I would also like to throw my hat into the ring to support a Foundry module for Tales

We're in a weird place right now with Starfinder 2e content on Foundry because we started out the year playing catch-up with all the stuff we'd originally intended to release in 2025 but ended up having to delay until the system was ready for full release. The reception to Murder in Metal City, Guilt of the Grave World, Starfinder Society, and honestly Starfinder 2e in general has been amazing, but there's always going to be a point where we start seeing diminishing returns because the people who would be interested in the latest release are still working their way through the first three. We decided to try and avoid that by skipping one of the releases we'd originally planned for 2026 -- not because we don't think Tales from the Vast is awesome, or because we're giving short shrift to Starfinder in general, but because we know we can only release so many things in a quick succession before some of them inevitably won't receive the attention they deserve; so, given a choice between Tales from the Vast and Secrets of the Swarm, we just opted to keep the one that releases later in the year.

As for what makes a "yet" into a "now": if Tales from the Vast were to blow through our sales projections and become a clear smash hit beyond what anyone was expecting, of course we'd go back and reevaluate whether to turn it into a Foundry module. At the same time, at the end of the day we're still working with finite resources, so part of that decision would have to involve weighing whether we thought a late Tales from the Vast release was worth canceling plans for ** spoiler omitted ** -- but if print/PDF sales (and general feedback, like what we're seeing here and on the Paizo forums) indicate that people really want Tales from the Vast on Foundry, trust that we'll do our best to find a way to give it to you.

In fact, both guessing the market and making decisions based on existing market information are understandable. The question is, could you have communicated with everyone in advance? In my view, doing so would have calmed many clients' emotions and also allowed GMs using VVTT to better plan their own session schedules. This decision doesn’t seem like it was made overnight, does it?

My problem is even worse: after multiple failed reattempts/payment failures, I've lost all my payment methods. The latest subscription points to April 16th, with only two blank Starfinder Corebook and Pathfinder Lost Omens Book entries—it's a total mess.

Metamorphic said in the release notes for Monster Core 2 token pack, that that was the start of 5 consecutive weekly releases. Last week we got Invasion's Edge. Next week is confirmed to be Guilt of the Graveworld. Wednesday's is likely Hellbreakers, with two weeks from now being Draconic Codex token pack.

When can we expect the release of the Foundry module? Are there any related updates or news?

Considering that the Hellbreakers are on the verge of shipping out for subscribers, will we receive tracking numbers this time (previously I didn't get one when my Dragonic Codex was shipped)? Is there any kind friend who can provide some confirmation or an answer?

Considering class balance, magi should be appropriately nerfed.Taking both fun factor and power level into account, perhaps reverting the magus to its playtest version would be a good option.

I feel that the current changes are exactly what I want. I've seen too many cases where, due to the monthly release schedule (dividing content by months), the quality fluctuated wildly among AP (assuming AP refers to some form of serialized content or collaborative projects). A single author's terrible work could completely undo all the previous collective efforts of everyone involved. The current approach can better integrate the plot of the entire module, enhancing the continuity of the work. Compared to this improvement, the absence of a monthly publication doesn't matter to me at all.

I have the same issue too. My subscription for November has been shipped, but apart from consulting customer service, I have no other way to obtain the logistics tracking information. Although I don't want to sound overly pessimistic, the truth is that tracking has become even more difficult than before. The new website is far from a satisfactory piece of work. If this situation continues, I will carefully consider whether to continue my subscription.

@JimDear Jim, I noticed that my order has been shipped, but I can't find my tracking code. I contacted customer service, and I think the process would have been much longer if it weren't for your helpful customer service staff. So, could you automatically send customers an email with a tracking code when the order is shipped? This would help us customers check the status of our orders and also reduce the workload of our customer service staff.

Also when accessing the new library, you do not know if you are looking at PDF file per chapter or Single PDF... you have to open and find out...

Like you, I'm not sure if my order has been shipped, and I haven't seen any tracking number to check.

Has anyone's subscription shipped yet?

Subscriptions kicked off later than we expected and are continuing to process now. As this is the first run under the new system, we're not exactly sure how long it will take to get through the entire subscriber list. It looks like we're about 15-20% done now.

We are also investigating why PDF copies are not being correctly delivered. I'll provide an update as soon as I have one.

[2 p.m. update] We have a potential fix in for the PDFs not releasing upon charge. We will manually grant them when the subscription run finishes for everyone if that fix isn't working. We still have quite a few subscriptions processing.

Thanks for the update, Jim! But I still have some issues that need to be resolved.My subscription order went through, but I can't seem to find the PDF of final part of Revenge of the Runelords in my Downloads.

I have received my subscription item confirmation via email and from my subscription manager, but it appears that my discount is not showing. Is the discount hidden, or is this an issue that needs to be resolved? Additionally, I have no idea what the shipping cost and taxes will be, which makes me feel quite uneasy.

All tracking information that Paizo has available will now be emailed to you when your product ships; customer service shouldn't have access to anything that you wouldn't. The new systems should be sending everything to you that we have access to.

You will be provided the tracking number provided by the carrier. The carriers we'll be using are USPS, UPS, and DHL. By default, the system will automatically include the least expensive option.

@Jim, Dear Jim, thank you for your reply. While this addresses part of my concern, I would still like to request that you consider offering self-selectable logistics options to all subscribers as soon as possible, especially for international subscribers. Often, the issue is not about shipping costs but the uncertainties associated with the shipping process. Allowing everyone to choose their preferred shipping method would help resolve this issue.

The existing Foundry modules will stay as they are (including the discount you get for owning PDF versions of individual volumes), but we'll also be releasing a new single-module compilation, similar to the one that exists for Abomination Vaults, which incorporates all of the updates and changes being made in the hardcover. Hello everyone!

I come bringing good news that we were finally able to resolve our authorization error that caused a delay in creating orders. This means that everyone should now have gotten an email/notification that your subscription order has been created!

Additionally, some people may see that items that were originally requested to be sidecarted may have populated back onto orders. This is due to running the auth again this morning and resolving the error that was effecting customers. This means that anyone who may have contacted us about moving subscription items into their sidecart are encouraged to check their emails and order history and contact customer service again to change these orders back to their sidecarts.
