Not sure how to label the bonuses? Check out my ability score build in my character sheet!
Christmas wish! I wish Cameron will respond quickly so that I can be found!

Serill Elamaer |

Ooh cool. A +1 to intelligence and a Bookmark of Deception to help disguise my swaggin spell book? If that's too expensive how about a 1st level pearl of power?

Artemis Eule |

Yeah, sorry about that Wolf, I've been a bit distracted since after finals, Christmas celebrations and such came up... so happy belated Christmas and to a Happy New Years. Also, where is Artemis? I did a post with him and you never answered it so I'm unclear as to his positioning. Should I repost my response in gameplay?

GM Wolf |

Artemis, I believe you were above the forward group.
Niversal you look into the room to the right before following the group and see a composite longbow on the wall. With a quiver of 20 arrows tucked in the corner. You believe it is a strength rating of +2 and magical.
John you find Abjurant Salt Unidentified. Spellcraft DC 24.

Things ain’t lookin so hot. I muse as I hear the voice. Snap decision time. I feel a shudder runs down my spine and I feel the adrenaline Strongly kick in, almost overwhelmingly so. Staggering a step, I launch myself hard to the left towards the glass bottle and the chain-bound man up top, aiming to land on top...
Standard action to trigger Mania, Move action to jump
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 5 + 3 + 6 - 3 ⇒ (8) + 5 + 3 + 6 - 3 = 19
Landing on top of the jar I frantically glance around at the man and specifically his bindings hoping to spot some mechanism for their release.
Perception: 1d20 + 2 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 + 3 + 2 = 16
I sure don’t land on top... :/
...But I Collide headfirst into the side of the jar... Clearly I have not gotten used to the abrupt changes in my athleticism yet. Instead, I take a quick look around searching for my best path upwards.

GM Wolf |

Morgana simply turns and walks towards you with a smile that says she is a cat playing with a mouse.
You also notice two bombshells that stand in near paralysis behind where you were standing. The woman in purple. and an elf.

I shove off of the salt shaker, just about barreling headfirst right into a black haired lady.
The lot is in the lap of the Lord. ^_^

Cold Cameron |

Just so it is clear, I am heading to the Raven girl. Just kinda lunging in her direction atm. And yes, I know who the Teen Titans are... -_-

Cold Cameron |

Ok, I am having some difficulty here. :( I am struggling a fair bit with figuring out what I am supposed to be doing or aiming for and my posts are mostly reactionary because of it. I am doing lots of perception/spellcraft/sense motive checks and using defensive, delaying or knee-jerk actions as I am trying to buy time and gain context. The most significant of this is that I don’t know what the consequences of my choices are. For example, this last “choice”; do I pick the black haired girl or the redhead? Both are paralyzed, so why is picking either of them potentially useful? (Let alone one over the other.) Do I pick one of them up and run for it? (Do I have a plausible direction to run too?) Slap her and hope she snaps out of it? (Do I have a hunch that would do anything?) Heck, kiss her? I blindly picked one (vs staying with the strong man) solely because I was told to chose but I have no concept of what that would achieve or how my circumstance would change as a result of it. Or what to do after such changes. :p
Similarly with my overarching goal, it would seem that I am now attempting to escape, but mostly I am a blind mouse running away from Big Scary Noises (I am running from a problem, not running towards a solution). ^_^
At least Morgan stopped. Hope. Hmmm. Dang I hope this works... I grab the black haired chick by the shoulders and vigorously shake her.
Hey! You there? Snap out of it!

![]() |

In a moment she recovers and smiles at you. With a forceful yet feminine voice she says, "Thank you! Now to mess with Morgana's plans. Pick one of them and grasp their hand, might for the man, and magic for the woman. Ryada my friend with get to the other." She then passes you and walks towards Morgana, in a dreadful voice that seems otherworldly she whispers but can easily be heard, "Morgana! What will you do now?! Force your hand or withdrawl?!" The woman's hands glow black in her right hand and white in her left.

1d2 ⇒ 1 (Dang. Unlucky...)
Number: 1d26 ⇒ 9
Letter: 1d9 - 3 ⇒ (1) - 3 = -2
So that's Number [ i ] and Letter [ -2 ] :p
You know, I was seriously debating on going with [ √-1 ] as my number and [ ¯\(ツ)/¯ ] as my letter but I decided not to be a brat (◔_◔)

GM Wolf |

I knew I forgot something, I was going to fix the map, here it goes for Gameplay.
Players don't have to roll, I just know the bonuses now so I was randomizing it for the NPCs.
LOL... well Cameron that sure is interesting! That was sure unlucky. Also if you don't hit the perimeters I am giving things out for then maybe you get nothing! HA! Or more likely I pick for you!

GM Wolf |

Artemis, Merlynn hands you an instrument as you fly. It looks like a small xylephone. She says, "It has a knock spell within it to help you open doors."
Ed finds a Brisk vial of alchemist fire after the battle is done with the orcs and brings it to Niversal.
After the fight, Delman finds a bottle in a niche. It smells of apricots and brandy.
John will find a crystal on the ground worth 100 gp that has an icicle etched into it.
Serill sees in the corner of the guard room a backpack with a jaguar on it.
Joe sees a circle on the wall, it lightly glows with a green light. It would easily let you hand rest within it. Crunchyroll!
Niversal will find a crystal on the ground worth 100 gp that has an elephant etched into it.

Cold Cameron |

Ya, I thought getting a -2 in a range between 1 and 9 was unusual. Nothing! Egads!!
I look aghast at the black haired lady as her words sink in.
Magic for the woman. I look at Morgan.
Might for the man. I look at...
I gotta do what!?!
I then square my shoulders towards the big man in the bronze full plate (and enter Mantis Style) while calculating furiously in my head...
This is such a bad, bad idea...
Heck I have been trying to figure out my game plan for this one, but I think I am going to go for it. I am getting ready to charge the guy in the bronze armour and purple cloak and grapple him... I am hoping that I can pull it off for one round and that one round is enough. (and surviving would be nice @-@)
however, I will do those honours tomorrow morning. Sleep first.^_^

Ryada |

With that she charges off with plenty of room between her and Jellena, the dark haired lady, even more for Morgana and the man on the throne.
Though in her movement she catches the eye of the bronze armored figure. He gets up and charges towards the elf. A bastard sword of fiery red power appears in his hand. Though he isn't able to get to the elf. She grabs holds of the ghostly woman's hand and vanishes. The vanish together. The armored figure stops and then looks at you as you likely have just got to the man chained down.
Jellena the raven black haired woman releases the energy from her hands. One aimed at each of the obvious threats in the room.
After you grab hold of the man chained down the chains fall off. Then in a heroic voice he says, "Ha HA! Excellent choice my lad. Let's talk else where!" Still holding your hand he goes over to Jellena touches her and all of a sudden you are not in that throne room anymore.
Instead you feel like you are standing upon fluffy pillows. Looking around all you see is clouds. The sun is blocked out but the rays still light the area well enough to see for hundreds of feet... only clouds. A few birds... Then you notice the man you freed, Jellena, Ryada, and the ghostly woman.
The ghostly woman is solid like everyone else now and she looks grateful.
The big muscled man says, "Thank you again lad! I will be watching. Before I send you back to the fort, not to that throne room, but to a safe group that will guide you. Jellena here is their leader. She also is the Envoy for their goddess the Mistress. She is a dark one but still on the side of good, for the most part. Jellena will tell you much more later... Anyways you chose MIGHT! What wish might I grant you before you go back!" It is almost as if he is yelling the entire time.
Once done you can join gameplay. With the others... you will see Jellena's post.

Unlucky: 1d2 ⇒ 1
And I think I am going to miss the Spoiler Wars :’)
You mean I don’t have to tackle the Scary looking Overlord? Relief floods every cell of my body at the news. Go get the strongman. Gotchya.
With that I tear off towards the chained man once again.
Then we find ourselves in the clouds, with me landing face down and arse upwards from a rather unfortunate exit trajectory. Mmph.. better not be in another princess’s bedroom closet...
I get up and look around and let out a little huh. and just sit there for a while, soaking in the view.
When the big man speaks I quietly interrupt him just gimme a minute, please. and continue staring out at the sun rising over the horizon, lost in serenity and contemplation.
Is this the morning that greets you each day dawn? Do I see with the eyes of the Creator today?
After a little bit more time passes (an hour would be awesome, to reset my Mania, but I would understand if people got impatient after a few minutes) I huff out a sigh and spring to my feet and, while checking that I still have all my possessions (and donning my headphones), I turn to properly greet the strong man once more. Hi! I extend out my hand once more and grasp his. I’m Cameron! Our second time shaking hands but I still haven’t the pleasure of knowing your name.
Hmmm. He looks very strong. A wish eh? You mentioned a wish and you are obviously strong... Could you teach me ways of subduing someone?
As for the boon, I still haven’t been able to make my build do quite what I wanted it to do, so I settled for picking up the last, important bits over the next few levels. Maybe the boon could help me there? My 3 key elements are style feats, grappling and non-lethal combat options (mainly grappling, non-lethal damage, Stunning Fist and knocking people out). I am not going to kill anybody :3
The next few feats on my wishlist are Snapping Turtle Clutch, Kraken Style, Combat Style Master, then eventually Kraken Throttle. Of these, Snapping Turtle Clutch and Combat Style Master are the most important: Snapping Turtle Clutch gives me more reliable ways to grapple (but requires Monk lvl 3) and Combat Style Master lets me play a lot more freely with my styles and avoid the heavy Swift action Bloat (but requires Monk 5).
Any chance the wish could help me out with some of these? Or improve my grappling/Styles some other way?

GM Wolf |

Mania not reset.
The large man smiles at you and grasps your hand. "I am Atlas. I could easily teach you the way of the brawler." He teaches you a few moves and you understand the power of the Snapping Turtle Clutch by just doing them in his presence.
You gain the feat as a bonus feat.
Ryada seems to have the same kinds of interactions with the other figure. They look through a book that just appears and then walk through the steps of casting a spell.
Before being sent back, you get to meet the two women.

![]() |

Jellena is a slim athletic woman, her hair glittering with some kind of particles, making the raven black locks look like the sky. She wears a revealing purple tank top, blue denimem shorts frayed at the bottom, and purple knee high boots, all with accents of red beads. She also wears a black cloak that looks like a starry night.
Some reason the rolls were not working before:
1d100 ⇒ 37 Booze!
1d26 ⇒ 20 Tarantula

Ryada |

Some reason the rolls were not working before:
1d100 ⇒ 74 alchemist fire
1d26 ⇒ 12 Lightning

GM Wolf |

Niversal collects arrows and says Anyone have some additional arrows for me
I have precise shot so I have no minus in combat and actually misses taking a feat at third because I forgot to ask about boon companion and how it might effect Ed?
If an ally or other obstacle is in the way of your target then it gains soft cover.
Boon companion as a ranger... let me look it up. The companion bond at 4th level is obviously not what you are talking about. What boon?

![]() |

I have Ed by wish, if I use boon companion on Ed would it effect him or will I get two companions die to the wish etc it's why I left the feat open
Also here is the feat precise shot:
Precise Shot (Combat)
You are adept at firing ranged attacks into melee.
Prerequisite: Point-Blank Shot.
Benefit: You can shoot or throw ranged weapons at an opponent engaged in melee without taking the standard –4 penalty on your attack roll.
Note: Two characters are engaged in melee if they are enemies of each other and either threatens the other.
Are you giving me a minus for cover and saying I need improved precise shot?

Serill Elamaer |

I think he means this.
To determine whether your target has cover from your ranged attack, choose a corner of your square. If any line from this corner to any corner of the target’s square passes through a square or border that blocks line of effect or provides cover, or through a square occupied by a creature, the target has cover (+4 to AC).
Which would require Improved Precise Shot to ignore.

Cold Cameron |

Oops. I forgot to respond to Ryda and Jellena above, I lost sight of them. I will do that in a short bit.
The Grand Mania alters all 6 stats and AC simultaneously. That's like rewriting an entire character sheet for 1 combat... :p
Here's 3 Examples affected by a [Dex/Str] mania :P
FoB and Stunning Fist: FoB has a different BAB, uses Dex to hit, Str for damage and Wis for the stun DC (and further modified by a Style Feat)
AC: My AC increases with Dex, decreases with Wis, gains a NA bonus and then optionally get's modified by a Style Feat.
CMD: I apply 3 stats to my CMD: Str, Dex and Wis. Then another Style Feat modifies it.
I'm also a skill monkey @-@
So I have some ideas about how to go about it that I am messing around with (maybe using a second profile, spoilering my stats or striking out currently unused stats) but it has taken me a lot, lot longer to format my stats then I had expected (even if the stats themselves are finished).
That said, don't misunderstand: I am finding the challenge really enjoyable and I am having a lot of fun trying to figure out a system for this >:D (I love complicated puzzles ^_^) but it has unfortunately taken up time and I am not finished it yet :/
Sorry it has taken so long but I will get a functioning system soon :)

Cold Cameron |

See, this is what I mean about my luck. ^_^
First I have an awesome entrance where I come in Fists blazing and look all cool and whatnot! (Awesome!)
Then I roll an Unlucky nat 1, running smack into a door... (Cuz apparently I didn’t see it or something.) :p
So much for looking cool >_>
THEN I roll a Lucky nat 20 to open ANOTHER door that is probably already open! -__-
Sadly opening already open doors doesn’t make me look very cool. :’(
...I’ve been in this gameplay thread for like a week...

When I acted, the first two gnolls near the door were downed. So I figured Joe jumped over the bodies to attack the next wave of gnolls.
