I'm back as well.

Had a few down months, but doing better. Going to update Grey to Trickster 2/Rogue 8 & have him start Actively participating again.

edit: So I'm pretty much absolutely going to be going all Dex in terms of where I'm putting my ability points, but I'm torn on the other stuff. My original idea with him was to eventually pick up the ability to cast a limited # of spells to include shrink so he could get small, thereby opening even more targets for his Titan's Bane Trickster ability, but it's been long enough that I'm not wedded to that idea any longer. Suggestions?

second edit: Holy S@@*! I forgot just how much BS you can pull with Mythic Trickster! No wonder Whats-her-name went with that instead of Archmage...

third edit: Knowledge (Local) or Linguistics? Those are the only two skills I have been keeping up that I might be able to stop maintaining Ranks in. Which is less likely to continue being useful?

So, assuming the icons on the Roll20 map are correct, it looks like Kyra is down to less than 20 HP, which is why Grey was making the snarky comments. If that is incorrect, well, it's not as if he doesn't make snarky comments as a general thing...

If no one else has a suggestion, might as well go through one of the areas we know has enemies within. Nothing worse than going into something potentially worse and then simply have those enemies come up behind us while we are engaged with that other thing.

Just a heads up everyone. I'll be having a foot surgery this Thursday and taking the week to recover. So....

"The suggestion must be worded in such a manner as to make the activity sound reasonable. Asking the creature to do some obviously harmful act automatically negates the effect of the spell."

Once combat has started, being stabbed a few times and still walking to the statue to pray doesn't seem very reasonable, sounds more like Dominate. It's essentially "Walk past these armed men trying to kill you, to say a prayer"

I can see an argument for Grey still being under the effect of the Suggestion given that he really has yet to be seriously harmed or even threatened* by the present circumstances. Alorah & Kyra however...
Yeah, I would also argue it stopped being 'reasonable' once to-hit rolls started being called for...

*: Holy S*!+, if I'm right, these guys have to roll an 18 or better to hit Grey...

GM, any thoughts on the effects of the spell in combat given the wording and current situation? Would likely affect a few people's next posts

Upon Further Review; objection sustained.

Suggestion would not make a character move in combat. Nor would it stop a character from going back and helping a friend in trouble if needed.
Also, if anyone does take damage under Suggestion, or are slapped by someone not under Suggestion, the get another save against it.

I'll put the characters back where they were and refund any AoO damage they took last round.
