So out of curiosity where exactly are we starting up timewise? Last events I recall after the second Pulse were Elise and Gerald trying to make their way back from the memorial at the park. Elise was frantically trying to phone her kids who were still in Kansas and not getting through. Guessing the kids also changed after the second Pulse which should be interesting considering how their dad and paternal grandma were likely to react to that.
Last thing I remember is meeting in the park...
Was that when the second pulse occurred?
Can I be given enough information on where we are and what's going down that I can join at the current point where stuff is happening?
At the moment it's a few hours after the Second Pulse. This let's you be pretty much anywhere in New York, or outside it even.
He lives in New York, but what I need to know is where are the main characters and what has just happened with them?
Well, I don't remember where the Murai's apartment is, but that's where Elise and Gerald were headed. Was it in Manhattan?
Okay, well, Central Park is in Manhattan, so if they live close to the park then it must be in Manhattan. :)
Burne lives in Manhattan also.
So, what just happened and where are the people with characters in game?
Once I know that, I can post, but right now, I'm lost.

A few hours ago, in game, the second Pulse hit the world. With it came a full -seemingly final- change to those the first Pulse affected.
Some people are rioting, but that's being controlled, as are looters. Some went crazy, others accepted it.
Basically, a varied amount of the usual reactions to extreme events. :)
I posted to the game thread already. I assumed that they made it back to the apartment with detours for panic and insanity. Kryzbyn, up to you if Burne is still with Elise and Gerald or if they already parted ways.
