Also, this blog post is listed in the Additional Resources as legal for PFS play, so that gives subdomains for most of the minor dieties.

I updated the Document with the list deities that are PFS legal choices for PCs.
Instead of choosing a Deity those that own Pathfinder Player Companion - Faiths & Philosophies now have the option of choosing a Pantheon of Deities. Please note that Clerics, inquisitors, paladins, cavaliers of the order of the star, samurai of the order of the star are still restricted to choosing one Deity that is allowed according to the PFS guide and additional resources and cannot choose a Pantheon. I have added a separate list of Pantheons allowed according to additional resources below the list of gods.
Here is the Updated Source

3 pages of postings and not a single mention of The Living God? Seriously? Son, I am disappoint.
Razmir, as one of the Ascended, is clearly a god. He can grant the Law, Evil, Charm, and Trickery Domains to his clerics. He has a well established church. He has hundreds of worshippers and a nation dedicated to His church. He single handedly destroyed a major city overnight and conquered the Test of the Starstone. Why isn't he on the list of available gods? Is it because the other gods ignore him? They are just jealous; Razmir says so. At least He is available to visit. Razmir keeps a holy domain right on the material plane unlike all those other snobby gods.
He even had his own module for crying out load......

Seems I missed an update in Additional Resources for Chronicle of the Righteous, so I have made the following change:
Removed Irez as an authorized deity per the additional resources.

Is there an Empyreal Lord with the Arson subdomain? If so, it's legal. If not, it's illegal.

Note that page 41 of the Chronicles of the Righteous is not set as legal in the Additional Resources.
In addition, Additional Resources info for Inner Sea Gods is available now.
"Subdomains: all subdomains on pages 224–227 are legal except arson"
Also do note that what subdomains each Empyreal lord gives access to are now available in the Inner Sea Gods.

I updated the Document with the list deities that are PFS legal choices for PCs.
A lot of new gods were added (52) from both new sources that were added to additional resources.
Almost all the Gods that were already authorized, Inner Sea Gods was added as a source. The only ones that did not get Inner Sea gods added as a source were the Gods first introduced in Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Dragon Empires Gazetteer, Pathfinder Player Companion: Dragon Empires Primer and the new gods added from Pathfinder Adventure Path #80: Empty Graves (Mummy’s Mask 2 of 6).
Below is what was added to Additional Resources:
Pathfinder Adventure Path #80: Empty Graves (Mummy’s Mask 2 of 6): Gods: the gods on page 65–75 are legal for play
Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Inner Sea Gods:Gods: all of the gods listed in the appendix are legal choices except daemon harbingers, great old ones, infernal dukes, malebranche, nascent demon lords, orc deities, outer gods, qlippoth lords, and whore queens

It still confuses me that Deskari is a legal deity, but Cthulhu, and Yog-sothoth aren't.
*Cough* And
Lissala
Apep
Ahriman
Socothbenoth
Kabriri
Jezelda
and Mestama
*Cough*
Seriously we've got the primary antagonist of season 4, the god of absolute oblivion, god of bleak desert oblivion, the demon lord of super perversion in all the wrong ways, ghouls and cannibals, rampant spreading of lycanthrope, and hag based cruelty all legal (and most having at least 1 scenario I can think of where they really wouldn't work) and yet no Azathoth. Killing me.
At this rate I will be able to play a cleric of Fulca or Zepar before I can roll out a freakin cleric of Azathoth or Shub.

Has anyone explained why the Mythos has been locked out of legal character choice for a cleric to worship? They have the Dark Tapestry for Oracles. Are they worried about Chaosium and copyright?
Probably worried about the theme of the Mythos not being too conductive to cooperation and driving worshipers to madness.
That and worried how players would always be asking if the stars were right... or some fhtagn thing...

Come on now, just because someone is crazy doesn't mean that they can't cooperate. My cleric was originally designed as a worshiper of the Great Old Ones until I discovered that was not a legal option (that was a sad day, indeed). I just switched him over to become a follower of The Lantern King. Same domains, same insanity, still a team player. At least I got to go on a bit of an insane rant about the Great Old Ones occupying the space between the stars and how they will one day wake up and return to the world and how everyone will then enjoy a grandeur so vast that it shatters the fragile minds of both mortals and the "gods" that they worship...

Looks good Dragnmoon. Very dedicated work to sift through all those books and make that list.
On a side note. I looked at Besmara on the list. I also found her mentioned solely in the Pathfinder Player Companion: Pirates of the Inner Sea book.
Additional Resources does not add Pathfinder Player Companion: Pirates of the Inner Sea as a legal source for Besmara. Currently the legal sources for Besmara are The Inner Sea World Guide, Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Gods and Magic, Pathfinder Player Companion: Champions of Balance and Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Inner Sea Gods.

It so annoys me that they made Thoth LN - I'd honestly peg him for NG. He's as honest and reliable as they come, but it's due to personal self-assuredness rather than really being the sort to bow His head before anyone or anything else (in some versions of the mythology, Thoth was somehow already there when Ra came into being), and he even has a trickster side.

I updated the Document with the list deities that are PFS legal choices for PCs.
The new Source Added with the Additional Resources update on 30 October 2015 is:
Pathfinder Campaign Setting - Distant Shores: Deities: A PC may select Ashukharma, Kelksiomides, Matravash, Mazludeh, Omrataji, or Psomeira as her patron deity. As noted in the deity entry, divine spellcasters who have selected Psomeira as a deity are unable to cast 9th-level divine spells.
Here is a break down on what was added

nice... with a listing of sources.
the domains
in the back of Inner Sea Gods p316-329 is a split table listing many Deities with domains, subdomains, favored weapons, etc.
Gods: all of the gods listed in the appendix are legal choices except daemon harbingers, great old ones, infernal dukes, malebranche, nascent demon lords, orc deities, outer gods, qlippoth lords, and whore queens. A PC may worship a dead deity, but such gods grant no spells or other benefits;
Aroden is listed in the appendix on pg 330 (referencing pg193). The dead list includes: Acavna, Amaznen, Aolar, Arazni, Aroden, Azhia, Curchanus, Former Horsemen(list), Ibdurengian, Ihys, Mharah, and Peacock Spirit. Having a name start with "A" seems problematic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm not sure the player is actually doing that, given that Aroden was dead decades before his character was even born. It sounds more like a player wanting to play a god specifically because he was told he can't.

I guarantee you this was not the case. FYI, 3 years later, this player is a well respected personality within PFS. Player, GM, PbP GM, 5 stars, and Venture-Captain Lieutenant.
I don't think casting aspersions on people without knowing the details is a good idea.

all items are legal except those marked (!PFS), some are not specifically addressed(NSpcAdr) relying on "If a product does not appear on this list, then it is not considered legal for play." and "Below is a specific list of Paizo Inc. products and the equipment, traits, deities, spells, feats, and classes contained within that are legal for play in Pathfinder Society Organized Play."
so, in odd logic if just a book is listed it is all legal, but if some section is specifically listed then the rest is illegal?... anyway...
Void Domain (Yog-Sothoth) p49; Contact Entity(!PFS) p112, Elder Sign(NSpcAdr assume !PFS) p227, Horror Adventures.
