I have 3-4 seats open for this game, which will begin on Aug 27th as part of the official Play by Post Game Day 5 event. The Game will end on 11 October.
Current roster is:

It's a first come, first served basis, with the game being held here on the Paizo forums and utilizing an open Google Sheets doc for the map. Expected posting rate is roughly at least daily, with exceptions for weekends and holidays.
The requested SubTier is undecided, though the scenario itself is 1st - 11th level, and we will need to wait on more guidance before proceeding further. Current range is somewhere between 3 and 8.

If we assume that the Special has SubTier's (1-2), (3-4), (5-6), (7-8), and (9-11), And also we assume that you can only play within one SubTier of your level, that seems to force us into the 5th-6th Level SubTier.
Now, just to be clear, I'm not certain that is correct, and I don't yet have the Scenario, so that might need to change.

I didnt relize i had signed up with someone else for this game. I want to play it with you and this is the character i had signed up for it. If I cant use it then thats fine but i want to lvl him up over vrockwing

I'm honestly fine with whatever level you both want, though if you do bring in higher level pregens, I'd ask that you avoid stepping on the toes of the other player's lower level characters, (so not bringing in a high level skill monkey for instance).
As for other players, I'm really fine either way. Less players would allow me to focus a little more on and allow more spotlight time for the players, while more might make some things easier. I'll take a full table, but it's not required.

Also, if you click on my DM avatar, I've written out a few gamming notes, a brief introduction, and just some general PbP things I'd like for everyone to read through. It's long, but not terribly so, and at your convenience. It's mainly dealing with issues I've seen come up in the past, and tips to help alleviate them.
I have recently updated it, so please take a moment to look through it, even if you have in the past. That being said, I'd also like to point out that I try to rule in the player's favor when it seems reasonable.
I try to give a few hours to a day for people to post, but in this case, due to the nature of the Special (timeline), I might have to bot folks a little more often than normal. Something I do when I bot characters is to default to a basic common attack or action (Aid Another for instance), that does not use up any tracked resources. Ranged ammunition being an exception. The only time that changes is if another character is about to die, but even then, I generally try to hold off as much as reasonably possible so that the player's get to make the choices and get the glory. So, when I say a basic action, I generally mean something like a weapon attack, using and pertinent Feats I can easily see on a quick scan that I don't have to look up.
I'm also generally okay with minor retcons, if it's done pretty much immediately (within a day and 1 action). I'm also perfectly fine with people posting actions outside of init order, as I will go down the roster and put everyone's action in order when I post.
Sorry, that was a little longer than I had intended. Right now, I'm trying to focus on finishing up a few games and prepping the Game Day games. Soon, I'll get things a little more established here, and ready to go.

Looks like from this list I'd choose to play a level 4 pregen. I was leaning toward witch or Arcanist. Just to see how they play when the good stuff starts to kick in. I also have no problem playing Kirabot 2,478 if it turns out healing is needed. Edit: I like playing Clerics.

Can I have everyone also make a "quick combat stat" as well, if you have not already done so.
To do this, simply right click on your character's name and open in a new tab. locate the "Race" and "Class/Level" text boxes near the top left, below your picture, if you have one for the character.
Inside those, simply type in something like:
HP/HP Max || AC: T: FF: CMD: || Fort: Refl: Will: || <in the Race section>
Init: Perception: || Alignment Gender Race Class Level || and your most common type of attack/damage <in the Class/Level section>
Making sure to fill in the numbers that are pertinent to you. It DOES NOT have to follow that exact format, but please do include all of the above information in there.

In the midst of all the chaos, and these strange very more-human-than-human crowd looking upon you, suddenly a small tin Pathfinder Coin drops at your proverbial feet. . .
Knowing without knowing, any one of you can call upon latent powers within the coin, but once, for any of the following:
- * Aid Another: A Pathfinder agent helps the PCs solve a puzzle, disable a trap, or accomplish some other task as if performing the aid another action for a PC.
* Allied Offensive: A Pathfinder agent strikes a creature at the same time as the PC, increasing the damage dealt by one attack by 1d8 points. In addition, after the attack, anyone attacking the target is considered to be flanking it until the beginning of the attacker’s next turn.
* Burst of Healing: A Pathfinder agent heals all of the PCs of 1d6 points of damage.
Spellcasting Synergy: A Pathfinder agent casts a spell at the same time as the PC, increasing the save DC and caster level of the PC’s spell by 1.
* Timely Inspiration: A Pathfinder agent provides the effects of a bard’s inspire courage bardic performance for 3 rounds. In Subtiers 1–2 and 3–4, the competence bonus is +1
Please do not "hoard" these tokens, as there are still tables out there that have not yet ever received one.

I will be away for my grandparent's funerals tonight through Saturday, but I'll leave this open over that time. Something I like to ask after a game is for criticism on what you thought of the game, both the scenario itself (as far as you saw it), and also how you thought I ran it. Good and bad.
It's not mandatory, but it's not going to hurt my feelings.

First I'm sorry for your losses.
I really enjoyed the scenario. It was very interesting, and exactly something the Society would try to pull off. I can see where our lack of roleplay caused us to miss some things. I felt it was hard to roleplay and get in the necessary fights. That was probably just me though.
You did a good job. I've learned quite a bit about running play by posts by playing in your games. I'm not quite ready to give it a try yet, but getting closer.

I'm quite new to PbP so, yeah, we had some issues with roleplaying. But you ran it the best way GM could run for such group, especially condsidering leaving the one (he left not because of you, I assure you, he's friend of mine, and I'm really sorry he did so( )
Scenario was really interesting, dynamic and thrillig. I can't wait to participate in next speial (which will take place theese weekend in my country). And i'm glad you were my 1st GM for such type of game, despite it was PbP format.
