Brother Theo looked at the creatures trying to figure out what they were dealing with but since they were not undead, he could not recall any significant piece of information.

Stepping back a bit, Brother started to say a prayer that helped his fellow adventurers deal with the battle that started in the darkness.

The Dark Folk near Kudor drops his bow and draws a short sword and then quickly draws a second. He attacks with the first one.

Balazar drops his staff and withdraws in fear from the hounds moving as fast as he can.

Kudor follows up, trying to squish the darkfolk quickly.

Kudor's viscous assault drives the dark folk back into the wall, and then to the ground, the 3 blows leave the dark folk incapacitated.

As he retreats Balazar is able to fight off the effects of the poison.

Heccan also flees from the dogs mournful bays.

With all but 2 pathfinders retreating the dogs decent on Brother Theo biting at the holy man.

One bite lands hard on the Brother, while the other misses. The hounds bite drags Theo from his feet.

Following his hounds, the other dark folk moves forward and looses an arrow at Brother Theo.

Green Bow attack: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 32
damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

The arrow hits and Brother Theo feels the strange burning sensation where the arrow hit him. The dark folk drops his bow after the shot.

Herodotus joined by his fellows stares in dread at the house, ready to run if the dogs appear.

Balazar continues to make his panicked exit, stopping outside by Queth, who himself continues to retreat, to where Herodotus and Heccan have taken a cautious watch on the front door. Just as Heccan begins to regain his nerve.

Brother Theo felt the arrow bite into his flesh but the poison that the arrow was laced with did not seem to effect him. Swiftly standing up, Brother Theo moved back a bit before a halo of light illuminated the area. "I do not know what you are but since you like to hide in the darkness, let me prevent you from hiding."

Brother Theo stands activating his Nimbus of Light, the bright light dispels the darkness spell cast by the dark folk; the room is now bathed in light.

Kudor teleports from location to location, bashing and pushing the hounds and dark folk as he goes. All hits and all bull rushes hit

Heccan cast infernal healing on his wounds.

Something came up last night and I never made it back to the computer. Onward.

One shadow dog charges Brother Theo.

Trip: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (20) + 10 = 30

The hounds bite lands crunching into Brother Theo's leg and once again pulling him from his feet.

The other hound attempts to attack Kudor.

Blue Bite Attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15
damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Blue Tail Slap: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21

But is unable to hit the elusive horizon walker.

The dark folk quickly draws two short swords, stepping forward to also attack Kudor.

But his attempts are in vain and he misses, as Kudor side steps the blades.

Kudor then steps to the south and tries to slam the purple dog into the alcove.

Kudor then turns to the blue dog and slams him into the wall.

Swiftly standing back up, Brother Theo once again stepped back again, unleashing a blast of light at the beast that tried biting off his leg.

Swift action stand up, keep Nimbus of light going. 5' step back and cast searing light at the shadow mastiff in front of me. Not sure on what kind of damage it would do to the creature.

Brother Theo stands and blasts the shadow dog with a searing holy light.
Would be standard damage against this creature.

The dog is badly hurt but still standing.

Kudor slams the dark stalker down the hall; steps, slams the mastiff dropping it lifelessly to the ground; and finally misses the other dog.

Heccan joins the party, in fact several of him do, as the last of his wounds are healed by the devil's blood.
Go ahead and roll for you number of mirror image copies.

The remaining dog tries to viscously attack Kudor.

The outmatched dark folk quickly retreats up the stairs.

While others, inevitably go for cure wands, Queth turns to Balazar and casts Lesser Restoration on him.

If we are taking a few rounds for things like lesser restoration then the Hound Archon will give everyone Aids. Add 1d8 +6 temporary hit points.

So say at least 3 rounds for Queth to cast Lesser Restoration. Balazar summons Hound Archon, Stoneskin on Kudor, and cast Barkskin on Kudor. DR 10 Adamantium until it absorbs 70 damage and +3 natural armor. Both lasts 70 minutes. Hound Archon casts Aid on Herodotus, Kudor, and Balazar. And someone uses Kudor's wand to heal Balazar.

This room’s only furnishings are a large table and several chairs. The three doorways to the north and the one leads to the south.

The hound moves forward sniffing around the room and stops next to the eastern most door, indicating it believes the dark folk maybe through that door.
