If it's okay, I would like to take the Wooden Holy Symbol (don't think anyone else wants it. It's not even shiny!) and the Silk Rope.
Having one is cool, but I don't have the strength to carry a normal one :(

Just a quick reminder that Small creatures can't use Medium weapons without penalty (with a few exceptions). For example, Merisiel's daggers will function as shortswords for everyone (unless you want to take the penalty for using an inappropriately-sized weapon). Same goes for arrows and crossbow bolts.
This AP will be kind of rough when it comes to weapons/armor - especially in later books when you're dealing with Giants. Fortunately, in my games, most magic items resize to fit the wearer. :-)

Auntie will want access to the spellbook but she doesn't need to posses it. Beyond that, she'll call dibs on any and all food the adventurer's were carrying. In addition she'd like the scroll of Endure Elements in order to learn it (might be better if our wizard learns it since I can copy spells from him but he can't from me) as well as Valeros' tankard and any alchemical items she can carry.

Sticky, do note by the way that as we trust you less and less no matter of SoH is going to save you as we'll always assume you lie about the amount you pocketed, no matter how fair and truthful you are.

This is completely understood and expected. I expect daily full-body strip searches eventually. However, I also plan on developing loyalty in Sticky. Right now he has no special connection to anyone, but as we come together as a group, he'll stop stealing from youall and focus on improving the wealth of those keeping his skin on his bones. He's still going to be a greedy little snot, but he'll be YOUR greedy little snot.

Sticky's drawback means he needs to receive at least 10% more loot than everyone else. Otherwise, he "gets irritable" and can't Aid Another for 1 week. If everyone's okay with the idea, I think it's easiest to just make sure that happens and RP it however desired. That way we don't need to constantly roll SoH/Perception for the rest of the campaign. For this first bit, Sticky's sack o' loot will cover the difference, so feel free to split the 'venturer gear as evenly as desired. :-)
@Laz: You'll be able to recover as many arrows as you want for now. There's a bunch of dead Goblins. In the future, to save time, just assume you recover half of your missed shots once combat is over.

Cool, so in future we can skip the SoH/Perception rolls and just assume that he manages to pocket his 'extra share' and anything else he tries to make off with is found out. I'd much rather just settle that sort of thing out of character unless it's an important moment (like he sneaks off with the possessed jewel of OMGBAD and starts plotting to kill us all).
So I think then everyone gets 5 gold, and Makena will hold onto the remaining 5gp for party expenses (or until we get another 2 gold so it will split evenly. Depends if you guys want to have a party fund for group items like Bags of Holding, Wands of Cure light Wounds, Lesser Restoration, etc.)

Do Makena/Plays want to participate in the games? I'll give them a little more time. While we're waiting, I'm typing up a list of notable NPCs. It'll show up in Campaign Info later today.
The early stages of the campaign has a fair bit of downtime, so feel free to RP as desired. There'll be scattered encounters (both social and combat), but for the time being, have fun getting to know each other. :-)

Maybe a little missunderstanding. I added +2 to my dices because of bardic performance, that both you and brother started, and you reminded just after that you was giving a +2, so I undestood (missunderstood?) you meaning that both (yours and brother) was stacking. Thats why I asked.

uhh okay, now I'm confused :p Brothers affects only him (and I believe is better than Makena's as a result), but Makena's affects everyone, and is only +1 to attack, damage and saves vs. charm and fear

Honestly, it just sounds like a miscommunication/misunderstanding. No harm done - worst case, the 'venturers would have maybe lasted an extra round. For future reference, Tochack's performance only affects himself and will not stack with Makena's. As of right now, she gives +1s.
Off-topic: Notable members of the Licktoad tribe have been added to Campaign Info. As mentioned above, there's a fair bit of downtime in the early stages of the campaign, so have fun playing games, interacting with people, or doing whatever. We can keep at this for as long as you'd like - if you want to do something after the celebration, just skip forward in time a bit. I'll monitor Gameplay, chime in when needed, and advance the metaplot when people are ready to move on. :-)

ok, revisiting the battle post:
Puseater: I only added +2 for flanking, no idea about the morale modifiers if any
Brother: (to puseater) Inspire Courage should give a +1 to attack rolls, damage rolls and a +1 bonus to saves against fear effects.
Purseater next: adding: +2 for flanking and +1 attack +1 damage for inspire
Makena: (general) Don't forget Makena's Bardic Music, +1 to hit and damage, so it's at least 2 damage and DC 12. (I thought it was directed to me instead, but I did not because in case of doubt left the bonus to be added by YBD)
That make me doubt about it all :D
Now I guess Brother was pointing Makena's performance too, not its own :P
So... no rule broken at all :D happy ending and tasty kidneys!

I'd say we advance the meta-plot then, YBD. I don't know (yet) what to do at the festival or at the village, so I'd say we move on with the story and see.
By the way, seeing as PbP is already a slow format by itself, I think that if later we want to have some downtime like now we could put a time limit on that: like "Ok, now you have 3 days of downtime ad then we advance the plot".
I think it would help to keep things moving.

I agree. Sticky is just slinking about and chasing shineys. If any RP isn't finished within the proscribed limit, it can be finished up in spoilers as the story goes forward.

Sorry for the extended delay, everyone. :-( Some major $#!t's hit the fan, and I've been having to do some serious damage control. I haven't slept for close to 48hrs, but I finally have a few minutes to do some updating of all my games. Then I'm going to sleep for a long time.
Tochack's suggestion about downtime is a good one, and I'll begin implementing that immediately.

I so look forward to next level when I finally get a Hex, which will be Evil Eye or Misfortune. There are so many fellow goblins who'll be on the receiving end of that when they displease Auntie.
I'll of course try to do such things at moments it won't screw you over as while that is what Auntie will want it's not my goal. Thing of stuff like randomly getting struck with a Misfortune in the middle of a conversation, causing you to trip over your own feet, that sort of stuff. Using it as an RP tool, not a real pvp thing (as I can personally see a bunch of goblins tumbling over each other when in conflict without actually hurting each others seriously)

@Auntie: Unless stated otherwise, it's a standard action to activate a Supernatural Ability, so no infinite spamming. :-) However, as per the rules of the ability, you now have your own personal Zombie butler! Control lasts for 1 day/caster level. It's mindless, so no additional saving throw's required (in case you have a way to raise your CL). Control expires after 24hrs, but you can always command it to voluntarily fail its save and use the ability again. Necromancers are fun. :-)
