Is having a hoard really ever useless though? (Says me, a dragon when it comes to rewards like this lol)

Hey Tomba! So sorry this post got missed! It was posted while I was away for surgery! I can answer all your questions to the best of my ability.
These have definitely been sent out to distributors! If they're out of stock in your local retailers, they are genuinely sold our rather than not having received them. With all the issues going on, a lot of retailers just aren't ordering as many copies of things, so they sell out quickly. We recommend talking to your local FLGS directly to ask if they can put in an order! They make more orders for more demand, but they can't know much about demand until they hear it from community members like you!
Also, in general, we don't have a Product Discussion section anymore because of the lack of commenting abilities on product pages with the new website. For that reason, just make your questions in sections that apply to your product! For example, this is fine here, but it would also be ok to post in the Pathfinder Second Edition General Discussion section, since Battlecry! is a Second Edition book!
I have good news though! We're still working on getting new forums, and in that new forum restructuring, even though we still won't have commenting abilities on our product pages, we will make a section specific for Product Discussion more clear, so it won't be as confusing as it is now!
Hopefully this has all been helpful to you, and I hope you get the pawns soon!
Hey again everyone!! A few things I want to check before I possibly escalate this:
1. Have you all reached out to Customer Service about any of these issues?
2. Have you heard back from them yet?
3. Have you tried downloading the file again? (sometimes it's a known issue that we're already working on and then it gets resolved quietly).
Just want to have a frame of reference before I take this along!
Just as a word for the wise here (though thank you to Cori Marie for linking Jim's response), for specific questions like this that relate to your order or your subscription, we recommend you send those directly to Customer Service (via customer.service@paizo.com) so they can see it, in addition to posting if you find that necessary! We really can't resolve issues like this on the forums or be of much help besides directing you there, [i]which/[i] by the way makes me feel bad, because I wish I could help you more ㅠㅠ On the other hand, though, it does help to put optics on an issue to let us know if is IS a known issue or not, so doing both is the best way to help us and yourselves in the long run! It puts you in the best place to be helped as well as helps us research if the issue is a one off or one that needs more long term resolution. Anyway, just wanted to point this out for the future!

That surely deserves a mention.
Thanks for pointing this out, HMM! I'll get Alex's eyes on it for an update approval!
The Hellbreakers Adventure Path and the Season of Ghosts Adventure Path Compilation will soon be sanctioned for Organized Play! Read today's blog for updates to ownership requirements and more from Alex!

Wooo massive updates!! Thank you, Archives of Nethys team!

I'm sorry that I can't say much right now. As you've noted, I'm a middle-person in this, and I'm doing the best I can. You're doing a splendid job in a tough situation, and many of us notice. Thank you, Dave! I'm doing my best, and so is every one on the team. I'm happy and proud to be a champion for all of our community, which to me means customers, players, staff members, FLGSs, our manufacturers, our distributors, and our third party partners alike!

These two classes are very interesting and they take advantage of some design space that wasn't being utilized by other classes. I'm interested to see the debriefing. We're glad you gave it! Definitely still give us feedback on that blog after the playtest is over too!

Thanks to the team for that extra effort that went into each part! What Quid said, and we are glad to have you back Maya! A very big YOU'RE WELCOME to you both here!! Glad to be back and make things easier for the community!! We had some feedback during the Impossible Playtest about lack of communication as far as progress of the playtest, length of the playtest, and where to put feedback, and I took that very seriously for moving forward!
WE. LOVE. THREADS. LIKE THIS. Carry on. ^_^
I've moved this to the PF2 Homebrew section as per Claxon's assessment here!

As I mentioned in previous posts, this sort of response with no actual concrete plan, discussion of what is actually being discussed, or why this was actually decided in the first place does nothing to address my concerns, nor the concerns of I am sure many others.
I know you are likely just the messenger, and I do not envy your position given these changes, however this is completely an oversight by the company. While you may be limited in what you can say as a representative, what you say (or truly what isn't) presents an image.
I ask again, why did Paizo implement these changes? Aside from the inevitable price increases due to inflation, which I think a majority of players, while unhappy about, do understand, why did Paizo choose to throw digital consumers under the bus? Why are they continuing to do so? Why are they, through choosing to take no concrete actions, choosing to do this?
I am not interested in "We...
I'm sorry that I can't say much right now. As you've noted, I'm a middle-person in this, and I'm doing the best I can. I'm also as transparent as I'm able to be in every instance. If there was more I could say or more that I knew, I'd say it immediately. The losses that we incurred to digital options and Society Subscriptions are not changes we want to have forever. Working on solutions to bring them back looks like our tech team being in contact with the new website developers as well as our partners to discuss and test solutions or alternatives so that we can bring those back one day. Really, all I can say is that we are actively researching options and they will not be gone forever. I genuinely wish I had more for you!

It would be so ironic (or maybe not) if the Gap and Golarion's disappearance was caused by Pharasma having a cat for a pet... and the cat deciding to attack a nosoi, jump on Pharasma's lap at the wrong moment as she was judging souls, getting underfoot/pouncing on her ankles and causing her to trip, etc.
This is incredible plausible.

You have ONE WEEK LEFT to try the new daredevil and slayer in our Risks & Rewards Playtest! Bravely (read: foolishly) take on foes, try your best parkour, and submit your feedback of the new classes coming to Pathfinder in the playtest survey!
Try the playtest!
Malevolent_Maple wrote: None of the society scenarios are available yet, can you please push that button, too? They are up and purchasable now!
Thank you all for expressing your concerns here, candidly and still in a civil manner as per our forum guidelines despite your valid emotional responses to the change. This was a very hard decision for us to make as a company, and we just want to let you know that at the end of the day, what we want to do is keep making games and content you enjoy and keep valuing both our team and our community. As difficult as this decision was to make, it was made with the intention of doing that. We take all feedback into consideration, and I'm happy to have returned to make sure your voices are not being overlooked.
As far as other changes that were made to our digital content, while not possible right now, we're still researching ways to bring back things like our Society Subscriptions. We know this was a huge negative change to a lot of our community members, and we're doing out best to research solutions! We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on this! It goes a long way!
Really glad Jim was able to see this and answer for you, Anorak! Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Remember also, if you don't have your own 3D printer or are unable to make the investment, lots of local libraries as well as even some FLGSs have 3D printers now that you can use! Reach out in your local communities as getting these files printed there for personal use is also allowed and encouraged!

Malevolent_Maple wrote: EyeballTsunami wrote: This is my first time trying to buy PFS scenarios on the first day of release since the new store started. How long does it usually take before they are available? Well, for the past few months, it's been a few hours after they're reminded of the fact that they're not for sale. Well beyond that this time as they are still not available for purchase. This is also related to the manual nature of the change! While we continue to work out the kinks of the new website, some things like these releases get delayed. We're really sorry about this! It won't be a forever situation. It's just while we're doing so many things at once to make the website better.
Mouchi wrote: BookBird wrote: Before the new store it used to be the digital editions would release at the same time as print. As far as I'm aware there has been no announcement that this is changing, but I remember PDFs being delayed at least for Draconic Codex as well. If this is new policy, an announcement would be appreciated. this would be realy nice to know To address this, it is not a new policy! It just needs to be done manually now, and sometimes it gets delayed due to all our tasks. We're doing our best to make sure these are available at the same time, but we're very sorry for this delay!

Oh, another note! Thank you also, OP, for emphasizing that the issues you took up with here were personal and based on our past statements rather than bringing up politics, as that would be against our guidelines. Everything here seems valid as far as feedback is concerned. I don't consider all opinions that disagree or express negativity to be automatically baiting.

Hey all! Just jumping in here to say that this doesn't feel like a troll post to me at all. It seems OP has genuine concerns about the depictions in the Society Scenario and is absolutely allowed to express their discomfort around it, especially since it was done in the civil manner we hope to see on our forums! Thank you for this feedback, and I'll pass it along to the team!
