Discussion

I'm looking for interested players for a run into #1-08: Sanctuary of Drowned Delight.

It is a Wayfinder mission that looks to send the party to alien worlds in the efforts to secure more resources to restore one of the major Starfinder vessels to working order.

I would be interested in getting this started within a week, but if everyone is ready I would start as soon as everyone is available.

I probably cooked that scenario into my brain to the point I have probably memorised it too heavily to now be able to play it. It was great to prep.

Are you aloud to play in multiple scenarios at the same time with different characters?

Oh yes, definitely! So long as each character have different PFS/SFS number, go right ahead. That's one of the reasons actually why many of us play PbP. While each game runs much slower than F2F games, being able to run through multiple characters simultaneously partially makes up for it. At the start though, I would recommend going slow until you find what your capacity is. After all, it should be fun and not end up being a chore to "update" each character.

One caveat though. When playing pregens, you have to decide in advance which character you want to assign the credit to. This would effectively lock that character from playing other games as it is technically in a game, albeit in the guise of the pregen.

Chetna arrives back at the station and swipes access to her quarters. A pulsing blue light on her terminal indicates a message waiting. It's probably Zo! wanting those promo weapons back, she thinks while tossing her new toys into the weapons rack. Heading to the kitchen she pitches the milk and bread that had gone bad into the protein-recycler. She grabs a cup of instant noodles, adds water, and sits down to browse upcoming mission requests.

I'm almost finished playing through 01-15 Save the Rendrodas, and enjoyed it so much, I'm thinking of running a game.

So if you are up for a bit of a society gin-down while having your ear chewed off by environmentalists who are passionate about their cause then this might be the mission for you.

Because this is sensitive, only experienced agents will be accepted for the assignment (read, tier 3-6).

I'm reserving a space for someone new to PBP. That might or might not get taken as this is a 3-6. I'd prefer to avoid a pre-gen if possible.

I'll roll some dice to determine the lottery winners over the weekend - although if an obvious team develops I might end up picking some winnters (e.g. there are 6 level 3-4 characters and one level 6, the level 6 might just miss out). I aim to start playing next Monday (10th June).

I aim to DM some high tier for Starfinder. Who is up for playing Heart of the Foe 1-34. Tags Second Seekers JA and LE.

The post count of one-per-day will surely not be a problem, and if you are open (and patient enough) to accept a real newbie, then I would surely be in!

I would be happy to have have you along and help you get set up with a game. The game I was previously recruiting for was for a slightly higher level for 3rd to 6th level characters. I didn't gent a enough people wanting to play that one so I was planning on running a different scenario. One that would be great for lower level characters and I checked in with a few other people would be also be interested in playing.

If that would be fine with you I'll be sending you PMs telling you how to get set up for Starfinder Society and everything you need to get going for PbP for this or any other game.

We have a low level table of 1-26 ready to go off (Repeatable: Beacon Code Dilemma). But we have room for one more. So far all soldiers, envoys, and one operative so far.

I just got through playing 1-31: Treading History's Folly, and enjoyed it quite a bit. Enough so that I'm now considering running it here. It's a tier 3-6 that follows up on the special (1-99) and has the Faction tag for Second Seekers (Jadnura).

I have a character I've been meaning to put together who could use a Commencement run, too. Also need to get her built

Man, I want a commencement for this little guy so bad!

(But I also want to finish my current freelancing gig. Gah!)
