Luther Callahan |

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Luther recoils from the explosion but is a step too late and thusly showered in rotting kobold.
"I am covered in a corpse, and bleeding from more than one place. Okay is something I left in bed this morning."
HP: 6/14

Trusk, the Warchild |

"I'm fine, and I've had much worse. I don't know how many times I have to tell you that. Now let's get out of this cramped section and keep moving. We're nearing the stream. There should be a couple more kobolds up close to it."

Alexis Carevin |

Wylliam is missing 8 hp, Luther 8, you 3, and who knows about Valeria.... don't you think it's a good idea to channel again Trusk?
"Let's deal with them and get moving!"
Alexis sends a Ray of Frost at the first creature she sees:
Ranged Ray: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14! Damage: 1d3 ⇒ 1

DM Kana |

Actually, I went back and double checked. Channel for healing gets everyone in a 30ft radius of the one who uses it. This means when Trusk first channeled, everyone healed 5 HP. I also did not see where I landed a hit with an enemy from that point till now. That means: William is at 15/18, Luthor is at 11/14 and Valeria is at full health.

DM Kana |

The group continues forward toward the stream. There, they are at a crossroads in the cave. I just moved you but please place yourselves like you would be there at the intersection. Alexis, I'm waiting to trigger your attack till I know where you are at for sure in the intersection.

Trusk, the Warchild |

I'm good with my position.
This stream goes deeper into the cave. I didn't get a chance to follow it before, though, so I don't know what waits on the other end. Going away from the stream takes you to a small back entrance, and a few more zombies.

mdt |

Moved Valeria
"We can leave the stragglers for later, we need to find the children first." Valeria comments. "Alexis, let's time to fire our spells together."
Disrupt Undead RTA: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 2 + 1 = 8 Frackety!
Useless damage roll: 1d6 ⇒ 3

Scath Lynx |

Scath will sneak through the woods around the clearing, until he can see the face of the woman. People who hide their face are not trustworthy.
Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (10) + 15 = 25

Alexis Carevin |

Alexis motions for the others to get ready to eliminate the Kobold to the south. She does not know what's there, but it wouldn't be a good idea to leave monsters behind them.

DM Kana |

Alexis lets a ray of cold fly at her target, a seemingly lone Kobold to the south. Valeria joins her efforts but as the ray of frost hits the kobold, it stumbles and the other ray goes astray.
The kobold lets out an indignant screech before charging in the direction the rays came from, spear out. Target, clockwise: 1d3 ⇒ 1 Trusk ended up being the kobolds target.
Valeria you get an AoO
If it survives Valeria, the following happens to Trusk.
Charge Attack: 1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 + 2 = 16
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Time: 2 mins 36 secs

mdt |

Valeria swings her great sword. I tried to get into a square where she wasn't squeezed, since it's half low ceiling and half high, so reduce attack by squeeze penalties if she couldn't stand up.
Attack of Op: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 1 = 7 Never mind, @$#*#$& I hate this thread's dice roller, it's never above freaking 10.

Scath Lynx |

Int Check: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 Don't know why I freaking try anymore

Luther Callahan |

Acrobatics (Moving to flanking position): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Luther slips under the zombie's guard to come up on the other side and tries to back hand the rotting thing.
Punch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
1d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Trusk, the Warchild |

"These bastards are getting on my nerves now."
Attack, Fatigued, Squeezing: 1d20 + 3 - 2 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 3 - 2 - 4 = 12
Damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (3, 3) + 4 = 10
And the one time we get a good dice roll, it's negated by all my attack penalties.

DM Kana |

Valeria's swing goes wide, but Luther takes advantage of the distracting movement to slip behind the creature. Before it can even register he's behind it, Luther lands a solid hit though the zombie takes it well, it's Trusk's blow of retaliation for the spear piercing him that takes the creature down.
It's okay! You both hit. ^^ It charged, and Luther had moved first and granted flanking to both himself and Trusk.
Time: 2 mins 36 secs
L: 1d4 ⇒ 3

Scath Lynx |

Scath will get behind her again. Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (5) + 15 = 20 Then he'll leap from cover and tag her in the back. Since he doesn't remember who she is, he'll just bounce off her back and see what happens. He's hoping the sudden surprise will make her say something, or jog some of his memories.
Sneak Pounce: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 NOW I get a decent roll...

Trusk, the Warchild |

"The stream would be my suggestion. Heading the other way just takes us to another exit, the one where that false body was dragged from. But be warned, I was unable to scout further along here, so from this point in I'm as clueless as the rest of you."

DM Kana |

As you head up along the underground spring, you come to a corner. So far, you have yet to come to any more of the once dead. I gave a supposed marching order, just so I can keep track of where you are in case something happens. Change it to suit what the party would actually like.

mdt |

Valeria Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
Valeria frowns. "Looks like the cat was here at some point. There's tracks, and not kobold tracks as they are as big as Trusk's feet, and they've been here since the cat, because they stepped on the cat's foot prints. We haven't seen or heard the cat, so I suspect it's no longer alive, probably skinned for someone's hat." She tries to follow the footsteps to where they go.

Scath Lynx |

Scath will give a small growl and a huff, keeping his distance. He can't speak, so all he can do is give a feline grunt and huff, and then leap to the side five ft in case the masked woman attacks where he was.

DM Kana |

kekekekeke!
Since the tracks have been pointed out, those who failed can see where something passed through but not the details. Anyone who wishes to follow said tracks needs to roll a survival check and tell me if you are following Scath's or the other set. Or you can just keep moving. Or some other option. I just need to know what the party, or individuals plan.

Trusk, the Warchild |

"So, do we follow the cat's tracks, or follow the fresher ones? I say the fresher ones. They'll probably be our best bet at figuring out who's raising these zombies, and if they're involved with the kids disappearing."

Scath Lynx |

Scath tilts his head. "Who be you?" He asks in feline, the same language he would use with another feline. A lot of hisses and growls and some body language. Unlikely as it is she understands feline, it's worth a try. And then he scratches at an ear, as his brain tries to make the forest look like a cave for some reason.

DM Kana |

Wylliam and Valeria together are easily able to follow the tracks thanks to his training. The tracks (marked on the map) come out from an alcove, head deeper into the cave before heading back towards the alcove.
Time: 3 min 18 secs

Trusk, the Warchild |

"Looks like someone's done some pacing." Trusk says as he approaches the corner to peek around it.
Darkvision should let me see a fair bit further so long as there aren't any major obstructions along the way.

Alexis Carevin |

"There must be a hidden door around here." Alexis approaches with her magic lights and begin to slowly search the walls.
Take 20 for 25 perception.

mdt |

Valeria snorts and begins searching the walls, touching, using her fingernails on the stone to find fake stone, listening for a different tember when she taps a fingernail on the stone.
Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

Scath Lynx |

Keeping his hackles up, Scath slinks slowly up to the hand, his nose wrinkling as he sniffs at it.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24

DM Kana |

Trusk, you see through the opening, another kobold zombie cross your vision field before it shambles on, not paying any attention to you.
Alexis, this door is extremely well hidden, if someone hadn't forgotten to hide their tracks to this door you aren't sure you would have found it. It takes you a while, but eventually you find a rock that when pressed just right opens the door.
Time=3 mins 48 secs
Sorry about all the delays on this. Had family in to visit followed promptly by a cold.

Scath Lynx |

Scath takes a sniff of the woman's outstretched hand to get a good scent.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
Then he racks his brain trying to figure out who she is.
Int Check: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13

mdt |

Valeria smiles grimly as the door slides up. "Let's go people, time to beard the lion in his den." She says in a soft whisper, moving very slowly forward with whoever else goes with her, looking for traps.
Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12

Alexis Carevin |

"This is definitely the work of some evil mind. Let's see who's behind this!"

Alexis Carevin |

"We will deal with later. Quickly, inside the door before our GM is busy again!"
Where is the kitty purry by the way?
