I'm seeing several issues with Paizo Plus and subscriptions. My account was already enrolled to Paizo Plus with 0 gold (no 25 gold signing up bonus). It only lists about $100 spent and lists me in Expert with about $150 needed to get to Master. Pretty sure I should be in Legendary if the last year of purchases was going to be ported over as stated in the comments of the blog when the program was announced.
I can see my 6 ongoing subscriptions are there, but I don't see any products pending and lists that my next shipment should be for January. What about Draconic Codex and the other releases for November/December? Shouldn't those be listed already or would that happen tomorrow?
As I'm not in the Legendary tier, does that mean I'm losing my 15% discount until the issue with the data migration is sorted?

Once you verify all of your subscriptions are listed, you have your correct payment type and your address is your current address, email support and let them know that you are not seeing your gold from your previous purchases and you want to make sure your legacy discounts are applied. List them if you know what they are.
Support is going to be busy, but that is what Jim said we need to do if we aren't seeing the gold or discounts.
I didn't even have my subscriptions listed, had to re add them.

Mini Mayhem is true mayhem. I was looking through to find what cases are discounted.... discounts applied in cart. Have to cart all the cases to identify which ones are on sale? Does the 30% battles line subscription discount still apply? Does that add to the mayhem discount?
Fearsome Forces Case shows 167.76 without a discount, description does not say that the case is 4 display sets, in my cart it is 67.10. The brick lists 41.94 in my cart.

Overall, I think that the new storefront looks pretty good. The layout is nice and easy to read, and having the ability to choose which media format (Hardcover, PDF, Pocket edition) all on the same screen is a good change that I like to see.
Some of my concerns are that some functionality seems to have been lost when switching to the new format. Previously, when viewing any item in the store, it would let you know if you had purchased an item previously and when. I had always found this very useful when ordering, since all my books are located in another area, and I couldn't remember what I had ordered or not.
Which leads me to the other issue that I faced is that there is no way to sort or filter, or order history. Plus, I found it a little maddening that there is a lot of white space displaying little information on the order, forcing you to click on that order where previously all that information was provided, not requiring extra clicks.
Other than those two items, I think the store is a vast improvement over the past one.

Well that is truly disconcerting.
I made a purchase through the Mini Mayhem deal. Picked up a case of Shattered Star.
Smooth transaction, got the email with the total correct on it. Shows the discount.
Check the credit card, the charge is the right amount. So far so good.
Check my account on the store site and looked up orders. Order is there. Shows awaiting fulfillment. Nice.
Does not show the discount, shows the full price.
Hit print invoice.
Shows the full amount, no discount.
Shows 'Payment Method Manual' Bill to my name and address.... Does not show receipt or payment received.
May just be visual issues, but not seeing the discount, the actual payment method used or that payment was received on the site is disconcerting.....

I’m not sure if I am just using the store wrong, but I can’t seem to go past the first 12 results of anything I search. It doesn’t seem to have a next page result on either mobile or desktop. Am I just failing my perception checks?
I know this is a necro, but most issues I’ve seen were addressed, except this one. I can only find 12 results and no next page(s) when searching anything in the store, even when there are more than 12 results.

Not being able to comment directly on blog posts is saddening.
Someone has to make a thread related to the post in-question and link back to it, so there's a real disconnect between the post and the related comment discussion.
I'm in the same boat, it isn't sending an email to me so I can reset for the store.

Absent anywhere else to post this, I’ll leave it here. On my phone, the “Paizo” logo in the top left of the screen that acts as a Home page link is….invisible. In that it is there, because if I press where it should be I get taken to the Home page. But it isn’t *visible*. Just a strip of black. This is not on the Store pages, as I have not been brave enough to go there yet. Seems similar to Ectar’s post on same/similar issue.
Also, I would say that yes, being unable to comment on the blog is super strange, and having two passwords for the one site is making me feel uncomfortable.
Finally, as much as this is a much vaunted “new look, new store” losing any functionality seems perverse. And that not all 3PP products that were hosted formerly will be added back seems sad.
I’m waiting to get a new computer, so I’m much too afraid to wrassle with the Store from my phone at all to a) try to get though to my digital assets (partly because I’m not sure I *have* bought anything since 2020) as most of it would be 3PP stuff and years since I bought it; or b) see if my consignment portal as a publisher is in any way better than the old system - which I gotta say was truly horrific.
Still, on the upside, I’m glad to see more payment methods have been accepted!!!

I had to add all my subscriptions in the new store.
Send an email about my charter status tocustomer sevice an got it back really quick.
But: the email i have got for the subscription shows only the adventure path module (without the 15% - but in My Subscription it is shown with thr right price)
Codex Draconis is missing in the Email and on the page for my subscriptions only placeholders are shown for the Lost Omen Legends and for the Pathfinder Maps subscription in the Subscription Order.
Has anybody a similar problem or is Codex Draconis included in the December order as I think it should ? (then I have to pester customer-service again, what I want to avoid if possible - they have git enough work)

How does one add an item to be shipped with the next subscription shipment? I had an item in my sidecart on the old store and am trying to add it to ship with the next subscription but all I see is add to cart, add to wishlist, and create a new wishlist. I don't see an add to subscription shipment on the store page or in my cart anywhere.

Battles Case Subscription:
30% discount is shown for the case.
Battles Epic Monster Subscription:
20%? discount is shown? Previously it was 30% with the Case Sub providing the discount.
What about singles? I don't see singles mentioned any more. A large portion of why I keep the case sub is for the tickle down discounts to all of the battles line at 30%.
I don't see any mention of the premium releases like the Iconics line? previously the 30% discount would apply to those as well.

Just got my shipping notification from the new store. Logged in and took a look at the subscription manager. Everything looks and feels slick. Being able to control our own subs is nice.
However, no discounts were applied to the subscriptions, similar to the order I placed for the mini mayhem shattered star case.
So far my mini mayhem order has hit my credit card with the right discount. Hoping that not seeing the discount in the order history or on the sub page is graphical and not functional at this point. Will find out, but if people get charged full price for the subs without discount I expect quite a few new tickets to be submitted.

I also got my notification. Logged in and looked at the subscription manager and also did not see my discounts. I should be a legendary Paizo Plus member, but it is showing me as Expert member.
I was worried about this transition from the beginning, and I must say that I am disappointed with the turn out.
Not being able to see If I have purchased something before? The foundryvtt store has this, and there store is not that good. Disappointment
Can't actually see what then next subscription item is until the order starts processing? Disappointment.
Loss of free SF/PF Society subscription. Disappointment.
Discounts not showing up. Concerning.
Not being able to accurately sort things by date. i.e. sort pathfinder rule books by date, newest fist. It returns Rage of Elements as the fist Item? Write a SQL query to pull the data from the data base, then match on a spread sheet with the publication date, then write a query to replace with the correct data in the correct location so that it sorts correctly.
Cannot offer discounts on packages or if you already own a pdf version of the item. i.e. FoundryVTT and PDF's. This should have been a deal breaker. Required functionality. Other website store fronts offer it.
Can only added preorder items seven days out? Really?
All of this puts a bad taste in my mouth. It puts way more work on your customers. I have my subscriptions with Paizo because I want to support Paizo directly.
If I'm going to have to do the work anyway, I mite as well order form Amazon. At least I can preorder an Item as soon as it is listed on the site. I'm not getting the discount on Foundry anymore for already owning the PDF. Mite as well purchase through FoundryVTT store.
I would lose my discount and free pdf's but don't really need the PDF's.
I've already lost my SF/PF society scenarios unless once again I do more work to actively purchase them. If you wanted to know if people are actually using the scenarios, look at the download history. That should give you just as good of an idea as your current sales strategy.
I am very frustrated, disappointed, and concerned with all of it.

I have received my subscription item confirmation via email and from my subscription manager, but it appears that my discount is not showing. Is the discount hidden, or is this an issue that needs to be resolved? Additionally, I have no idea what the shipping cost and taxes will be, which makes me feel quite uneasy.

My order spawned, and I got a $9 discount on the AP volume, but nothing on Dracoic Codex. I have spent way over $750 over the last 12 months. But there is nothing listed at all on my Paizo Plus site, no gold, and no Legendary Status. I guess that's not really as it should be.
Also, are there really only these two products this month? No maps? Can we see that somewhere?

I'm a bit confused about some things.
I was a Lost Omens and Rule book subscriber previously. Now it's only showing Rule book, but the Draconic Codex is showing as my next order. So am I still subscribed for Lost Omens?
Also, I don't remember seeing anything about Paizo plus before this, so do none of my orders so far this year count towards that?

I'm having issues with my subscription. Received email that I would be charged next Monday for 2 Pathfinder AP subscriptions even though I should only have 1 Pathfinder AP subscription.
I managed to log in to the Paizo store and check Subscription Manager and sure enough I have 2 Pathfinder AP subscriptions waiting to be charged. My worry is if I cancel 1 of the subscriptions it may cancel my other Pathfinder subscription.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Should I go ahead and cancel 1 of my Pathfinder AP subcriptions and hope it doesn't cancel the other one as well?

What an absolute mess..
None of my subscriptions carried over.
My order history is empty.
My Paizo Plus tier is as if I just signed up.
My payment methods have not carried over.
I've been a subscriber and supporter of Pathfinder since volume 1 and seeing no clear instructions on what to do is very concerning.

I'm seeing something similar. It looks like I didn't notice that my PF Maps subscription didn't make it over. When I added it, something showed up for 19 DEC.
Yeah, the inconsistent discount is weird, but it looks like it's a 10% discount for the whole order but only applied to one item. If so, it looks weird, but makes some sense, although I don't know where 10% came from. Oh, is that the subscription discount? Feels like it used to appear differently as Advantage.
I think I read that the issue of not accounting for orders before the change is a known issue that they are working on. I was hoping that it would be resolved before the first order was locked... (hint, hint).

Different issue - I got my next subscription order email, but it says Crypt of Runes is shipping, not Into the Apocolypse Archive. I THINK this in error, but it would defintely be a thing to be double checked.
I have the same problem, mailed customer-service and hope it is just an Error.

I always thought the layout of the My Downloads page couldn't get any worse, with things like rulebooks scattered across several categories for example.
But it seems someone at Paizo said "Hold my beer!"
The new library page is just atrocious. Seriously, how am I supposed to know what "2190450" is (this is the title of a download in my library, no other description). And it no longer tells you which download is the whole PDF and which is the single file per chapter download.
And the categorization / grouping is weird. Instead of seeing all my maps in the maps category I just see some on each page. So some on page 1 (along with other categories like rulebooks, APs, etc.), some on page 2, and so on.

Spending thousands over the years and not complaining about price increases and some frankly bad releases now to lose that loyalty bonous would be an astronomical slap in the face for our blind trust and support.

A few things to note!
We are currently working on the library and downloads page for digital content. We're listening to your feedback about the layout, and we're doing the best we can.
For passwords, there's no need to make a new (as in the content of the password) password! You can just use the same old one for the new site!
There are a lot of questions here that are specific to accounts, such as but not limited to discounts missing on specific orders, personal content missing from accounts, specific orders needing to be swapped or moved, etc.! We can't answer those in the forums because we can't do research on personal accounts and then post that information in a public place. If you've got an issue with a specific order of yours that needs reconciling, please always reach out to Customer Service at customer.service@paizo.com for help. Please keep in mind they are a small team, and we have a lot of tickets right now, but each one will be answered in time!

I'm not sure if this has been addressed yet and I missed it in post, but regarding the Paizo Plus tiers. As it is not yet showing the past years $ amount in purchases to determine our Rank. Do we just need to wait for that to be fixed or do we need to email customer service to put in a ticket?
I did a quick check on my past 12 months order history and I have about $1300 in purchases.

This may have already been covered. I was a previous subscriber with 4 subscriptions and had the 15% discount for having those. I recently re-subscribed to 5 subscriptions before the change to the shop.
From looking at the shop - is the only way to get the Paizo Plus 15% discount is by spending $750 in total in the new shop?
So now there's really no benefit to signing up to the subscriptions anymore, until we've spent $750 in the new shop?
ETA: If this is indeed the case, really not the end of the world. I was debating on if I wanted to resubscribe anyways as I also want to support my local game store and prove that there is a market for Paizo products. So if so, I can just cancel and keep getting books in person.

In the last year I've spent more than enough to qualify for the Paizo Plus discount and previously I had the 15% discount due to my subscriptions. Maybe I'm not understanding this, but if I now need to spend another $750+ before I get the discount back I'm not very happy...

I contacted Paizo customer service about it for my account and was told it was a known issue they were working on fixing. (As a reminder, this forum thread is tracking Known Issues)
The 15% off sitewide sale going on right now is also meant to be a stopgap while they fix the issue.

Correct that it isnt the total number of subscriptions concurrently anymore, it is total spent throughout the previous year.
What you have spent up until now SHOULD be accounted for but many of us did not have our order history transferred over.
Some Subscriptions (Battles) themselves have discounts.
My order history still isn't showing so no discounts applied. Hoping that it is graphical because the order I did through mini mayhem also does not show the discount in the order history but i was charged the correct amount and the email I received had the correct amount.
The 15% for 750$ i believe is supposed to be for discounts across the board. This guts me because I haven't gotten it confirmed or not if the battles line 30% discount still applies to singles. If it does then my question is what is the point of the epic monster sub at 20% if I should be getting 30% with the case. If the 30% with the case is gone from singles that kills a huge reason for why I maintain that sub.

I did reach out to customer support and was told Paizo Advantage was replaced with Paizo Plus. I am not interested in the gamification of obtaining gold and applying it to future purchases to get the discount that was previously applied automatically, so I cancelled all six of my subscriptions.

They did, but when I reached out to Customer Service about my Legacy Pathfinder Adventure path discount I was told only Charter Subscribers retain their discount in the new system, which is contrary to what Jim Butler told us before the store page launched. Waiting to get clarification on who is right on that one.
