread here: Last Rites
Party has: Debuffer Witch (me) Falchion Weapon Master Dhampir Negative channel cleric Sage Bloodline Sorcerer.

From Thursday until late Sunday I will not home, and I don't expect to have internet access. I just didn't want anyone to think I had disappeared.
Add me to the Thursday to Sunday stuff ... although more like Monday for me.

Not quite. There was an oracle that came to Cassomir with a couple of the unnatural worgs, but all three of them were killed by the previous party. You're going north to find the creature that created, and still anchors one end of, the Dark Road.
As before, the mosaic swirls and reassembles as a picture, this time showing an island in the midst of a vast oval lake, surrounded by scorched and blasted rock. It is night. There is a circle of stones on the island, and from the center of the circle a faint line reaches skyward; the line is a black so intense it stands out against the night sky.
Gallowsmith's voice comes from all around you. "This is the Dark Road, a tangle in the fabric of reality that, when combined with the rest of what is happening, threatens to tear all apart if it is not destroyed. Break the terminus before the Road is strengthened by the conjunction. Again, fare you well." With that, the mosaic swirls and becomes only tessellated stone again.
The helmet turns towards Briar. "The maker of the Road is on the island and sustains the Road at its end; slay it, and the Road will vanish.
"In that place a star fell from the heavens and destroyed Kyonin and much of the surrounding lands. Things came with the fallen star, and one of them created the Road; more have come that way since. Unfortunately, this world was one that my master did not study in detail, as its importance was small until but a few moments past."

Guys, our game 'Mendevan Crusades' just lost a player.
This is a 1 or 2 post a day game similar to Kingmaker, set in the world wound. We are exploring hexes and siezing ground. Obviously DEMONS feature Heavily
Start at level 6.
Scores are rolled.
We have
Me: Blade bound Hexcrafter Elf
Sirhan: Assimar Oracle of Metal
Crissor: Gnoll Divine Hunter Paladin
Peitry: Human Admixture Evoker/Cypher Image
Keenan: Human Cavalier5/monk
Apply with what you like but the group requires you be able to kick Major A$$. DEMON A$$.
So far we think a BATTLE CLERIC would be good.
Crissor is not shy about channeling but Healing is not a pally's thing and our oracle lacks prepared casting.
I suggested a Greatsword Evangelist Cleric of Gorum with Rage/Blood Subdomains.
He would kick major A$$ and give the Party inspire courage!
Or
A Cleric of Imodae5/Holy Vindicator1 with the Heroism and Archon Subdomains.
Variant Channel (Bravery/Valour: Heal for 1/2 but buff group AC and Charges).
Alignment Channel to Harm Evil outsiders.
Human alt favored bonus to beat SR vs Outsiders.
These are just ideas.
The point is this is a high powered, Demon Heavy Campaign so you need to kick A$$.
Anyone Interested?
DM Carbide - Dark Road |
STR Ranger already spotted this one, but a Carrion Crown game I'm playing in is recruiting for one or two positions. Current party is an aasimar cleric of Shelyn, a changeling witch, and a half-elf urban ranger (my character). We're just starting to get into Harrowstone proper; party is second level, and the townsfolk are on our side (mostly, so far...). DM Corvus' fights have so far been all descriptive, with no mapping. He's started using a map to show what we've seen in Harrowstone so far.
Between the three characters, we've got a lot of the bases covered in terms of skill sets. With only three of us, though, we've got no depth. Another full-BAB character (straight fighter or pally) would be really good, or a medium-BAB self-buffer (magus, inquisitor, dervish dancer...). Give it a look if you're interested. Recruitment thread is HERE.
