Idle curiosity, I was trying to come up with the least number of days it would take for a crafter to make a +5 tome. (Like a wizard who just hit level 17 and wants a +5 Inherent bonus to Int, but currently only has enough Int to cast one or two wishes a day.) The base price is 127,500 and so far I've been able to knock it down to 16 days.
Parameters: Level 17 PC. Non-mythic. Working alone. No artifacts to help. Any race, feat, trait, spell, or magic item acceptable.
Feat: Craft Wondrous Item
Traits: Resourceful (8 hours for every 1,500 gp in the item’s base price)
Spark of Creation (The cost of creating magic items is reduced by 5%)
Arcane Discovery: Arcane Builder (create magic items of a chosen type 25% faster)
Alternate Favored Class Bonus: Progress made in 8-hour crafting period increases by 200 gp. (Taken 17 times for a total of 3400 additional progress per 8 hours)
Rule: Raise the DC by 5 to increase progress in 8 hours by 1000 gp.
Math
Start with 127500. Multiply by 0.75 (arcane builder) = 95,625. Multiply by 0.95 (spark of creation) = 90,843.75
Progress made per 8-hour day = 1000 (base) + 500 (resourceful) + 1000 (rule) + 3400 (FCB) = 5900
90843.75/5900 ~ 15.4 Round up to 16.

In addition, some items cast or replicate spells with costly material components. For these items, the market price equals the base price plus an extra price for the spell component costs. The cost to create these items is the magic supplies cost plus the costs for the components. Descriptions of these items include an entry that gives the total cost of creating the item.
Creating an item requires 8 hours of work per 1,000 gp in the item’s base price (or fraction thereof ), with a minimum of at least 8 hours.
The base price and the price after including the costly components are two different values and the time you spend making the item is determined by the base price.
The price of a +5 tome includes 125.000 gp in components for the 5 Wishes, the base price is only 12.500 gp.It is a "Single use, use-activated item" with a cost based on spell level × caster level × 50 gp, i.e. 17*9*50 doubled as it is a slottless item.
Without any special trick and simply adding 5 to the DC it can be done in 7 days.
Looking at your build:
Spark of creation doesn't change the crafting peed, only the cost.
This process can be accelerated to 4 hours of work per 1,000 gp in the item’s base price (or fraction thereof ) by increasing the DC to create the item by +5.
I think that "1,000 gp" means "the base you are capable to enchant in one session", so, for your dwarf, it should be 1,000+3,400= 4.400 gp every 8 hours session as the initial value.
Arcane builder increases your crafting value, it doesn't decrease the price. So it multiplies the value of material crafted in a session by 1.25.
The math should be a bit different:
Progression during a crafting session (base time 8 hours):
(1000+3400)*1.25 (arcane builder)=5,500 gg
Increasing the DC by 5 a single crafting session becomes 4 hours.
Your wizard can make the tome in 3 sessions, a day and a half.
RAW the crafter doesn't need to have the spell Wish to make it and if he is financed by someone it can be made way, way earlier than level 17 (I treat it as the potions, scroll, and wands, so the caster needs to be able to prepare the spell and will expend it while enchanting, but that is an houserule).

rising the dc by five doesn't add 1,000 it makes the crafting take only 4 hours out of the 8 you can work in a day. so you can do 2 sessions of whatever you would normally make in 8 hours.
grab a Velt familiar and you can increase your crafting each day with it's pseudo Cooperative Crafting also it is considered to share crafting\teamwork feats and skills.
so from the feat : "..and your assistance doubles the gp value of items that can be crafted each day." which is the daily total and gives us:
1000 base + 3,400 and then X1.25 per 4 hours. then double that for doing 8 hours of crafting will show the amount YOU craft a day:
5,500x2 = 11,000 base a day for you.
then double the daily amount for the feat the familiar has.
11,000x2 = 22,000 base a day.
enjoy.
edit. at level 20 if you took the bonus for 20 times you would be at 12,500 from one session with valet (1000+4000)x1.25= 6,250 X2 = 12,500.
so if Diego's base price calculation was right that mean 2 tomes a day (assuming you have enough wishes to throw at it...)

You can make a single magic item in a day, regardless of how much time you spend to make it.
Regardless of the time needed for construction, a caster can create no more than one magic item per day.
The number of wishes available isn't a real factor, as you need one for each tome for each day of work, regardless of how many wishes the item simulates when used.
Rant: RAW, with support from someone with unlimited coffers, a specialized 5th level character, can make the tome or a gem of unlimited wishes. Wile Wish is way less powerful than in earlier editions it still feels wrong.

I think theres a rule somewhere about not being able to take a FCB if you dont have the ability.
IDK if you can actually increase the speed of crafting wonderous items before you have the feat to craft them

I don't blame you for some of the confusion. The book doesn't separate the material component cost from the base price or magic supplies. It doesn't come up much so I guess they forgot. It really should have been the following:
27,500 gp (+1): Material component 25,000 gp, base price 2500 gp, magic supplies 1250 gp
55,000 gp (+2): Material component 50,000 gp, base price 5000 gp, magic supplies 2500 gp
82,500 gp (+3): Material component 75,000 gp, base price 7500 gp, magic supplies 3750 gp
110,000 gp (+4): Material component 100,000 gp, base price 10000 gp, magic supplies 5000 gp
137,500 gp (+5): Material component 125,000 gp, base price 12500 gp, magic supplies 6250 gp

I've been meaning to ask: Is the ability to do 2 crafting sessions a day (2 x 4 hours of work) an official rule or is it a popular house rule? Whenever I try to look it up, it never seems to be spelled out that you can do 2 sessions a day.
This process can be accelerated to 4 hours of work per 1,000 gp in the item's base price (or fraction thereof) by increasing the DC to create the item by +5.
The caster can work for up to 8 hours each day.
I wouldn't call it two "sessions". But you can work for 4 hours and then work for another 4 hours, because you are limited to 8 hours.

I does say that, but they're from 2 different paragraphs, which makes it feel like they're for 2 slightly different topics.
