When DMing one time I set up a small town like it was a cowboy film. The boss of the gang running it was Jackson King, his 'moll' was Queeny and his right hand man/psychotic enforcer was One-Eyed Jack.

Their spell-caster was Joker, and the gang was completed with the brothers Ace, Deuce and Trey.

Proctar Silex - Fighter
Sir Loin of Beef

Grand Lodge

Lou Seher (Oracle)

Robert Loblaw (but call him Bob)

A sorceress named Tereff (but you call her Miss Tereff)

And one character that I used for nothing more than the start of the game with every intention of killing him off (courtesy of a short rope and a tall tree) before the first level up that the DM okayed. Name of Yawa Worht (spell it backwards).

I tend to avoid "punny" names for my PCs since I tend to want my characters to be believable characters in the world they are in.

However, I do indulge my punny bone for NPCs that I put in my campaigns.

Unfortunately I tend to out-clever myself by delving into Greek or Latin for my puns, which nobody gets.

For example, if I'm going to have a fire-based sorcerer in my game, I'll translate "fire wizard" to "ignis veneficus". That may be enough right there, or I may decide to make it a female wizard named "Venus Ignificus"

I had a female bard named Ubera Formosus. Nobody got it.

Rob marks(con man)
Ian Steel(thief)

Claude the psionic warrior. It's not that funny until you see him in combat. His claws did 3d6 at level 8.

The Exchange

I grabbed this PFS name before anyone else could. He'll be a support type and introduce himself as "that *adjective* gnome, Anis Aniland".

Silver Crusade

Flint Westwood (gunslinger)

Funny story. I had a Clint Westwood gunslinger in a game once. The player was notorious for being unoriginal with names, so I was very impressed with this one that wasn't "Tim" or "Tom". It took me about ten sessions to finally realize (mid-game) where the name was coming from.

Epic facepalm ensued.

Paizo Employee

Pierce Bowman, my fighter/archer

Quintus Genericus, my 5th PFS "character" - never played or even statted out, just accumulating GM credits.

Gawain Komando

Hung Lo

Magie Coal - (Magical)

My nephew just played Flint Westwood the pistolero in the First section of RotRL and was epicly disappointed having to shoot at 14 touch AC and doing 2-3 damage per shot. He failed to look at the sheet thoroughly so missed the 'Up Close and Deadly' deed. I played a halfling master Summoner named, Injor Faise, Brikk othuse a.k.a St. Anger, half orc inquisitor of Gorum, a half elf alchemist and a Dwarven Ranger. No punny names for the last two, well actually the alchemist is Ignatius the Bold so kind of I guess but definitely not the Dwarf Ranger.

Nicholas Mage.

I once played a fighter/cleric named Chuck Morris, but I don't usually go for puns. I prefer kennings.

Doesn't mean I can't think of any though.

Nathaniel Churlwunn (anyone, especially if the player's dice hate him)

Barbara Ann (barbarian)

Drew Iddic (druid)

Madge Ickmissile (wizard)

Spike D'Armer (fighter or paladin)

Hu Flong Pu (Ninja-type character)

Grate Acks

Faiur Bolz

Rex Kalebr

Just off the top of my head...

Lea Vinn Kwik was one of my favorites from a few years back

Abby Normal - man that made me laugh, I haven't seen that film for ages!

Molly Estmee [Kinky Necromancer]

I have a Female Gunslinger/Alchemist named Keepu "Ed" Lowe. 16 levels after she was made my GM finally got it.

______ The Duke of Earl (cavailer)

______, Abott of Costello, (Cleric)

Quermidt de Progue (Pick a Grippli)

Swikee (Pick a Grippli)

Har Chur - Zen Archer

Char la'Mane (Cavalier or Paladin)

I have a grippli NPC nicknamed Phroog Lleggs. With his INT he will never realize the joke.

There is also a Kobold named Lyl Izard. And while not a pun per se I have a trio of Gnolls named after the three hyenas from the Lion King.

I've always been partial to Pent, Rendar, Vival, Bian, and Cull, Knights of the Round.

Programming jokes oy vey.

Though not as bad as suddenly realizing how much the Android OS Eye resembles HAL 9000's eye.

Which reminds me. I have a Warforged (converted to PFRPG) named Eifailda Turningtest. He dumped INT and CHA.
