Halcorg then moves up to the house and positions himself near the door so that he can strike at anyone coming out and cannot be seen/attacked from within.

Check the map, that will put you next to Maria Borgnok.

Depending on were the attacks come from yes, and from the chimney.

A cold female voice comes out, screaming, from inside the house:
"I am bored! Kill them!"

Maria Borgnok runs into the house as several archers lets their arrows fly from the trees, and some others pop out from the haystack and stand up from hiding in the ceiling of the barn! A rain of arrows fall on the heroes!

The female voice calls again:

"Welcome to the lands of the Stag Lord!"

Your turn. BTW, you were not flat footed, so use your normal DC. The bandits you can see are armed with bows and swords, but are using the bows. The ones in the ceiling and tress are out of melee reach except for Daliedhur. And not, Halcorg don't get an AoO against Maria. From where you stand you don't see anyone inside the house, but you can only see one corner of the interior.

Seeing the archers with all their bows, Halcorg grips hit huge hammer and charges across the area before the house.

We asked peace, you choose death. Bad choice.

He then swings his hammer seeking to create an indentation on the first archer's head.

The strong hit from Halcorg leaves the archer unconscious in the hay. The other three in the haystack, scared at the martial prowess, drop their bows and draw their longswords.
Halcorg has AoO, and Daliedhur, Neji and Tatiana need actions.

Two of the four arrows targeting Tatiana deflect off her armor and shield. She shakes her head at the needless violence. She quickly shifts her shield freeing her hand and requests, "Desna, please isolate these archers," casting Wind Wall.

"Ignore the archers on the barn's roof." She suggests to her companions while pulling her shield into position.

Hearing Tatiana's words, and trusting her implicitely, Daliedhur urges Leaf into movement, while unleashing a volley from her bow.

If I understood correctly, Wind Wall is isolating the Archers on the roof, preventing them from firing, so:
- Daliedhur moves Leaf to stand next to those barrels, and touching the upper right corner of the square containing the Well - this is a Free action, to get them in Point Blank Range.
- Then she shoots at the archers across from her - the ones not engaged with Halcorg.

Halcorg manages to hurt the bandit in front of him when he draws his longsword. Daliedhur advances on top of leaf and quickly shoots both the archers in the trees. Tatiana casts a spell and a wall of wind surrounds the barn. Neji and Destroyerman seem confused and don't take any actions on the round.

Archer 2 Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16

They both miss, but one of the archers, still shaken by Daliedhur arrow, trips while firing and falls down the tree.
Fall damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
The other four archers try to keep firing, but their arrows are blown off target by the wind wall of Tatiana! They can't understand what happened!

From inside the house the cold female voice screams:
"All of you! go get them! And the Stag Lord wants prisoners to interrogate, so leave at least 1 alive!"

Neji recovers from the shock of the numbers her friends face and recalls that she has a giant golem waiting for her orders.

"Uh... Right!" the Summoner says to Tatiana.

Despite having a couple of arrows buried in her shoulders, the blue haired gnome ignores the pain and begins making several dramatic gestures with her hands. Seconds later, Destroyerman rockets up in size and lumbers over to the cabin. Once the silver golem arrives, he utters a bloodcurdling roar and begins swinging his giant sword wildly as if he was cutting weeds with it.

D-Man's current AC is 28. It's normally 20, but he's currently buffed up with Shield and Mage Armor. Neji cast the latter on him like a minute before the bandit ambush began.

As for the long reach with his Falchion, I took the Reach evolution to kick it up from five feet normally to ten feet. Enlarge Person raises it to 15 ft.

I have not quite figured that out. Apparently in PF "large" is always 10x10. Personally, I think that horses and similar creatures should be 5x10, it just make more sense. Up to the DM how he wants to do it. Really makes little difference as long as the rulings are consistent.

Meanwhile, everything the bandits throw at the golem only bounces off of his extremely thick armor. The construct himself shows no signs of letting up. He swiftly swings his massive sword at the closest bandit in sight.

Round 4
Eraitar shifts slightly to provide flanking to his master and to block the woman from fleeing.

Eraitar
5-move
Readied Action to Attack Maria:: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 6 + 1 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Trip: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 7 + 1 = 26

Halcorg:
Attack-leftmost bandit: 1d20 + 13 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 13 + 2 + 1 = 30 <-- flanking from Eraitar
Damage: 3d6 + 7 ⇒ (2, 5, 6) + 7 = 20

Haste Attack-leftmost bandit: 1d20 + 13 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 13 + 2 + 1 = 21 <-- if first bandit went down, then middle bandit, eliminate +2 from flanking
Damage: 3d6 + 7 ⇒ (4, 2, 6) + 7 = 19

Between blows at the bandits, Halcorg call out to Maria:
Woman, drop to ground or cat eats you.

On my phone right now, can't really post decently. Daliedhur warns the others that Maria is trying to escape, and chases her on Leaf ;)

Halcorg drops the leftmost bandit with a couple blows, while calling out to Maria Borgnok, who cries while cat bite and trip her.
"Please! I surrender! Mercy!"

I can run at 60', I can catch them if I know where they are.

I would be hard to know at the distance, and in the middle of the combat... even if the bandits are already retreating...

Female Elf // Init +5; Senses low-light vision; Perception +13 // Fort +8, Ref +10, Will +4; +2 vs. enchantments // hp 52/66

Seeing that their leader has been subjugated, Daliedhur follows some of the others as they flee, not so much to hunt them down, but mostly to garner if it is an organized retreat or an all out run, and if they are in fact, at least for now, dispersed.

She then returns to Borgnok's, keeping watch on the captured bandits from astride Leaf, the powerful horse puffing and pawing at the floor, the adrenaline discharge from the combat starting to dissolve.

She smiles to Tatiana, Halcorg and Neji - "Well fought friends, they seem to be on the run" - then she turns her eyes to Maria - "Now I believe it is time we had a conversation, no?"

I will post my turn in a few hours.

Male Human(Shoanti) Ranger/7 [HP63/84; AC19,T11,FF18; F+6,R+6,W+4; Per+10/12/14; Init +2]

Once Maria is down, Halcorg takes off around the home.
Where other thiefs? If they gets away, then come back with friends. We need catch them now.

Halcorg attempts to discern whether Maria is truly surrendering.

Sense Motive : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Unfortunately, he is almost completely unable to read the woman.

Halcorg will then take off after the fleeing leaders. Movement is 60' for a few rounds.

Survival: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20 (add+2 if forest) <-- not sure if this is even needed, I assume I can see them if it is plains or a normal farm with fields around it.

The bandits are definitely fleeing, running away full speed, one group North and one group South.
Do you pursuit and leave Maria and the unconscious bandit behind? Which group do you try to catch up?

Male Human(Shoanti) Ranger/7 [HP63/84; AC19,T11,FF18; F+6,R+6,W+4; Per+10/12/14; Init +2]

North - I figure that the others have the south and I do not believe we have seen any of the leaders from within the house head south. Eraitar can stick with Maria until one of the others gets there - Neji or Tatiana should be able to keep Maria secured while the rest of us catch those fleeing.
