About Resnit Varn

Resnit Varn was born in was born in a small fishing village near the Egorin in Cheliax. His parents hid him due to the dangers of being a good outsider in a country all but ruled by hell. His parents were drovers in a merchant caravan that circled the Inner Sea. It was an okay life but required occasionally scrounging around for food to make his parents poor pay stretch further. After 10 years like this his parents died in an attack on the caravan and he was forced out of the caravan in Cassomir. He worked as a scullery in a tavern for years after. He listened to every story and yearningly looked at any instrument played until one day one appeared in his hands. After this happened he approached a young human Bard, who called him self Nitch, that as the same age as him and followed him when he left the tavern. They traveled together while Resnit learned the Bard’s art. Eventually his mentor grew old and Resnit didn't. When Resnit turned 82 his long time companion died. After months of morning he was approached by a dwarf dressed in scale-mail made of golden coins that overlap. He accepted the dwarfs offer to leave Galorian and start afresh.
