Desparately Seeking DM for a Second

Recruitment

I'm putting this out to see if there are any DMs who are willing to pick up the Second Darkness Adventure Path. It's at a 20 point buy and has custom traits, so you can check the site below to see the details and applicants.

Original Recruitment Thread

Fixed it for you :)

Echoing Krystal's player - was an excellent crop of submissions, would be amazing if someone picked up a 2nd tilt at the AP...

Crap. Is there a way to change the title?

I am going to second Krystal's and Black Down's posts - there were a LOT of good submissions on that thread ;)

I am tentatively considering picking this up for you guys.

Question: would you all be interested in trying this in 2nd edition instead of 1st?

Grand Lodge

I bet you'd get players no matter which edition you picked.

I know that for my submission at least it would be awkward to switch to 2e. The Ranger class changed a lot & neither of the combat styles I was expecting to take are really supported in-class (plus losing magic). Alera's mechanical representation might need to be rethought altogether if she was selected for a 2e game.

I admit I have been wanting to give it a go at 2nd Edition.

Not sure if a full fledged Adventure Path is the best for it though, and absolutely no idea how to build Reknar in 2nd Edition (my whole idea for him is centered around the 1e Bard class).

That being said - sure! Why not? If that is your fancy Brainiac.

Sorry, Brainiac , if I'm stepping on toes :)

After some deliberation , I've decided to take this on, in 1st edition.
But, since Brainiac showed interest first, I'll let him figure out who wants to join his run in 2nd edition.

Cheers
Al

No worries! Go ahead and take it, Spazmodeus, and have fun! If I decide to do a 2nd edition game, I'll put up my own recruitment for it later. :D

Silver Crusade

I’d definitely be interested in playing, too. Only in 1st ed though

Thanks, Brainiac!

I'll review the remaining submissions from dragoncat's recruitment and send out PMs to the 5 I choose.

Sorry in advance to those not chosen!

OK, yes, I would be interested in playing in your campaign. However, I would request that you post in this thread once you have sent your PM's, to let everyone know that they can stop waiting...

While I'm fine with either edition, I'm not nearly as proficient in the 2nd edition.

This too.

Silver Crusade

The link to my submission profile in the other recruitment thread was broken but should be fixed now!

Dark Archive

I am totally interested in another table.

And there were enough players for about 5 tables, so Brainiac could probably get a third table going of 2e if he wanted. :D

Interested, but first edition please.

Good idea!

I will post here once I've made up my mind!

Apologies for those not selected. It wasn't an easy choice.
