Oh. Am I invited to this wedding? WHom do I know? Is that information available and I haven't seen it yet?

Everyone has an invitation by the bride unless they had another reason in their backstory for them being there that I worked with them on. We will say you are walking into the inn as they are having the discussion. We can assume one of the townsfolk told you which way the party went.

I am about to go to work or prepare to go to work so if you have any more questions post them and I can answer them when I get back.

Searched google. couldn't find anything. What's a Malconviker?

A Malconvoker is a 3.5 prestige class that focuses on summoning and binding creatures. He gets to summon extra creatures, makes them stronger, and I think he make them stay longer than normal.
Clerics who go into the class can summon and bind evil creatures without penalty if a players wishes to use a cleric instead of an arcane class.

You do have to make bluff checks though. If you fail the bluff check I think bad things can happen. I have always wanted to play one.

so he's like a summoner with a wider spell list range?

To a large extent yes. It is still a low BAB PrC so unlike unless the base class is cleric avoiding physical combat is a must. The class was probably an inspiration for some of the summoning feats in Ultimate Magic.

I am sure there are lots of mechanics that took a long look at the malconvoker first. But the most important thing is that you get to roleplay an imperious badass and fight with tricked out fiends. Yum.

I'll fix the mis-spelling of malconvoker. Malconvikers are wusses.

I have added to my profile the updated statistics for erinyes, fiendish vipers, and bebiliths. I'll try to ad one or two new cool ones today, for differeing spell levels. Any requests from anyone? Want to see anything from the summoning or binding options tricked out?

Also, I wonder about daemons. Where can I find a list you'll agree with that has other options for outsiders on it?

Yeah....binding them is wide open. Iam looking for a way to add them to my summon monster list the way 3.5e did. Two full bestiaries have come out since the core rulebook, so there's a lot that should be available.

I'll see if the lists are any different on the srd, but I don't think they are.

Pathfinder put the summoning list on lockdown. I think worshippers of certain deities might get expections, but generally they don't allow it so that the list does not get too big.

Are you open to swapping a couple out? I certainly don't need many of the good guys. You could also rule that Keffle's obsession is with a text that describes outsider from the outer planes, so elementals are off the list. I like elementals, but I am willing to deal.

Swapping out could have been done at character creation since giving more variety basically boost the power of the spell, and I could have been able to make a suggestion about what to give up in order for a customized summon list.

For whatever reason my computer consistently refuses to load Paizo or send posts. I am posting two and three times every time I want something up. Posting from my phone is slow. So I'll try to tough it out and diagnose the problem when I'm not working. Please be patient with me. I dig the character and everyone's roleplay.

If Paizo is the only site giving you issues that look like DNS errors or 404 errors then you might need to go to the command screen and flushdns.

If that does not work hit up computing.net, if you are tech savvy enough to handle some things. It is cheaper than going to a computer technician.

Aaand jsut realized my skills didn't save. I usually assign 5-10 ranks to Know (arcana) for a caster by this level. I'll get the rest done this weekend.

I think if you want a minute to sparkle and release the prisoners yourself, that's what high level play is for. If you want our help, Keffle is in. Looks like he doesn't accept the count as legitimate authority, given the state of affairs.

I know, but if I could pull this off without getting caught it would be cooler. The problem is getting the guards to leave long enough for me to get these people out.

Another PbP has a need for an arcanist(full caster). The GM really wants someone who can post everyday to replace a member. PM me if you are interested.

Just as a sort of PS, I'm not going to steamroll us into a fight if people don't want it. But Thogg is a man of action, not words and he's going to go break something unless you guys object (you I mean, not the PC's).

Great. Just wanted to be clear. I worry sometimes that the lack of personal, face to face communication can lead to misunderstandings in PbP. We just started; I don't want any hard feelings.

Perfectly fine with Thogg taking charge Kaz was hoping for a nice relaxing time here in the city so this is quite an inconvenience.
