yeah sorry about the mixed message- I reread her description in the Shackles book and realized that she's not really a pirate though some of her deputies are. I'm sure the Shackles are full of corrupt officials, but decided to play her more as a common sailor doing her best to control alot of bored petitioners in Plumetown.

Dibbets will be flying out of Malaysia and back into Australia on 28th September and will be visiting family for a couple of weeks through to the 15th of October. While I should still be able to check in periodically it will likely cause a few interruptions and my posts may involve a little more brevity than usual.
If needed at any point feel free to keep things moving with a DMPC :)

About half of mine disappeared. I fell behind thinking that nobody was doing anything. Fortunately this one stayed.
I've learned not to trust the dots and 'new post' updates as far as I can throw them. I just run down the campaign page and open the lot of 'em - just to be sure.
every now and again i lose a dot. if things seem unusually quiet i take a peek just to make sure.
Alright, I'll be entering Quarter grades, GMing RinCon this weekend, and out and about in NM next week (sorry to have missed you, Groom.) As Groom and Dibbs and Jim are likely scarce as well, I'd say low burner for the next week.
Despite expectations, which I hate to disappoint, but berry picking and beach combing are trouble free. Enjoy a day or two of shore leave in game if you are so inclined, boys.
Slow and steady on the slack tide does seem like the way to go for the next week or so.

I'm back in the states, but not yet home. Had a good trip, but it will good to get back home. I will try to get read-up and back in the threads over the next day or two. Should be home and up to speed by Thursday. Sorry for the posting gap.
Have returned from two weeks of sick kids and spending between two and four hours a day driving around Perth visiting family and what not. Ready, willing and able to knuckle back down to the dirt selling business.

I managed to cajole the failing hard drive into giving up an image file, swapped in a new drive, and spent an hour or so watching the computer rebuild itself. Seems to work OK now.
Didn't we just get art supplies for the flumph and now some Siren wants to paint something?.....oh wait...I think I read that wrong....never mind.

I believe Groom has the buckler, I don't remember ever dividing up the cash or the potions, and I think Dingus may have the spear at the moment. We should really sell it, though.
I do have the buckler. And I got a dead Pirate's coat off Sentinel Islands. And there is the Sea Pact ring of swimming that is 'floating around' out there somewhere. the Groom will hold onto it if no one seems too attached to it at present.
Stupid rules question here: does the Weapon Focus feat add +1 to combat maneuver rolls with the specified weapon?
