If from Gerard percpective:
1) tumbles away, using boots (free action)... gets outside
2) uses his shirt (swift action) to get extra move... and gets to the roof, where the ogre-dude doesn't expect him to be (he comes out and sees Jarvis)... can he go Stealth vs. Ogre Perception to catch him flat-footed and sneak damage?
3) has another standard/move action in case he needs it, bad climb check, etc...
Stealth rule:
If people are observing you using any of their senses (but typically sight), you can't use Stealth. Against most creatures, finding cover or concealment allows you to use Stealth. If your observers are momentarily distracted (such as by a Bluff check), you can attempt to use Stealth. While the others turn their attention from you, you can attempt a Stealth check if you can get to an unobserved place of some kind. This check, however, is made at a –10 penalty because you have to move fast.

The best way I know to get SA all the time is to play a Str Based Scout/Thug archetype.
Then you need to get Power Attack/Cornugon Smash/Dazzling Display/Shatter Defences.
This combo means you auto SA when you move (you power attack with Cornugon Smash to Intimidate)
NOW. This means foes you hit are Shaken/Sickened and Flat Footed.
You get to SA EVERY hit with no flank required.
You need to use the combat feat talent and regular feats to get the combo by 7.
Then you basically SA all the time. The OFFENSIVE DEFENSE talent really ups your AC.
Doesn’t work for this game cause Baldwin has banned Cornugon Smash.
ANOTHER way would be the Combat Exp/Blindfight/Moonlight Stalker combo I was gonna try. Get a lesser cloak of displacement or wand of Blur and you are good to go. You always have concealment thus can always stealth. SA away. But Gerard can't do that since darkvision or low light vision is a preq.
I'll keep looking for you
