Hot yoga (90-100 degrees Fahrenheit) in the morning/afternoon and the P90X program in the evening/late night. Really trying to trim down this summer, but I hate doing just plain cardio. Besides, I've read numerous accounts that say that HIIT workouts and similar programs are much more successful for lasting weight loss.
Yep. And you actually get FIT! That long slow training is garbage.
I am a PT both civil and military for 10 years and can honestly say medium intensity gets medium results.
Crossfit, P90x, Insanity, Boxing, MMA.
That stuff is gold.

Still alive here, just been busting my @$$ at work, finishing off the first term of summer school, and been working out 2x a day. (I'd say "kill me now", but I'm pretty sure I'm doing it to myself already...)

No problem, I'm going to be out of touch beginning Thursdays for a few days, so I'm not sure how much you will miss.
I enjoy cardio - I have a Precor EFX 5.33 at my house and jump on that thing for an 1 - 1 1/2 hr, then take hit a 20 - 30 mile bike ride. Lately I've been mixing in the rowing machine and swimming 2000 meters.
That's some miles!
The longest single challenge I did was the Kokoda trail. 94km of the worst jungle Papua New Guinea has to offer.
Did the 2x yearly 40km Pack Marches with the army.
Other than that I tend to stick to Power stuff like Olympic Lifting or Rugby.
At 5'10 and 210 pounds I am built for that though.

Just slightly confused. From what info has been given, it appears something has traveled from the location of the bug lair and is headed towards the smoke/tree, correct? So that can mean that either the bug&company is headed towards the tree or(worse) something possibly attacked the bug, finished it off and is going back to the tree.

Hmm.. I was thinking of using Charm Monster on one of the giants for possible cannon fodder, but we might need the spell for the bug if there are no surviving Jinkens to talk to. Thoughts?

1d3 Celestial Eagles would make good flankers/peck at the archer.

I simply looked at her abbreviated feat description when I rolled for her. she would not have been able to do that anyway since she needs to be within 30 feet.
These giants "special"? Usually 10x10... Tactically, a huge (pun intended) advantage.
Nothing special about the giants, I didn't adjust the creature size on Mpatools.

Unfortunatly, Calistria's chosen weapon is the whip. :p
I'd like to see Paizo make the exotic weapons more attainable for non-fighters. Blowing a feat on it hurts when some classes don't have feats to burn.

The PRD and CRB pg. 180 states Round not Turn, so technically that is RAW and the SKR explanation is his interpretation as the designer.
If this works for you, that's fine... But, that would mean it is possible with Combat Reflexes and my 20 Dex to take 12 attacks of opportunity between turns.
Take your HP back...it simply doesn't matter in the big picture. It's something that rarely happens, it's not worth the hassle. You post a link, I post post a link and CRB page citation, all this accomplishes is taking time away from the game.
