Sandpoint is a small seaside village. Despite the constant threat of goblins from the surrounding countryside, the citizens of Sandpoint get by. However, people are scared. For weeks, livestock have been dying. Some are found half-eaten, some gruesomely eviscerated, some are gone with only a few stains of blood left on the ground.
Mayor Kendra Deverin has announced a reward of 1,000 GP to the group that can stop the mysterious killer.
No one has actually caught the culprit, but recently a goat was found dead with a long black tooth embedded in it, leading the townsfolk to name the killer "Black Fang".
