Hello Starfinders!
The Gameday XI start date is fast approaching, and with it the latest SFS multable special, #4-99 A Time of Crisis! As of right now, we still have room for more players. In particular, we could use a couple more signups for the following tables:
The repeatability of this special is different than previous: you can play this scenario twice, regardless of tier. That means even if you've played it at one of those tiers before, you can do so again (as long as you use a different character)!
Isn't there a spreadsheet that shows the signups like there is for the specials? I'm trying to track down which ones I signed up for and I could have sworn I used a spreadsheet sign up to do so, but all I can find is the list at https://pbpgameday.com/.

That only has the specials. I want to know which regular scenarios I signed up for. I think it was converted from a spreadsheet at some point and is now at https://pbpgameday.com/.

For the three players wait-listed for PFS2 3-98, you have now been moved to a table on this spreadsheet. Your table has been added to the bottom of the list. Please complete your relevant information as soon as you can. Your GM will have the table links added as soon as they can.
This is a level 1-2 table that could use an extra player or two if anyone is interested. Use the link to sign up.

The start of this convention and the Specials is this weekend. GM's you should already have your tables created and players gathered at the table. If you have not done so already then please get that going.
The games can all begin at Midnight 11 Sept. Keep in mind this is a global convention, with the time difference that puts the start time in the US at 1800 (6 pm) Central Time on 10 September.

Yes I did. They agreed to try out the Forums. I trust the rest of you to support them and help them enjoy the game despite being outside their comfort zone.Excellent! I'll keep that in mind, and thanks again.

Since we are getting close to some of the 1E games to being reported in attached is the Boon information for Chronicles.
GM Boon
GM Boons: (Please choose 1 when reporting your 1E game in)
B1: (Grippli, Skinwalker, Catfolk) or B2: (Triaxian, Lashunta, or Android)
Player Boon
Have your players roll a D20, if a player is unavailable you may roll for them. Remember to roll for yourself at the same time. A 19 or 20 wins a player boon. If you or a player win, do another roll for each winner. (You will need to collect the winners email address to send the boon to them.)
Roll a d3 to determine which boon you or the player has won. The boons are listed out on the reporting tool as Player Boon 1, Player Boon 2, and Player Boons 3.
Player Boon #1: Season Explorer 4-5
Player Boon #2: Aeon Investigator
Player Boon #3: Season Explorer 8-9

Where do we report our games? On Paizo, like usual? I thought the organizers did the reporting & boon rolling for players & GMs.

The GM reports their game to the appropriate link that was emailed to you when you registered the game on PbPGameday site. (This is where you will list out the boons won.)
The coordinators will then take that information and report it into Paizo.
Hmm. Never got an email. Probably because my Core Race for the Runecarved Key Special was a last-minute entry.

Hi, I screwed up when reporting my Gameday Session; the data I entered was correct but I thought that everyone had rolled for a boon and overlooked one that hadn’t. And naturally, they rolled a 19 and won a boon. I tried sending an email asking this (to the email address listed in my confirmation email) but haven’t heard back. How do I go about correcting this?

I didn't get the email either, but I also registered late. If you are using RPG ConAssist, can I just mark my game as ready for reporting for RPG Chronicles like I did at GenCon? Do I need to fill out the form itself?
Unfortunately, RPGConAssist does not integrate directly with RPGChronicles (your Gencon event dashboard). You will need to go to the RPGConAssist site for reporting. Please make sure that you click on the link for the right game system.
However, if you are using RPGChronicles for signups and such, you can copy/paste the "player info block" from the 3rd page (Chronicles nad Reporting) into the "Cut and Paste Scratch Area" in RPGConAssist to make transferring the data a bit easier

If you send the information to me or Redelia through DM, we can update that in the reporting for you and make sure that your player gets the boon.
I'm currently in the last stage of running The Skinsaw Murders sanctioned content for PF1e. While looking at the reporting form in advance, I don't see it on the list. How can I report it?

I'm not getting any options in the drop-down for boons won, so it won't let me save the report. I had two players and myself (the GM) win player boons.
It looks like the reporting page for the Core campaign does not include the drop-down for boon selection because if I go to the regular PF1 link I see those options.

Hi, GMs,
We are nearing the end of Gameday. I know some of you are not yet done with your games, and that's fine and not a big deal. However, we need these games reported soon so that we can finish out the event.
If your game will not end by the end of Gameday, please report it, using the reporting link you were sent when you registered your game. If you do not have that link, please ask by PM; we will not post it here or anywhere else public as a spam prevention issue. If it turns out that something changes after you report your game, please send one of the VOs a private message and we can change the reporting.
Failure to report by the deadline may mean your table is not eligible for boons or vouchers. Repeated or egregious failure to report by the deadline may mean you are not permitted to GM in future PbP conventions.
I will need the Boon Won field fixed on the PF1 Core reporting page before I can report the game. Or I can just PM you the information.
PM me the changes, I went in and added the boons to the Core reporting.

Silly question as I'm having a hard time finding the deadline. Trying to report as well but have been dealing with IRL health issues and missed a bit of time so I couldn't report for my players. I would hate for my players to miss out due to IRL health concerns.
EDIT: Is the end November 20, 2022? If so I'm a bit more relieved, but will try to get this submitted ASAP!
