You take the prisoners, the fastest way possible, towards "Oleg's Lands". As you near them, a group of 7 riders, seemingly humans except for a pony riding gnome, approach you.
They approach warily, and call you from the distance.
"Who are you? Who are your prisoners?"
At hearing the voice Maria Borgnok screams:
"Benjamin! They are good people! Don't attack them!"
She quickly turns towards you.
"They are Oleg's boys! Don't you dare attack them!"

Tatiana Fortuna |

Tatiana pleasantly explains who they are, introduces them, and explains why they have prisoners.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30
Corsario, can you explain who we are again to help us get up to speed quicker? You probably remember better than all of us. Most appreciative.

You meet the 7 sons of Oleg Leventon. They are:
Benjamin: The oldest, and seemingly friends (maybe more?) of Maria Borgnok.
Caleb: Big and muscular, quiet and morose.
Daniel: Very charismatic, if the one that gets more "interested" in Tatiana.
Ephraim: A half elf, seems the more sneaky of them. he quickly tries to talk to Daliedhur.
Frank: A swordlord for the looks of it, he seems more attracted to Halcorg and his style of fighting.
Gideon: With a prominent holy symbol of Hanspur, he checks the well being of the prisoners even under the jokes of his brothers.
Vodyanoy: A gnome, and really interested in Neji and Destroyerman. He says he is a sorcerer himself.
They tell you that word reached Oleg's lands of your coming, and they wanted to find you and help you, if possible. They tell you that they can take you to their father's fort, and you will be welcome there.
They try, on the way to learn as much as possible about you. what do you tell them? Is there something you want to ask them?
Benjamin, also, requests that you release Maria, as he "vows" for her.

Tatiana Fortuna |

Corsario, I honestly don't remember where the storyline was. I actually hoped that you would speak for Tatiana to inform the welcoming committee as much as update the cohort players about what is going on. I don't remember that Tatiana has any reason to obfuscate their real intentions. Thanks

Halcorg |

Halcorg will make short responses. He has never been the social type. If the discussion turns to fighting, he will happily talk about the Shoanti fighting styles, especially the Thunder and Klar style that he prefers.

Which Frank seems really interested in, as he was ignorant of Shoanti's way of fighting.

Tatiana Fortuna |

Tatiana beautifully explains, "We possess authorized documents naming Anando Veresisi as treasurer and sole regent of the daughter of King Rupert the first, Alexandria. The Kingdom of Sloboda was created as a vassal of the Dragonscale Throne claiming all of the Stolen Lands by royal decree. Therefore, before you are representatives of the Kingdom of Sloboda. We seek allies and trading partners."

Benjamin seems to ponder your words...
"We will need to talk to my parents, then... please follow us."

Sorry for the delay: We move to the next chapter of the campaign... Corsario's Kingmaker: Birth Of A Kingdom
