Other than some wrap up, unless you want to specifically pick a fight with one of the other possible encounters, Miyako can recover over a couple weeks at the Lantern Lodge. There is no penalty for skipping them. If you want to use one casting, so she can walk out under her own power, go ahead and roll it. So just let me know.

The moment Miyako hits the floor her appearance shifts. Her skin changes to a crimson fur, a tail pops up from under her skirt, and her facial features become fox-like.
Once Bo's cast his spell on Miyako, she opens her eyes again and weakly sits up. She immediately notices her human disguise has worn off.

Grandma: Come on, Miyako. I'm sure they like you the way you are!
Miyako: It's not about that. It's just that I... I'd rather just have told them, instead of this... happening...?
We can check the other rooms, if your wish. Though personally I think this would be a nice wrap-up for the scenario, with maybe some more roleplaying.

Giltman pats Miyako on the head, right between her fox ears. "Do not fret, my friend. Whether you are kitsune, human, or goblin, we would accept you."

Shocked by what happened, Bo has to deal with these emotions, he was raised in relatively xenophobic area of Cheliax where he worked as a Slave enforcer.
All this time she was non-human . . well if I was fine with her as human, I'm sure I can like her as Kitsune, least she isn't an elf.
Bo'll beam as she sheepishly transforms back into her human form, "Human form or Kitsune, you're our friend and nothin' can stop or change that"

Miyako comes around and heals herself, her big secret revealed to the group.
One ratfolk has surrendered, but keeps looking around, as if looking for an opportunity to escape. Two other ratfolk and a human lay unconscious around the large room as well.

"Thanks, guys," Miyako mumbles a bit timidly. "Not everyone thinks that way... I hope you do understand that's why I kept quiet..."
Miyako looks at the conscious ratfolk and grabs her rope. She clears her throat before addressing the ratfolk. "I'll tie you up and you'll come with us. Don't resist, you saw what happens if you do."
Looking back at her allies, Miyako asks, "Do you want to interrogate here, or shall we leave this place quickly and do that in a safer place?"
"Elska, can Nuk carry the unconscious ones?"

"I'm just glad you are feeling better, Miyako," Elska stammers awkwardly. "Of course Nuk can carry them, can't you little one?" She gently strokes Nuk's ear.

Elska and Kelson's attention turns first to the maps on the wall.
They seem to imply locations of possible attacks, the map discerns architectural layouts of Goka, a sketch of the interior of the Lantern Lodge, and a detailed drawing of an unexceptional multicolored tapestry covered in abstract patterns—the Hao Jin Tapestry.
Turning your attention to the surrendered ratfolk you find among other things a gold Aspis Consortium badge and also a silver Aspis badge wrapped in a letter.
A. X. Adrius is the public face of the Aspis consortium’s leadership, and that he shares power with the consortium’s anonymous shadowy board of patrons.
The gold badge is clearly a forgery
Finally, you find an unsent missive addressed to someone named Marnarius sitting on the stage.
