First thing during character introduction she will do is to tell everyone just call her 'Elu'
The E is pronounced like the A in Add (which many struggle with because it's technically a Japanese name and pronounced with the Japanese's E), and lu is pronounced as the Lo in Lose (which most people get it right already).
Had to read out the full name during VTT games with voice chat a couple times before......that really get the message of 'Just call her Elu' across.
By the way she refers to herself as Elu as well, so she will speaks in third person. Much easier to roleplay that in PbP than in VTT games.

Happy to be here. I could use some help with copying and posting my token. I’ll fill out the chronicle right now.

GGG! Been a long time, happy to be playing with you again. Is the Daring Blade of Katapesh still active? Or Lauranna? And I finally see you have a character that can fling a stick from another stick…
Good to see you too, Gerald!
Abaal Zadeir, Sword of Katapesh

Oh yeah, Abaal just got doing the thing that every 80's movie swordsman wants to do at the end of the movie. He even called it the real world day before he did it. ;)
"We have a saying in my land, 'Should you trip, try to fall upwards.'"
Come Monday, he will be playing the Lion's Justice here for Outpost VII.
Lauranna has seen some play too, just not super recently, in part because of my new funny lass, the unVigilante Madcap! who is also seeing play this Outpost.

While Shonne does not have access to 5th level spells yet, nor any 'duration extenders' she does own a handy haversack and spellbooks of her own if any wizards in the party are interested in swapping spells. Feel free to have a look on her character page near the bottom.
Farrokh would also be more than happy for other members of the party to copy spells from his spellbook (The full list can be found in the 'Spells in Spellbook' spoiler about halfway down his character page).
Nikita Volkov

Hello everyone! I got a little sick and this delayed the first post in all Outpost games (I'm fine now, thanks in advance). A maximum of 24 more hours and I'm with you. I hope for your understanding .)

If there are any skill checks required to support the negotiation Farrokh will be aiming to aid the parties main negotiator (unless the skill required happens to be one he is really good at).

Everyone in the party who wants it gets Lucky Number from Farrokh. Feel free to roll a d20 to determine what the lucky number you get from the spell is.
Nikita Volkov

Is it definitely not engineering? This skill is usually used on robots (unlike other constructs). I'm sorry for the question, as you can understand Nikita has only engineering .))

Yea, the text here threw me:
Never did notice the text that follows clarifies for robots. Dang. Wish they would have just put that in the original description.
So, everyone, as Nikita said, make those rolls for engineering instead!

It's because the text for the robot is on somewhere else.
Knowledge (engineering): This is the most important skill with regard to technological subjects. Knowledge (engineering) can be used to identify a robot’s abilities and weaknesses. Knowledge (engineering) is also used to identify and understand unknown technological objects in a similar manner to how Spellcraft is used to identify the properties of a magic item.
Knowledge Engineering: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (12) + 26 = 38
Knowledge Engineering: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (12) + 26 = 38

One think I realised I didn't ask at the start of the game is, as it looks like we are at APL 9.5, presumably that would mean we are playing high tier with 4 player adjustment (as the party can chose which way to round the 0.5)?
Farrokh the Strong

Farrokh doesn't have that feat.
Shonne

The robots where obviously coming out to offer us all pie and fresh-squeezed lemonade. It was too bad no one in the party could speak Binary.
Does anyone have thr Technologist feat?
Statistically-speaking, I'm 100% sure someone out there has a character with that feat.

Pausing here to see what is dispelled.
@Faroque
I will let you pick the the second spell dispelled (one cast at CL 9). I believe that life bubble, at CL 10, is the first to go, unless you can think of any other spells with a CL over 9?
Life Bubble would be the highest level spell on Farrokh (level 5, CL9) so that would go, in terms of the next highest level spell it would be one of the castings of Minor Reversion which he had cast on himself from the previous day (level 3, CL9).

I'm not sure if we have anyone who can channel but Nikita and Reesa both have abilities which deal positive energy.

Could be wrong but that’s the only way I know of to deal damage to a haunt…

Usually for haunts anything that deals positive energy works, so wands of cure light wounds, lay on hands etc... also work. As does holy water. So Nikita and Reesa's abilities (plus CLW wands etc...) should be good for dealing with normal haunts (but infernal healing wouldn't work as that gives fast healing rather than positive energy).

I'm wondering why the shade seems disquieted by AI Isirah and if maybe AI Isirah might know something that could help with the shade. My worry about starting to break things is that AI Isirah offered to show us how the stuff in this room worked so maybe breaking stuff might stop us from finding out useful information, which is the main reason we are here? So it's probably worth at least seeing if AI Isirah has any useful insight.

Or even which things we should break....
