So, it sounds like we have 4 slots. Here's where I guess we need to put in the slots.
Moon - Dimly lit disc (I think Doodle is holding it this one?)
Void - Disc emitting Darkness (I think Amelie has this one.)
Sun - Disc emitting lots of light
Stars - Disc with many sparkling lights
I only count one more disc (the one in the room the snake was stuck in) Did I get this right?
It sounds like anyone who drank from the water can cross without issue. Bart, Stormy and Amelie drank from it. Doodle has Mirror Image so she has a chance of not getting caught. I'm grappled by the snake with no real chance of escape.

8' is not that high. at 6'2" I can easily reach 8' without jumping. I think from a game mechanic any medium or small creature can reach from their 5' square into an adjacent one for an attack and that includes the one above it, right?

Unfortunately it says a medium creature needs help to reach the slot. Either by being boosted up or other means. It is also a full round action to slot it.
Slotting in a warding disc requires careful placement in the panel; even if the PC can reach the panel 8 feet from the floor (such as being boosted up by an ally or borrowing the scaffolding from area C1), a full-round action is required to put a disc in place. If the pieces are
placed in the wrong order, nothing happens; removing a warding disc requires a move action. If the pieces are placed in the proper order, each panel seals into a single, seamless piece of stone.

I had plans to play this character this coming weekend, with the expectation that all Gameday games would be complete. When do you think you will end this?

Two more discs to go. Amelie, Bart and Stormy drank water from the well so they seem to be protected from the snake.
Here's how I see the rest of this going:
Now
Stormy and Doodle pick up a disc.
1 Round later
Stormy and Doodle head back to the 4 slots.
2 Rounds later
Stormy and Doodle slot the discs, with Amelie and Bart boosting them.
If this is true, we can just fast forward 3 rounds and Meredith can try to escape the grapple. If Doodle is grabbed then Bart can run up, grab the disc, return and Stormy and Amelie can slot the remaining discs.
If we're all good with this plan, I'll start rolling to escape for the next 3 turns.

Ah, they are on the slides. My chronicle looks good, thanks!
I was able to copy the chronicle and put it in Google Keep, then download the image inside that note. I don't know if there's a different way to get the chronicle.
