When playing OP, can you reconstruct your decks between sessions? I understand how Deck Upgrades would work, as you can just refer to the log sheet. But what about the Scenario reward. Does whatever I draw effectively become Weapon B/1 or is it the Exact card I drew?
You can't reconstruct your decks between sessions.
Whatever you draw is exactly what you can add to your deck for next time. It would be recorded on the log sheet as well (well, at least it has in my log sheets).

Choose whether you want weapon or spell and draw a random one from your class deck cards that are deck B or 1 of that type and aren't currently in your character deck.
A lot of the Paladin weapons assume you'll have a mount and Koren doesn't do allies very well. So I'm going to go with a random spell...
Detect Evil - B

I see. The log sheet in the Wrath Guild Guide has two scenario card rewards (01-2A & 01-1C) and what the exact card was isn't mentioned. Sooo there's the source of my confusion.

I believe this is the complete list:
Frostbite Spell B
Leather Armor Armor B
Leather Armor Armor B
Magic Leather Armor Armor B
Spellmaster's Tricorne Item 1
Tot Flask Item B
Blessing of Abadar Blessing C
Blessing of the Gods Blessing B
Or....
Spell B
Armor B
Armor B
Armor B
Item 1
Item B
Blessing B
Blessing B
So, look through your decks and see what you would want and post your top want (or wants if more than one are equally desirable to you).

I'd take a Spell 1 or B.
Well, there is a Spell B (I acquired one). Just not a Spell 1 - that is Ezren's.

You know, I looked at that list.
And then again when you said there was a Spell, and didn't see one either time.
I looked harder though...

I'm okay with the Armor B.
How do the Iconics cards work? Are we allowed to take those as Basic upgrades? The Paladin's Helm would be great if it was considered an Armor B.
Yes, you can treat the Iconics promos as if they had the "B" set indicator, which means you can choose them for upgrades if they have the same type as a "B" card you gained. :)

You get the Sphere of Fire and your selection from Hawk's list
So Vika: Item 1
Jirelle: Blessing BKorne: Armor B
Ezren: Spell B

I'm sad this enterprise wrapped up so quickly... Thanks Hawkmoon for putting this together!
I actually ordered one of the PACG Ultra Pro Dual Deck Boxes for this.
It arrives tomorrow.
Well, I'm willing to run more scenarios. I promised everyone that didn't get in this time I'd do this same scenario again for them. But once I've done that, I'll post a recruitment thread again for the second scenario.

Well that was easy.
Not a single die rolled in anger!

I look forward to it.
So is this reported or do we record-keep ourselves?

Tier play:
-Ignore all feat rewards on the scenario rewards section.
-Play one scenario, get a skill feat.
-Play second scenario, get a power feat.
-Play third scenario, no reward.
-Play fourth scenario, get a card feat. You then have the option to "tier up", or you may wait until you finish the entire adventure of that level.
Non-tier play:
-You get the rewards listed on the scenarios exactly as they're listed. You only "tier up" when you complete an adventure.

I'm willing to run the next scenario with the four of us if everyone is willing to trust that I won't look at the cards ahead of time. That might make the turns go a bit slower but I have fairly constant net access and card access (I work from home).
Awesome! I'm in.
I don't have a preference for Tier/Non-Tier. Conversion at this point would be very easy: I think we'd just get access to a skill feat, but otherwise we'd have no changes to our characters/decks.
Whats the next scenario reward?

cosined |

Also I have an alternate suggestion
Hawk, would you like to join us for a full campaign? You said the cards were held in a database, so it should be relatively easy for you to do a shuffle just before your turn so you don't know what's coming ( unless it's a known card on top by scouting)
Thoughts?
If I may speak for Hawk, I believe his intention is to run 0-1A back for the folks that missed out on this run (from the random draw)

jduteau |

Also, I don't think the issue is with shuffling, but the fact that he has to post the upcoming cards for others, which means he pretty much has to see them.
Yeah, that is the issue. If you're playing, then you can't post the upcoming cards until it is someone's turn. That makes the game run slower as the "game-runner" can't look and has to wait until each player says "ok, what's the next card?"

Was the reason for switching to tier play to make allowances for players who missed an adventure? If so, we could stay with non-tier play since we shouldn't have to miss an adventure. We can do them in order.

Yep, the idea was to allow for people who missed a gameday, and also incase you wanted to jump around between seasons with a single character (though you miss out on adventure and adventure path rewards that way).

Yeah, not knowing what cards are coming is the difficulty. I've done it before, basically pre-announcing my plans before posting cards. I'm also working on a project that would help with it, basically creating a program that gives me the already formatted post for the cards. As long as I don't look to closely when I copy and paste, I don't see what card. And I can make the text in my program white text on white background to help with that. But I'm not quite there yet.
And, yes, my plans for now are to go and run a scenario for those that didn't get in the random drawing for this one. If you guys want to go on to another scenario, feel free to do so. After I finish the other group, I'll run scenario 2 for those that need it.
