Yar me maties! I must have missed this thread when it first went up.

Looks like I forgot one of my skill feats.

I'll take an Armor feat and would like the Armor 1. That will give me:

After you play a spell that has the Arcane trait, you may examine the top card of your deck; if it is a spell, you may recharge it or put it in your hand.

When another character at your location attempts a combat check that has the Arcane trait, add 2 to it.

My blessing draw is useless, so I won't bother.


How many feats of each type should we have? And what's a character card reward?

Dsicard Sling, we get a weapon for plunder.
Flaming Sphere + Koren: 1d12 + 2d6 + 3 + 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (10) + (6, 2) + 3 + (4) + 1 = 26
recharge: 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 No.
Top of deck is Acolyte.
I'll examine Shark Island for closing Rocky Cliffs.

Without help my avg is 16 and he gets 1d6 sonce i'm alone.


Given all my combat spells, this could be fortuitous. Are we ready to finish this scenario? My combat will be 1d12+2d6+3 with either Sphere o fire of Dehy. touch.

Might as well. I'm terrible at ships and have discard fodder.


That would be nice. Currently they're most likely to be discarded for structural damage.

I know I gripe about having a tough time with non-intelligence skills. I forget how much of a difference Augury can make in bypassing banes.

I don't need this cutlass and can pass it off at some point if I haven't discarded it for damage.

A) the scenario rules say to banish non-villain monsters, and parrot is an ally.

b) which are the henchmen for the scenario? shipwrecks?

c) I have augury, which I would like to use for barriers if shipwrecks are the henchmen (which they probably are since otherwise we'd have a hard time closing locations).

Aren't our ships chosen from the Class 3 and lower ships in the box? None of the special scenario-only ships have a when commanding power nor a check to repair.


Wow. I can't help but wonder if I shouldn't have picked another character for this Season. Those ships are going to be bad for me.

Hmm. I guess i didn't pull out that card from my set. (Without healing i'd not be seeing it again anyway, maybe that's why i didn't)

I acquired exactly zero cards this game.


With Sphere of fire, Koren's discard, and my eye patch, I can get 1d12+3d6+1d4+4 (avg. 23). I can give Koren magic weapon for 1d4.

Not something to keep, but I might get a free explore after using this Toad: 1d6 ⇒ 4
