Just holding on Plays. Normally I'd update now, but since his actions might affect other PCs, it's best to wait. I'll check back in later. :-)

*whew* The party's slowly beginning to assemble. I'm down to four separate groups! :-)

Kobold Lotus Geisha - HP: 8/8 | AC: 13; T: 13; FF: 11; CMD: 9 | Fort: 0; Ref: 4; Will: 1 | Init: 2; Perc: 5

And only one of them's trying to murder the other members of it! (I assume :p)

At the moment. ;-) We'll see how this plays out....

Female Goblin Witch (Gravewalker)2 | HP: 14/14 | AC: 13 FF:11 T:12 | F:+2 R: +2 W:+3 | Init:+2 Perc: +5

I purposefully did not attack you myself :)

And you can't honestly blame Auntie, you are basically betraying the mission.

I feel like this campaign might develop severe inter-party conflicts. I look forward to it. :)

There's a reason I didn't restrict alignment this time. :-) Although it would be nice if we could keep everyone alive until the end of the raid; the boss battle is quite nice - if I say so myself.

YBD:
I just realized something and I want to bring this up before I try it in combat.
Dirty Trick can bestow the Shaken condition. However, it lacks Intimidate's wording that limits the number of times Shaken can stack. Therefore, I could, in theory, use three rounds of Dirty Trick (if they all hit) to take a target to Panicked.

I feel this is an awesome use of the maneuver, especially if you can build such that you get many Tricks/round. I'm pretty sure I'll never get more than two, so you won't have to worry about me destroying foes with this. Still, I wanted to bring it up and ask what your thoughts are.

Hmmm... That's a good question...

I couldn't find anything discussing it on the forums, but I did find this feat from "Bastards of Golarion." It does exactly what you describe but has some pretty heavy prereqs. Let me think on it some more. There's abuse potential, but your build plan doesn't fit that criteria (which would involve dipping Maneuver Master Monk and possibly Cad Fighter). Give me some time to get back to you. :-)

Scout 4 HP: 33/33 | AC: 18; T: 15; FF: 14; CMD: 16 Arrows:20 | Fort: +4; Ref: +8; Will: +3 | Init: +4; Perc: +9, Stealth +21

About dirty tricks, you need to invest 3 feats to be able to be a great nuisance (improved, greater, quick) and, even then, a standard action negates any affect, as I understand it.
I really like that combat maneuver, too bad they didn't make it to be really efective with rogue characters, thought with agile maneuvers can be a solid build. (blind them for some sneak-attack fun!)
Oh, I forgot to pay taxes, like combat expertise and INT 13 :P
They had to build a rogue dirty tricks expert archetype instead of fighter, or both.

Kobold Lotus Geisha - HP: 8/8 | AC: 13; T: 13; FF: 11; CMD: 9 | Fort: 0; Ref: 4; Will: 1 | Init: 2; Perc: 5

Uh hmm, so did Auntie Targa actually see Makena free the horses, or is she just jumping to conclusions?

Female Goblin Witch (Gravewalker)2 | HP: 14/14 | AC: 13 FF:11 T:12 | F:+2 R: +2 W:+3 | Init:+2 Perc: +5

Does it matter? You are the only option. The other goblins didn't do it, the man is dead, Auntie knows horses aren't able to do that themselves and you are the only other one there.

Even if she didn't see it you are the only option.

Kobold Lotus Geisha - HP: 8/8 | AC: 13; T: 13; FF: 11; CMD: 9 | Fort: 0; Ref: 4; Will: 1 | Init: 2; Perc: 5

Mmm, fair enough. I can work with it.

Female Goblin Witch (Gravewalker)2 | HP: 14/14 | AC: 13 FF:11 T:12 | F:+2 R: +2 W:+3 | Init:+2 Perc: +5

I loathe working against other PCs in such a way but you really gave me no choice without going way out of character

Yeah, Perception 25 vs. Stealth 23. She saw you. The other Goblins had no chance - especially with the +5 "distracted" modifier. I didn't give it to Auntie since she doesn't particularly trust you at the moment. Worst case, Makena will end up getting chased back to the market square where this 'misunderstanding' will quickly be forgotten by the arrival of a new threat. *cues Final Fantasy music*

EDIT: Re: dirty tricks - having mulled it over, I'll allow the stacking of fear effects. The major abuse potential actually comes from sickened --> nauseated. Greater Dirty Trick requires a standard action to clear the condition. Nauseated only allows a single move action. The fear stuff, though, can be worked with and is easy to mitigate when needed. :-)

But not really. Maybe second as I really love the Blinded condition.

Holding mainly on Makena. While I'll need Plays' action at some point, Makena posting will allow me to start synching the timelines.

We're just about synched. :-)

And we're off! For those of you unfamiliar with my style, the linked map is zoomable and editable. Move yourselves as desired, but make sure to explain movement in your posts as well. Have fun!

YBD: I moved my icon on the map, not sure if thats ok or you wanted to do it yourself :/

Yes, definitely move yourselves on the map. Just make sure it's clear what you're doing. It generally only matters if there's a possibility of you provoking an AoO.

@Tochack: very nice rolls. :-)

Hmm, probably should have just cast sleep on Merisiel and Valeros, but that's not as much fun. It'd be cool if we could keep Merisiel around though :p Hope she doesn't get that +5

Aren't elves inmune to sleep?

*shhhhhh!*

Female Goblin Witch (Gravewalker)2 | HP: 14/14 | AC: 13 FF:11 T:12 | F:+2 R: +2 W:+3 | Init:+2 Perc: +5

Meh, this is kinda sucky for Auntie: I have no hexes due to archetype and no spells either so I'm basically an inferior sling user atm. Oh why did it have to be the lvl 1 hex taken by the archetype and not the lvl 2 hex.

Mmm true. They also get +2 vs. enchantments so my enchantment focused bard is still at a negative against her. Should have just gone for Valeros, but Merisiel's more fun :p

She can always roll a 1. :)

@Auntie: Don't worry. There's a high probability of you gaining an undead minion before hitting level 2. *cough*likemaybethenextencounter*cough* :-)

and they are too inmune to sleep ;)

GMPC'd Auntie so we could progress to the next round. Normally I wouldn't be so quick to do so, but since she posted in Discussion earlier, I figured she forgot to do the same in Gameplay. With such a large party, it's easy to overlook stuff. If I acted in error, please let me know. :-)

Scout 4 HP: 33/33 | AC: 18; T: 15; FF: 14; CMD: 16 Arrows:20 | Fort: +4; Ref: +8; Will: +3 | Init: +4; Perc: +9, Stealth +21

If i can't reposition myself, still will attack the elven maiden, as she is double flanking Toshak and Sticky.

-All your kidneys are belong to us!!

PD: My character portrait vanished after I put it over the fallen Mage :D

I'm going to give Auntie some time. I know weekends are usually slow for people, and I don't want to GMPC her for multiple combat rounds.

@Everyone: I really apologize for the multi-day delay. My wife and I are sorting through a major life development, and there's been no time to do so much as turn on my computer. I promise that nothing bad's going on, relationship-wise; it's more of an unexpected health issue thing. I have some stuff going on tomorrow, but I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things in the next day or two. Thanks for your patience, and don't worry: I'm not going anywhere. :-)

Kobold Lotus Geisha - HP: 8/8 | AC: 13; T: 13; FF: 11; CMD: 9 | Fort: 0; Ref: 4; Will: 1 | Init: 2; Perc: 5

NO worries YBD, happens to the best of us :)

Just sending out a quick situation update before I go to bed. Basically, we recently discovered that my wife has a serious health condition, and we're figuring out how to best care for her. Give me a bit more time for things to settle down; right now, I have almost no time for anything else. Don't worry, this campaign will be worth the wait. :-)

I would very much like to call dibs on the MW medium pimp wizard cane and the spellbook... in fact *licks the items* mine.

that being said all jokingness aside, anyone want either of those?

Valeros has some things I'm interested in. Namely the crowbar, grappling hook, and rope. With the penalties I'm taking on held weapon rolls I'll never be interested in them unless they're immune to the broken condition.

@sticky: isn't better the silk rope?

For my part, Valeros arrows (20) and Merisiels daggers (6) is what I need.
