Unless anybody else wants her, I plan on using my special boon of awesomeness to play Arushalae.

I've got Agna from Pirate Rob's run I can bring. She's pretty good for not falling into pits and such.

If there's a reason that's less good for class balance, I've got Zarlova or Amaryllis, though I'd be tempted to play CD: Monk Sajan :)

Rob, could you PM me the exact text of the Arushalae boon so that I understand how she is played correctly?

I sent you a PM with a picture of the relevant section.

Basic summary: use her with rogue deck. Don't gain access to the owner cards until the appropriate tier. If multiple people want to play her at the same time, roll off.

Keith, as far as class balance goes, the only thing I recommend is that you have a healer (after all, Arboreal Blights and Demonic Hordes are a real thing). Otherwise I'm not picky about class balance as you can figure it out and discuss the best chances of winning amongst yourselves.

And if you want to play Sajan because you want to play a Monk, I think it's fine, though you'll have to show the card feats/skill feats/power feats available, since I don't have them.

As a quick note, I'm going to a wedding early next week and unable to post August 17th, and likely not until the evening of the 18th.

Well, I've got Zarlova if we need a healer; though she's not the best healer in the world :)

I'm not super concerned with party balance and think people should just play whatever they'll have the most fun with.

I have CD Valeros from the first two play by post games. I am not sure what the scenario requires, so I can switch to another character if that would be better. FYI: Just had a baby yesterday (i guess technically my wife did). That actually might give me more time for play by post since I will be taking a few days off from work and can use nap time for posting. After that, Wednesday might be the only time it would be hard for me to post more than once per day.

I sent sloth an email to make sure he's on his way.

He posted yesterday about a character he couldn't play, but the post disappeared. So I suspect he's at least at the pondering stage :)

There was some maintenance on the paizo site yesterday; I imagine ThreeEyedSloth's post got rolled back.

Oh! I posted, and then I sheepishly realized that I *assumed* I'd made the cut. But when looking back, I thought zeroth was also playing as well as hosting, which made four players, so I deleted it.

Here is my character dilemma that I posted yesterday.

I've got Qualzar, but he's already played through 1-1A-D, so I'd prefer to bring someone else in. The other characters I was considering were Meliski, Kyra (Wrath), or Arabundi.

I'll go ahead with Kyra. I've been wanting to play her anyway, so that works. :)

Cool, I'll start typing it all up. Correction: I'm playing Kyra from the Wrath box, not Class Deck Kyra.

Does anyone have a Cleric Class Deck nearb y? I'm at work and don't have mine with me, and have a question.

I've got Kyra's starting deck all figured out from the CD Card List, but the Cleric Deck has the problem of only including 3 BotGs and Kyra has 5 Blessings to start with.

I know Cayden is a Blessing B, but can someone confirm for me that Sarenrae is also a B? If not, can you remind me what the other Blessing B's are so I can finish my starting deck? :)

You can use B non-Basic blessings in your deck if you've exhausted all the Basic blessings (there's only 3 BotGs in the Cleric Class Deck).

Sarenrae is of course a B. If you're not using Blessing of the Dawnflower, Kyra should require 2 non-Basic blessings to start (3 was for CD Kyra).

There are 4 non-Basic Blessing sets of 3, 1 for each of the Clerics: Iomedae (Tarlin), Sarenrae (Kyra), Pharasma (Zarlova because Nethys at B is ridiculous), and Cayden Cailean (Heggal).

Also note if you're using the CD DeckList that there are 2 Longswords in that deck.

I own the Blessing of the Dawnflower's promo, I can upload a picture of it when I'm home tonight for proof. I actually forgot about that card, so I'll include that as my fifth Blessing.

No worries on the Undead thing. I had to go back and triple-check everything to make sure I didn't miss anything. This is my first crack at PACG PbP, so I'm trying to make sure I'm on top of everything. Let me know if there's anything I can do to make your job easier.

Looking at possible upgrades, I'd probably take:
Weapon B: Warhammer
Weapon 1: Repelling Pike +1
Armor 1: Fortified Leather Armor
Item 1: Masterwork Thieves Tools
Ally B: Biter (not sure whether to add to deck, but could)
Ally 1: Dog
Blessing 1: Gorum or Milani

I wouldn't say any of those are desperately needed, but they're all solid. Someday I should try to get all melee weapons and all animal allies, but MW Thieves Tools are better than Caltrops by quite a bit too :)

I wouldn't burn much in the way of resources, though, unless victory seemed all but assured.

Armor B: Magic Leather Armor
Armor 1: Elven Chain Shirt

Blessing 1: Abadar or Erastil
