Post all out-of-character discussion here. This is also the place to post level-up changes and gear purchases. For now, give me your time zone and preferred posting frequency.
I'm located in Florida (EST). I have a bit of an odd work schedule but check the boards frequently and can commit to a minimum of 2 posts a day. I can often do more but can't make a 100% guarantee. However, 2 posts daily (generally afternoon and evening) is a promise I can make. That being said, I can always post less-frequently if that's what the party needs. I do my best to be flexible. :-)

Stickymitts |

I'm also Eastern (GMT-5) in Kentucky, USA. I can post at least once a day, sometimes more. I also have a Very volitile work schedule, so posting times will vary.

Mitts - can I have your spare change? I'm going to need every penny I can get. :)
YBT - if I get a composite bow with a STR Mod of +0, can I upgrade it later as I get the coinage?
Do I know anything about Sandpoint - specifically is there a bowyer in town?

Makena Sootscale |

Australian Eastern Standard Time, (or UTC +10). I should generally be able to post once a day except wednesdays, and thursdays and fridays are also a bit iffy (have school these three days and my RL game on wednesday nights).
If the post is likely to be more than a paragraph or two (usually when presented with a brand new situation or the like) then it may take me two or three days to carve out time to make the post. I do my best though, and Makena's pretty easy to write for, so I should be regular.

Brother Tochack |

I'm in GMT+1, and I can post about 2 times a day, even if the next weeks will be a little hectic, with exams and all.
Buy list:
Scimitar 15 GP
Studded Leather 25 GP
Thieves' Tools 30 GP
Backpack 2 GP
Bedroll/Blanket 6 SP
Spare change: 17 G, 4 SP
Mostly because I can't carry anything else or I'll get medium encumbrance.
@Auntie Targa: Cuàn! You're here too!
@Laz:You can have my spare coin! But are you sure it's a good idea to take the Composite Bow this early? Even if YBD rules that you can add the additional MODs later, you would still have to make another masterwork one to enchant it, and pay everything again. :/
Sorry if I'm sounding annoying. :(

Does not play well with others |

So it begins mwa ha ha ha ha ...yes yes.
Im in central time zone here in the states, the Illinois side of St.Louis to be more specific. I dont sleep much and work mostly midnights, but i can post 1 to 4 times a day... cept maybe sundays Im usually pbp lazy that day (its my day for getting errands and life done usually but i can squeeze a post in here and tehre on that day.)
As for gear...scrolls.... im creating 5 scrolls, 2x sleep, 2x enlarge goblin (person)1 mage armor. that would come to 62.5 gold.
a backpack - 2 gold,
so 64 gold 5 silver spent the rest can go to . . .Laz I guess though i expect grovelling at some point *lawls*

Auntie Targa |

The shopping list
Dogslicer (-, 0.5 lbs)
Masterwork Backpack (50 gp, 1 lbs)
Spell Component Pouch (5 gp, 2 lbs)
Waterskin (1 gp, 1 lbs)
Sack (4 sp, 1 lbs)
Cauldron (1 gp, 5 lbs)
In the sacks:
Meat (9 sp, 2.5 lbs)
Cheese (3 sp, 1.5 lbs)
Honey (2 gp, 1 lbs)
Armored Kilt (20 gp, 5 lbs)
Sling (-, -)
Sling bullets, 20 (1 gp, 5 lbs)
Total
82 gp 3 sp, 25.5 lbs
That leaves me with 7 gp and 8 sp, which I'll happily donate to Laz as long as he helps me lug around the cauldron.
Just a side note, the cauldron, which has a crude face drawn on it and is named Tum-Tum, will be left outside Sandpoint during the attack. She'll hide it in a copse just outside if she can, she's not leaving it with also those filthy goblins around who could go and sit in it.
As for my list of things I want: A cart, 2 goats to pull it (or a donkey, aka "Goblin Horse") and a large square of black velvet. Oh, and more and better food of course
@Tochak: Hey, yeah it's me here. Fancy seeing you hang out here :)

Puseater of the Licktoad |

Studded leather, bagpack, blanket winter, flint & steel, dogslicer, shortbow, studded leather, artisan's outfit.
wheight:12.5
cost:89gp 5sp
5sp spare to laz... its something l._.l
PD: any spare dogslicer will be welcome.

Laszlo - 'Laz' |

LOL! I feel like I'm running a fundraiser...
:cue sad music:
:voice-over: Do you see this Goblin sitting sad, alone, with nothing to kill? What if I told you for just 1 SP a day, you could bring a smile to this Gobbo's face and give his life a destructive purpose...
Seriously, guys, thanks for the cash! We are well on our way to getting me a snazzy bow, a good supply of arrows and a few specialty arrows.
Current Total: 141GP 8SP 6CP
@Laz:You can have my spare coin! But are you sure it's a good idea to take the Composite Bow this early? Even if YBD rules that you can add the additional MODs later, you would still have to make another masterwork one to enchant it, and pay everything again. :/

First, thanks for the cash! Second, you aren't being annoying and it is a good question. Given how little it takes to kill 1st level characters, I'm a big proponent of maximizing your damage potential as early as possible even if it ends up wasting a bit of cash over the long-term. In this case, though, I don't think it will be too much of a problem. Goblin-sized composite longbows with the appropriate STR rating are probably very rare. I doubt I'm going to stumble upon one so my best bet is to build it. The nice thing is I can start with an ordinary comp. longbow and then make it masterwork using Masterwork Transformation for the price difference. The other nice thing is that it is a second level spell that can be done by the Bards, Druid, Wizard, Oracle, or Witch in our party. :) Step 2 in Laz's plan will be to get that spell into the hands of one of our casters or get some non-Gobbo caster to sling it.
so 64 gold 5 silver spent the rest can go to . . .Laz I guess though i expect grovelling at some point *lawls*
Thanks! Laz will grovel and - more importantly - assist in your plans for world domination.
That leaves me with 7 gp and 8 sp, which I'll happily donate to Laz as long as he helps me lug around the cauldron.
Deal, Auntie! I'm happy to lug Tum-Tum (and other goods) around. My regular load will be incredibly minimal. So long as I can drop stuff in short order when the trouble starts, I'm good with being a team pack mule.
5sp spare to laz... its something l._.l
PD: any spare dogslicer will be welcome.
Thanks, also my slicer is likely to see little use so if you need it, it's available.

Stickymitts |

You can have my extra 6s and 6c, but more importantly, guess what spell I have known from lvl 1.
Ant haul! Because if I'm going to be a Kleptomaniac, I'll probably end up with a healthy side order of Hoarder. If you want to be a mule, I can enable you to haul like a Longshanks. No, better!

Auntie Targa |

Eventually Auntie will provide shamblers for that. She doesn't have the power to create undead yet but should we encounter a 1 hd skeleton or zombie she can force it to do her bidding, like carry her stuff.
For those afraid of necromancers and undead hordes: to Auntie undead are tools, a means to an end, and she doesn't actually like them at all. That and she isn't there yet. Personally I intend to RP her first animation as something that creeps her out more than it does anyone else.

Your Benevolent Dictator |

@Laz: Negative on upgrading a Composite Bow's STR rating after-the-fact. That's kind of the point of the adaptive enhancement.
Re: prior knowledge of Sandpoint - none of you knows much aside from the fact that it's a small longshanks village. However, all of you DO know quite a bit about the Licktoad tribe (and there's quite a few notable NPCs). I'll put together a list once the invasion is complete.
Re: scary undead hordes - bring them on! :-) I have a particular fondness for necromancers. I'm not particularly worried about anything balance-wise, as miniomancy's very easy for a GM to limit. Zombie butlers are fine. Soloing the AP with an army of skeletal Giants: not so much.

Stickymitts |

Little does the GM know that Sticky plans to take advantage of the minions as a distraction to rob his BBEGs blind. :)

Auntie Targa |

Not looking to solo the AP, no fun in that (and I would have made a Master Summoner :P ). It's indeed undead bucklers, maybe turning an undead opponent to our side and eventually I'd like some bigger minions, yes, but more like a personal bodyguards/shocktroops/expendables.

Laszlo - 'Laz' |

@Laz: Negative on upgrading a Composite Bow's STR rating after-the-fact.
No problem, I like a challenge. I'm going to wait on purchasing my gear until any other offers of spare cash come in... then I'll figure out which bow/arrow combo will be best for max team mayhem.

Your Benevolent Dictator |

@Laszlo: Teefee will hopefully get geared up sometime today. She tells me that she won't be needing much gear (she's a Druid, after all) and will most likely be able to contribute some shineys to the bow fund.
@Auntie Targa: That's what I pegged you as. Don't worry, there'll be plenty of opportunity for awesome minions. I've even heard rumors about Dragons.... :-)

Makena Sootscale |

Makena's gear:
Dogslicer (free, puseater can have if he wants, 0.5 lbs)
Light Crossbow (35gp, 2 lbs)
20x Crossbow (2gp, 1 lb)
Kimono (Taken as an Artisan's Outfit, her free outfit, - )
Backpack (2gp, 0.5 lbs)
Geisha Wig (Nihongami) (5gp, ? 0.5 lbs)
Mirror (10 gp, 0.5 lbs)
Monster Mask (Goblin) (Not sure if I have to pay for this or if you'll let me have it for free as a souvenir of the last game :), 0.25 lbs)
Music Instrument: Shakuhachi (Bamboo Flute) (5gp, 0.5 lbs)
Tea Ceremony Set (25gp, 5 lbs)
Leaving either 1 or 6 GP for Laz, depending on the mask.

Stickymitts |

Hehe. Melee is where I need to be. But I actually have 1d4-4 damage with my dog slicer. I literally can't hurt people for more than 1 nonlethal/rd. (my bite is another story, 1d4-2!). I'll keep it for now, but if someone's breaks it'll probably be petty easy to buy mine. :P

Laszlo - 'Laz' |

Clearly, Auntie's horsehair wig imparts magical strength. :) Speaking of wigs... I'm very tempted to try on Makena's geisha wig. I bet Laz will look like a tiny Elvis with a little teasing of that 'do.
Thanks for the cash, Makena. I'll just wait to see how YBD rules on the sum available.

Does not play well with others |

So the rogue and the wizard have the most strength? *lawls* this is going to work out just great.... *cackles evilly and Broods*

Auntie Targa |

It's actually the Zen Archer that has the most Strength, followed by the Rogue and then the Goblin Bard, the Witch & the Wizard are tied. We still await the Druid though, she might be strong and if not her wasp most likely is.
EDIT: Just looked up the Druid, she's another 8 strength. The wasp will have 10, so till 7th level, when it gets a +8, it can't beat our Zen Archer. The result is that the most likely candidate for beating him is one of my skeletons.

Laszlo - 'Laz' |

Cool. If you get us into motion before TeeFee does her equipment, I'll buy my equipment with the cash I've got so far.
Thanks again to all the donations, folks! I'm starting the game indebted to you all.

Does not play well with others |

I woudnt say that... cause if i have to run from the a bear... im greasing the ground in front of you... cause well you know :) I dont have to outrun the bear... just you I kid I kid.... maybe

Stickymitts |

If there's a bear, I have a trap for that. Pelts are worth money! :D

Stickymitts |

Oh, DM, what stats would you like in our class lines?

Your Benevolent Dictator |

I'll need a "Vitals" spoiler with the following info:
For characters with limit-based resources (Monks with "Perfect Strike", Bardic Performance rounds, etc), I need an additional "Abilities" spoiler. For example purposes, here's the one from my Wizard/Alchemist:
Finally, if you're a spontaneous caster, I need a "Spells" spoiler formatted like so:

Your Benevolent Dictator |

@Laz: What you have is fine.
Except for the "Vitals" information, you don't need anything in your profile header. However, I do need some way to track character resources in case something comes up and I need to GMPC for a time. For instance, when I play a Wizard, I list my daily spell selection in a specific profile section. When I cast something, I mark it off. The only things in his header are the "Vitals" information, but everything else is still being visibly tracked.

Brother Tochack |

Aaand stat lines updated.
By the way, I'm going to save up on my weapon for some time and then buy a Dawnfire. Because of Rule of Cool. :P

Puseater of the Licktoad |

Thats ok for the vitals, or they need to be under spoiler?
BTW, in the characters section, I see my main profile, not the alias(character) ¿thats a problem or must be that way being my own alias?
