In combat lets try and be proactive with reactions. You can have a default note, or tell me what your general plan is etc. I do understand that things on the battlefield can change and I have no problem retconning as needed if I forget, or you'd rather react differently due to unforeseen circumstances etc.

Hi yes hello. I promise this profile will be ready tomorrow evening, I recently rebuilt this character and have to make a new profile text for him. But in the meantime for everyone's knowledge I have 2 glyphs as of right now.

3+3+4+6=16CP. High Tier with 4 players.
I figured it was unlikely that any of these characters had 1-09 credit, but it has some effect later in this scenario but seemed easier to ask now.
I went ahead and rolled initial knowledge checks based on info I could find in headers. I can potentially fill in any extra information later once those are finished.
When convenient if people could also fill in the slides for initiative/notes and general marching order.
I know we jumped right into things, like I said before I'd like to finish before PaizoCon if possible, and have no problem that it's taking our paper work and such a little bit to catch up. I Appreciate that everybody got an opening post up quickly etc.

As a reminder could Welby please add themselves to the slides so that they can benefit from exploration activities etc.
(I added them to the marching order, but if you want a token other than a rubber duck for drake you might want to swap that)

I believe Drake's slow does affect Welby though so he does lose one action.

If you or your eidolon becomes slowed, stunned, quickened, or otherwise affected by something that changes the actions you gain at the start of each turn, it affects your shared actions.

Agree, either of you being slowed reduces your actions. Good news is if you get slowed 1 it won't stack though at least.
Also: Has anybody heard from UncleFroggy in the last couple days? I sent them a message too but haven't heard from them for a couple of days now.

Trying to avoid botting saves more than necessary to keep things flowing.
I'm going to assume hero points will be used to avoid turning to stone. If you'd rather not use hero points on such rolls if I need to make them, please let me know.

Super quick recap. Y'all helped translate documents and impresses the buerecrat.
Came to visit the diplomat and showed up just as she turned to stone.
Combat has been going for awhile. Boltblade is petrified. Welby and Drake are slowed.
Betel is not slowed but got bit.
Shayla is unscathed with a shortsword in one hand and an empty hand for throwing in the other. Is currently not hidden etc.
They've been IDed as Basilisks including the petrification cure and the low reflex save.
Solid Red is running out of HP, and your side really needs fewer than 3 basilisks attacking them every turn.

If you want hard mode you need to tell me.
If you don't want it, literally do nothing, or tell me you don't want it.

You are missing some minor roleplaying opportunities with the characters (Which I normally adore).
ex:Normally I'd have you engage with Lashweather in a bit more conversation and let you place yourselves etc. But assuming you want to complete your mission, there's no choice but to protect him during his ritual. Meaning I've skipped over technically your choice to say bugger the mission and go off drinking instead, but am happy to retcon stuff if needed, if for some reason y'all want to say bugger the mission at some point.
