Dot. Okay, this is weird. Board keeps not (apparently) adding msg, just drops me back to the edit screen when I hit "submit post".

Edit: is there some minimum amount of text required? Because "Dot." wasn't enough, but as soon as I added the rest of that paragraph, it was fine. But others managed to just say "Dot." Am I being discriminated against? :-)

People have been complaining about 504 errors for the past week. I've gotten them a lot and also it sometimes takes a full minute or more for the forums to load.

I suspect it's not the length of your post, but website shiftiness that's causing that problem.

Haven't seen any 504s, but a few minutes ago I wrote a short message and hit "preview" and it took more than two minutes to display the preview. As a former database administrator and webmaster myself, I find these problems reflect really poorly on Paizo. :-(
