Considering class balance, magi should be appropriately nerfed.Taking both fun factor and power level into account, perhaps reverting the magus to its playtest version would be a good option.

I feel that the current changes are exactly what I want. I've seen too many cases where, due to the monthly release schedule (dividing content by months), the quality fluctuated wildly among AP (assuming AP refers to some form of serialized content or collaborative projects). A single author's terrible work could completely undo all the previous collective efforts of everyone involved. The current approach can better integrate the plot of the entire module, enhancing the continuity of the work. Compared to this improvement, the absence of a monthly publication doesn't matter to me at all.

I have the same issue too. My subscription for November has been shipped, but apart from consulting customer service, I have no other way to obtain the logistics tracking information. Although I don't want to sound overly pessimistic, the truth is that tracking has become even more difficult than before. The new website is far from a satisfactory piece of work. If this situation continues, I will carefully consider whether to continue my subscription.

@JimDear Jim, I noticed that my order has been shipped, but I can't find my tracking code. I contacted customer service, and I think the process would have been much longer if it weren't for your helpful customer service staff. So, could you automatically send customers an email with a tracking code when the order is shipped? This would help us customers check the status of our orders and also reduce the workload of our customer service staff.

Also when accessing the new library, you do not know if you are looking at PDF file per chapter or Single PDF... you have to open and find out...

Subscriptions kicked off later than we expected and are continuing to process now. As this is the first run under the new system, we're not exactly sure how long it will take to get through the entire subscriber list. It looks like we're about 15-20% done now.

We are also investigating why PDF copies are not being correctly delivered. I'll provide an update as soon as I have one.

[2 p.m. update] We have a potential fix in for the PDFs not releasing upon charge. We will manually grant them when the subscription run finishes for everyone if that fix isn't working. We still have quite a few subscriptions processing.

Thanks for the update, Jim! But I still have some issues that need to be resolved.My subscription order went through, but I can't seem to find the PDF of final part of Revenge of the Runelords in my Downloads.

I have received my subscription item confirmation via email and from my subscription manager, but it appears that my discount is not showing. Is the discount hidden, or is this an issue that needs to be resolved? Additionally, I have no idea what the shipping cost and taxes will be, which makes me feel quite uneasy.

All tracking information that Paizo has available will now be emailed to you when your product ships; customer service shouldn't have access to anything that you wouldn't. The new systems should be sending everything to you that we have access to.

You will be provided the tracking number provided by the carrier. The carriers we'll be using are USPS, UPS, and DHL. By default, the system will automatically include the least expensive option.

While this addresses part of my concern, I would still like to request that you consider offering self-selectable logistics options to all subscribers as soon as possible, especially for international subscribers. Often, the issue is not about shipping costs but the uncertainties associated with the shipping process. Allowing everyone to choose their preferred shipping method would help resolve this issue.

I come bringing good news that we were finally able to resolve our authorization error that caused a delay in creating orders. This means that everyone should now have gotten an email/notification that your subscription order has been created!

Additionally, some people may see that items that were originally requested to be sidecarted may have populated back onto orders. This is due to running the auth again this morning and resolving the error that was effecting customers. This means that anyone who may have contacted us about moving subscription items into their sidecart are encouraged to check their emails and order history and contact customer service again to change these orders back to their sidecarts.
