Still using her healing wand, Tina gives Travigan the magic touch, and the healing is enough to rouse the unconscious blacksmith. He is a bit disoriented at first, finding himself lying prone in a strange place.

Kalvin and Marnos still to go for the good guys.

Travigan's eyes flutter open half a breath before he starts coughing violently, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he rolls from his side over to his back. His breathing comes under control a few seconds later, just as his allies' grunts and the sound of Kalvin's sword striking bone registers in his ears.

Am I still fatigued? Do I count the rounds spent unconscious against its duration? I'm presuming so, but I've seen it ruled either way in the past.

Vreeg's Chamber - Round 7 - concluded

Calling upon Old Deadye's judgement to damage his flying foe, Marnos unleashes another shot, but Erasil guidance doesn't help the aim any, and the arrow misses once again.

In melee with the skeleton, Kalvin swings, but his blow is parried by the bony arm of the undead creature, causing it no harm.

The arm continues to lash out, this time smashing a fist into the face of the wizard Crux. The slight fellow collapses in a heap as the fist takes him, falling unconscious to the ground.

Crux, with 2 hp left, goes down when faced with 5 non-lethal. No stablization checks needed.

Travigan struggles shakily to his feet, and teeters as a wave of dizziness washes over him briefly. Grimmacing through it, he shoots a dark glare up at the floating derro as strange words come unbidden to the blacksmith's lips.

Vreeg's Chamber - Round 8 - continued

Travigan is able to stand, if a bit shakily, following is collapse from wounds. Unwittingly he begins casting a dazing spell on the damnable derro.

After losing his last spell, Crux tries again to summon an extraplanar ally.

Vreeg cries out and a burst of sonic energy explodes around the PC's damaging their eardrums and possibly leaving them shaken.

The skeleton continues to attack Kalvin brutally with its claws, but neither can land against the armor and shield of the paladin.

Tina uses another wand charge on Travigan, trying to keep the erstwhile blacksmith in the fight.

Marnos fires yet another arrow a the floating derro this time striking a divinely guided shot that hurts Vreeg badly.

Vreeg DC 12 will: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
Sonic Dmg: 1d8 ⇒ 4
Skeleton Claw 1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Skeleton Claw 2: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13

All the heroes take 4 pts of sound dmg, and must make DC 15 Fort save or be stunned for 1 round. The damage is enough to put Crux at -2 and he drops unconscious, losing another summon spell. Travigan ends the round at 5 hp after dmg and healing. Kalvin is up for the heroes to end the round.

Popping this up while I have a chance (provided Travigan's still standing when his next turn comes around...)

Travigan grimmaces as the harsh cry washes over him, the sounds threatening to drop him to his knees. Shaking his head through the pain, he blinks a few times as he draws his last axe from his belt. Fixing his watery eyes on Vreeg, the bloodied blacksmith waits for an opening.

Kalvin reels from the sonic attack, pressing his hands over his hears and crying out as the sound reverberates in his head.

The arm lashes out at Travigan blindly hoping to smash something but it touches only air.

Travigan draws his last throwing axe, and readies it, looking for a casting motions by the derro before launching it.

The derro soon complies, laughing at the fallen wizard. "You shall all join him, and then I will reanimate you into my personal servants!" he cackles. Then begins casting another spell.

The blacksmith's axe strikes Vreeg squarely, causing yet another wound but not disrupting the spell itself. The spectral hand animates and floats towards the now revived Travigan, who is just able to avoid the ghostly touch.

The skeleton batters at the stunned Kalvin once again, getting past his defense once, scratching him for 4 hp dmg.

While everyone else remains stunned by the sound burst, the arm lashes out wildly again at Travigan missing badly.

Vreeg's Chamber - Round 10 - continued

Scooping up his hammer, Travigan enters the melee with the skeletal warrior, but his first blow is only a glancing one, doing no damage to the bony monster.

The spectral hand continues to chase Travigan around, trying to touch him to release the spell previously cast by Vreeg. This time the hand makes contact sending negative energy coursing through the blacksmith and sapping more of his vitality for 1hp dmg.

The skeletal warrior continues to assail Kalvin, smashing the paladin with both claws, rending two deep wounds in his flesh.

Tina's healing wand continues to be put to good use, this time touching Crux, who regains consciousness but is still prone.

Spectral Hand touch vs Travigan: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 2 = 21
Chill Touch dmg, Travigan: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Skeleton Claw 1: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21

Marnos shoots again, and again he misses, despite the proximity and divine favor he has invoked.

Kalvin, worn down from a number of wounds, strikes at the skeleton one more time, but the weary warrior's blow misses the bony foe. Then, taking a 5' step back, Kalvin invokes Iomedae's blessing and attempt to heal some of his injuries by the laying on of hands.

The arm, sensing Kalvin near, swipes at him once, but misses.

Glowering and swearing up a storm, Travigan heaves his giant hammer overhead and brings it crashing into the center of the skeleton's chest with a triumphant and satisfied throaty roar.

Travigan bashes the skeleton into shards of bone, which scatter on the floor.

Crux gathers himself and rises from the floor, drawing his acid-creating wand in the process.

Starting to run out of spells, Vreeg casts once more, this time projecting the spell on Marnos. The spell takes full effect, and the inquisitor drops his bow, and turns and runs out of the room in full fear.

Kalvin, still feeling the wounds of his prior battles, lays hands on himself once again, and then sheathes his longsword, drawing out his last javelin instead.

The disembodied arm lunges for the paladin, but misses.

Drawing a hammer from his belt loop, Travigan hurls it at Vreeg with a frustrated grunt even though the weapon wasn't balanced for throwing. His grunt quickly turns into a shower of spittle and a string of expletives as the weapon wobbles in the air and flies wide of the derro.

Vreeg's Chamber - Round 12 - continued

Frustrated by the flying derro, Travigan deperately flings his warhammer at the enemy, but the weapon is not made for throwing, and the unwieldy nature of it causes the throw to miss badly.

Crux is able to fire a blast from his acid wand, but it misses the derro necromancer also.

Vreeg, from the air, rips another patch off his necromantic robe and toesses it the ground, where a goblin zombie appears to fight on his behalf.

The goblin zombie takes a swipe at Travigan, but misses.

Goblin zombie slam: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

Tina and Kalvin yet to post, and Marnos action to follow soon on Tina's.

Marnos returns to the combat area after his short-term fear expires. He picks back up his bow, and will be ready for another shot in the next round.

Throwing his last javelin at the derro, but the spear misses also, clattering against the back wall of the room.

The sad arm continues to flail at the nearest target, but misses by a mile.

Desperate to end the fight, Travigan again feels the pull of innate magic bursting from his fingertips and is surprised when an icy ray erupts, striking the flying derro, but only partially injuring it.

The cast spell provokes an slam attack from the goblin zombie next to Travigan., but the blacksmith just steps around the slow moving attack.

Crux fires another glob of acid from his wand, but the attack fails to hit the flying derro at all.

Getting weary of the fight, Vreeg starts casting a spell, that seems to take a longer time to cast.

His goblin-zombie makes another slam attack at Travigan hitting the man just below the belt.

Goblin zombie AoO: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Goblin Zombie slam: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Slam dmg, Travigan: 1d4 ⇒ 2
