The massive creature looks up, briefly brushing hair back from his face in order to see who might be addressing him. He looks unimpressed. He reaches out a massive hand and places a single finger on the tip of the threatening blade.
"Nice knife kid, but they bring you one with your food. See?" He hold up a piece of cutlery, the knife appearing comically undersized in his massive hand. "Why don't you hang onto that one. I appreciate the offer, but whatever kind of chow they manage to dredge up in this place, I'm sure I'll figure out how to cut it up on my own."
So my friend had to drop out at the last minute, so another will be joining us - the barkeep Gregor.
I have also extended an invitation to Bohunk the barbarian. I liked his character and you guys have expressed interest in filling that role.
Clambering up from the Inn's basement, a large keg upon his shoulders, the stocky barkeep looks about the room in surprise, "By Cayden's overflowing mug, we got ourselves a bit of a crowd! Greta, why dintcha come get me sooner? Lords and Ladies, welcome to the Corner Inn, who needs a new brew?"
A large smile forms across Gregor's bearded face, and his muscled forearms fill tankard after tankard with his finely brewed ale. Ah, to be in the company of such fine heroes and heroines. If only some day I could go on such a grand quest with them... His thoughts trail off as he pours dragonblood whiskey for the peculiar one-eyed wizard in the corner.
So to sort of help me a bit, can you guys put in your race/class fields your basic statistics? Similar to this alias. Make sure to include any class abilities that are limited per day (like ki or lay on hands).
Is mine ok, or do you want it all visible at once? It's just that I prefer no to clutter the field with to much info at once :)
Sorry I been absent. I am totally down to be included in this campaign, I've just been a little preoccupied. I've been going full throttle at work and at home in order to get ready for a trip. I'm sure some of you can relate; I work in the sort of place where I have no coverage for my particular role, so I have to do as much work in advance as I can to get ready for my absence (and then probably do twice as much in order to catch up after I get back, as well).
I am leaving for Iceland today, and then on to Denmark later in the week. I have wifi everywhere I am going, but I have no idea what the reception will like, or how much time I will have. I will try to post as much as I can, whenever I get the chance. I'm back in Canada (home) on May 30th, and back to work June 2nd, but of course I'm not sure how busy I'll be then either.
As a result, feel free to bot me as much as needed.
I am sorry to do this to everyone, but I am going to have to stop the game. I just got into grad school and it is eating more time than I expected, which is why my posts lately has been inconsistent and far apart.
