Unfortunately, Calcryx666, your wish has not been fulfilled.
Some gremlins (don't want to always blame the goblins) in the system have decreed that we must spend the evening appeasing their appetite for attention before we may run the order creation process. We are busy doing so and hope to have every gremlin happy and satisfied by tomorrow morning. We ask that you keep a close eye on your emails tomorrow and quickly let us know if you find issues with your order so that our Customer Service team can make any adjustments before we start shipping on Wednesday.
We apologize for the delay and are working to resolve it as speedily as possible.

Now I don’t wanna throw my players under the bus..but they did let a mitflit boss escape in their first adventure two weeks ago..
Mine made a deal with him, he's their patsy now, hopefully that's what customer service is doing as we speak.

The CS team has given our warehouse team the green light to begin shipping subscriptions as of yesterday 1/12

Hi!
There seems to be several problems with the PDF version of The Seventh Arch (Gatewalkers volume 1), both the all-in-1-file and the 1-file-per-chapter versions:
- wrong labels for bookmarks
- 170MB (instead of the usual 20-40MB)
- images are merged with the page border decorations and cut into rectangular parts (with, sometimes, thin but visible white lines between those parts)
- the merging of the images + their being cut into small parts make it impossible to select an image and export it for use on a VTT
I hope this is just a mistake (wrong version of the file maybe) and not an intended change?

I noticed the same thing and posted on the product page!
Today, I tried to strip images out of the PDF for my VTT game, and there's absolutely something going on. Everything was chunked up.

Anyone else missing the PDFs for the Fist of the Ruby Phoenix Battle Cards?
Yes, but I prefer the jpg's over the PDF so I am not complaining just confirming.
I am complaining that the Abomination Battle Cards ONLY came in PDF and has not been updated to include the JPG's though.

Not a Paizo employee, of course, but could you elaborate? Because a few of us noticed some oddities as well, but I could at least read mine.

After a second attempt with no ticket number generated, I tried sending it from my work email and got the automated response with a ticket number. Not sure why my normal email doesn't generate a ticket, but at least I'm in line now :)
