Pay the difference. Process is getting an appropriate wizard to cast the upgrade. Tobian or Talbard can do it for you but it will take 1 day of time so they can prep the spell. I simply avoid the Wallyworld magik R-Us scenes.

In Westcrown just about anything can be bought but it takes time to locate or get the item made. At this level, it is harder to find certain higher level items since they are more uncommon, Thrune is watching, Hellknights of the Rack are watching, and many items that are designed to injury devils are illegal considering the country openly worships Asomedeus.

Rapiers are all dainty and girly. Maybe we should let Orsin have it?

A rapier can't be uses with power attack which she doesn't have.

@Daniel - 7 charges gives him 50, up to 61 which is fine. Max 77. He heals @ 1hp/hr via ioun stone in wayfinder.

@Andrea - 5d8 w/daggers, 5d4 w/everything else he's proficient with. Also, he's a finesse (girly) rogue, so light & finesse weapons only. Or he loses +5 to hit from Dex.

Also feel free to dip into Gerard's cash. Gerard will offer 500gp (over reg price), if it can be made available immediately (by end of day).

It is with the current division of goods.(MW Rapiers,bows,armor,warhammer,banded mail. ANything not in the kitty)

Edit: If Gerard takes the rapier,dagger and ROP, he will be getting a large share of the loot. Over 40k I believe. So I suggest selling the rapier and dividing the cash so we all can have more for custom items. Andrea is primarilyfocused on spellcasting and channeling soI wish to focus on items and feats that help me in that direction.

Would Gerard be okay with not having the rapier? The asassian dagger's +2 is nice but he lacks the Death Blow skill.

Andrea's method works for me. 40k is alot at this level.

But it is rare to find items so well suited to a particular char in one drop.

You guys are getting towards the end of one of the two main story arcs, this may have been one of the last big pay hauls for the crew. Certain gear requested like the Torc of Positive Channeling will take a few days to procure and gathering the coin to pay for it may be an issue before the need arises for the item.

You can do what you want but there is a lopsided division of wealth that may be to the determent of others.

Whatever you want to do, but you make it sound like Gerard having the rapier isn't for the good of the group. Like he's gonna go off in a corner and rub it until he goes blind... Which levels him up.
