Seraph looked to the others for their input before saying. "If you are truly repentant you will give us the location of your camps, the number of bandits and any other knowledge of other bandit groups you know of. Do this and instead of taking a finger you may receive a brand instead, so that if you sneak away you will be marked for being unrepentant the next time you are captured for banditry. Do you agree to these terms?"
The thought of branding woman reminded her of when she was whipped but to take a finger was a much harsher sentence. However if this woman was truly repentant then she would be treated well among the dragonflight, once she proved her loyalty...

Depending on the bandits response we may or may not know more about the bandit group unless this is a different group. Did the fishermen have any warning's for us heading south?

Seraph was pleased by their progress so far and hoped their luck would hold out. The fishermen proved to be of great help and the finding of the placer deposit was great news for their kingdom. Hopefully it would prove to be a rich deposit, rich enough to support a fledgling kingdom besides other untapped resources waiting to be found.

She looks down at the bandit camp, some two dozen strong, a major bump in the road that wouldn't end without some losses on both sides. Losses she hoped to avoid. "Xi'Tir, think we can whittle them down?"

Xi'Tir is created her own version of Anando's map and making markers of what they find, she has a map making kit so let me know if I need to make any checks to make marks on a new map. I will try and find a program suitable to making marks, I may just have to photoshop your awesome image if thats okay with you Corsdario. :)
Despite the smell of fish Xi was oddly comfortable in the smelly lean to's and makeshift shacks the fishermen called home.
Finding the placer deposit made her eyes glittered with a moment of greed but she was quickly reminded of the company she kept when Seraph and the others spoke of the kingdom they were going to build. She'd believe it when she saw it, in the mean time however she made a nice landmark on her map of the deposit. Just in case.

Xi'Tir smiled so broadly at Seraph's comment, so broadly that she knew that her sister would have scolded her. But she wasn't here and this land was ripe for a cleansing of the filth that over ran it. "If dey be human den we can do sometin' to dem. Perhaps a few disappear in da night, perhaps a few night arrows for der sentries and maybe some meet a blade eh? With some quick horses we can do sometin'."

Seraph remained stoic despite the way Xi'Tir described the mishaps that could befall the bandits, all of which were not only bloody but continued to reveal the blood thirsty nature she possessed. "If we can do something to weaken them then lets do it, we'll see what our new friend has to say about this. However we will need to make camp away from here and tonight we will post double the guards. We will have to make sure our new friend doesn't get any idea's either."
Just because she acts sincere about being repentant doesn't mean Seraph is going to trust her and so the plan to prove her loyalty to the group is as follow's. She will remain weaponless, however she can and will retain her armor for protection. Once it she is deemed trustworthy she will be issued one weapon at a time until the group unanimously believes she is trustworthy enough to regain all of her weapons.
Despite her repenting nature she will remain under guard at all times until she is declared trustworthy.
When they are not scouting she will be required to perform manual labor, just like everyone else, under guard and heavy supervision. Once she is deemed trustworthy she will advance from menial and often labor intensive camp tasks to things like crafting, so long as the craftsmen are comfortable with her being around them and their tools. She will learn however that every soldier and camp follower perform the same tasks, this schedule of repentance that Seraph has thought up for her isn't exactly unique and is to help build on bonding with more trustworthy folk. While working towards the greater goal of a new kingdom in a broken, lawless land.
Seraph isn't trying to ostracize or isolate the woman, but she isn't just going trust her completely off the get go. The woman needs to earn it and it's going to be earned the hard way. If she chooses to take the route given to her then Seraph will give her the skills needed to survive in modern society and perhaps earn herself a spot in the new lands that will be formed once they oust the bandit lords of the Stag Kingdom.
Hopefully this was informative and any other players who want to add to the stipulations please do so. However I see this as a three month minimal event in game, as I said the ex-bandit will have to work her ass off to be trustworthy.
This will go for any other bandits we try to redeem, however few that may be.

Xi'Tir: Feel free to use the maps I made, and edit them. I am using Heographer for the "exploration" map (with coordinates, work in progress).
Halcorg fine senses detect a faint laughter coming from his right, just before a Leaf, Daliedhur horse, speaks!
"I got sick of carrying that elf around, so I make her disappear! Where can a horse get a decent meal over here?"
Tatiana notices the horse lips are not moving.
Yeap, I know I can roll for you some checks, but sometimes I don't have the time, sorry ;)

The elf Bandit, Vendlara Alderane, kisses Seraph feet at being pardoned (is not usual to be) and gets to work.

On Leaf's saddle a racoon with clothes similar to Daliedhur appears.

Tatiana sees magic in all her companions, as usual, and also on the racoon (probably an illusion, not transmutation) . When to voices sound she detects the origin as magical too. Probably ghost sound or something similar.There is also a big brown mushroom that glows magically on the right side... Illusion aura too.
Just to be clear, invisibility makes you invisible to detect magic as well. Detect Magic is not a "cheap way" to see the invisible

A voice from behind you says:"But I want baldly to sing!"
The racoon says:

She hunts down their newest camp follower and pulls her off to the side with her guardsman watching to ask her some questions. She pulls out her map and shows Vendlara the approximate spot where they encountered the camp. "We find over score strong h're. Big camp, close to river. What do ya know about dem? Are dey the biggest camp? Or are there others?" Xi'Tir is being very pleasant as she looks forward to the coming conflict with enthusiasm.

Halcorg, roll a Fortitude Save DC12; on fail you get euphoria for 1d6 ⇒ 4 rounds. Creatures affected by euphoria are staggered, sickened, and immune to fear effects for the duration.

Despite the horrid attempt at lyrics, the song actually has a rather catchy tune that Halcorg must have picked up on his travels somewhere.

Much cheering is heard from half a dozen places around you after Halcorg sings. After a while the cheering goes away... Whatever was with you has gone away.
The fairie dragon on Tatiana's shoulder says:
"Shhh, he is singing"
After Halcorg finish it says:
"I am Ceinwen, and you are very pretty. You should wear a nice hat instead of an armor headpiece."
He remains in Tatiana's shoulder, resting.
The racoon on Leaf's saddle disappears.. . But Daliedhur doesn't...

After laughing long and genuinely for the first time in days, Neji has to quickly order her confused eidolon to stand down before he does anything drastic. The golem does not exactly possess a good sense of humor, but he eventually comes to understand that the worst thing happening is a prank. Meanwhile, the antics of the fey actually seem to be bringing back good memories for a certain gnome.
"Hey, Ceinwen! Random question. Do you know another Faerie Dragon named Noelle? She used to live in this forest about twenty years ago or so."

Neji and Destroyerman, flying over them, hear a voice say:
"Careful, Gnomes are slippery!"
Neji gets covered in a slick substance, and Destroyerman feels like she is slipping! somebody cast grease on Neji
Destroyerman need a Reflex save DC 16 to not drop Neji to the floor!

Xi`Tir`sreturn to camp was a pleasant one as she finally had someone she could fight. She hunts down their newest camp follower and pulls her off to the side with her guardsman watching to ask her some questions. She pulls out her map and shows Vendlara the approximate spot where they encountered the camp. "We find over score strong h're. Big camp, close to river. What do ya know about dem? Are dey the biggest camp? Or are there others?" Xi'Tir is being very pleasant as she looks forward to the coming conflict with enthusiasm.
She tells you they are like 21 bandits (not counting her) , mostly rangers and warriors, but with a cleric of Gyronna and a Sorcerer as leaders. They move around, no permanent camp, but she was to look for them around that place. They are the biggest, but not the only, band on this Lands. There are 3 or 4 other smaller bands.

"Thank you Ceinwen. I'll look into hats. By the way, do you know where my elven friend, Daliedhur, is? She just disappeared." Tatiana replies keeping it friendly.

"We made her disappear... She will be invisible forever...
The dragon turns belly up and laughs.
"Just joking... She will eventually become visible again... I think...

Xi'Tir |

The smile Xi'Tir gives the woman is frightening at best as well as her answer. "Good. Very good. Dis other bands they move around as well?" She waits patiently for her response before speaking aloud mostly to herself.
"So dey gon'a be hard to find den... Good. Yes. You keep working hard now, no worry because ya safe h're." It's hard for here to speak so cordially about the dragonflight or anyone for that matter but she has honestly never had a hard time among this group. She's a long way from comfortable but she does honestly feel safe with them. "Dey follow the drunken one, believe in freedom and have a good time but ya can der word. They not betray ya if ya not betray dem." she left the woman with those words and rejoined the others to show them what she had revealed.

"Bandit girl says dey a around twenty one strong, hunters and warriors mostly. Move
'Round often, so if'n we plan to strike we need at do so soon. She said dey are the biggest band here about. So if'n we crush dem then we weaken de other bandits mon."
She points to a spot on the map, a northwestern direction to the camp they had discovered. "We circle around, bring in de ravens from the west, we hit from de north west and have the dragonflight come in from the north. Use de river to cut off retreat, kill de sentries and attack the camp on foot. We keep de ravens and dragon men watching to kill any that run. Not a used ta havin' help huntin', so what ya all be tinkin? ."

Tarina |

"So we attack the bandits before they have a chance to be attacking us. It's not without risk, but it sounds like a good a plan as any, afterall we can't leave the bandits unchecked if we hope to protect our caravan.

Mulray Gasparo |

Mulray peers at the map with Karou on his shoulder.
"Looks good.. simple.. works for me."
He looks to the monkey... currently picking at a practice lock, "Remember this isn't duck hunting here... wait til they stop moving before you go off fetchin arrows from em."

Daliedhur |

Daliedhur hears the voices, and the whole crazy conversation between her companions and the... Fey, as Halcorg put it.
She urges Leaf onwards, the horse snorting a tad at the unseen presence of his mistress as they approach the others, the elf's scowl obviously not visible.
"What is going on here? This is a joke, I gather?" - she speaks when closeby.

"Yes it is! She is not the brightest one, right? "

"Maybe elves have different senses of humor?" Tatiana asks to provide a bridge for everyone to get along.

Halcorg grunts:
I lose my wife for many years. I get her back, now she taken again. I do not let friends get hurt and taken too.
It is clear that the overprotective Shoanti is not appreciating the merriment of the Fey.

You all see a weird huge clump of green hair appear on Halcorg head. Is it a fixed illusion, so when Halcorg moves he "hair" stands in place...

Daliedhur |

Daliedhur addresses Tatiana and Halcorg, by moving Leaf closer - "I am here, do not be alarmed" - she informs before approaching, then whispers - "Tatiana, Halcorg... I really am not in the mood for this kind of frolicking... Do you think we are getting anywhere with this"

Neji Lazula |

Destroyerman Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
"...Don't mind me! Just lying here on the ground!" grumbles Neji as she gets to her feet and dusts herself off.
Destroyerman rubs the back of his head sheepishly.
