TRAITS
Ex-Sczarni: Though you were raised as a member of
one of Magnimar’s various Sczarni gangs, you never fit
in with the rest of your settled, metropolitan brethren.
The Pathfinder Society in particular recognized your
wanderlust and potential as an agent, and on more
than one occasion you impressed or bamboozled
their agents with your street smarts and finesse. Over
the years, you fell out of favor with the Sczarni, and
eventually left to pursue interests outside of simple
banditry, though you still remember the lessons your
criminal relations taught you. You gain a +2 trait bonus

on Bluff checks to pass hidden messages. Also, anytime
you deliver a coup de grace, you deal an additional 1d6
points of damage.

Reactionary:You were bullied often as a child, but never quite developed an offensive response. Instead, you became adept at anticipating sudden attacks and reacting to danger quickly.

You gain a +2 trait bonus on initiative checks.

Deft Dodger: Growing up in a rough neighborhood or a dangerous environment has honed your senses. Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Reflex saves.

Skills: +9 Acrobatics, +7 Bluff, +6 Climb, +7 Diplomacy, +7 Disable Device, +8 Escape Artist, +7 Intimidate, +7 Knowledge (local), +6 Linguistics, +9 Perception, +6 Perform (dance), +5 Sense Motive, +8 Sleight of Hand, +8 Stealth

Special Abilities
--------------------
Sneak Attack

If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage.

The rogue’s attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every 2 rogue levels thereafter. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet. This additional damage is precision damage and is not multiplied on a critical hit.

With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (such as a sap, unarmed strike, or whip), a rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. She cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack—not even with the usual –4 penalty.

The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with total concealment.
Trapfinding

A rogue adds 1/2 her level on Perception checks to locate traps and on Disable Device checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.

Finesse Training (Ex)

At 1st level, a rogue gains Deft Maneuvers as a bonus feat. In addition, starting at 3rd level, she can select any one weapon group listed under the fighter’s Weapon Training class feature. Once this choice is made, it cannot be changed. Whenever she makes a successful melee attack with a finesse weapon or an agile weapon from this group, she adds her Dexterity modifier instead of her Strength modifier to the damage roll. If any effect would prevent the rogue from adding her Strength modifier to the damage roll, she does not add her Dexterity modifier. The rogue can select a second weapon group at 11th level and a third at 19th level.

Evasion (Ex)

At 2nd level, a rogue can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If she succeeds at a Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if the rogue is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless rogue does not gain the benefit of evasion.

Rogue Talents

As a rogue gains experience, she learns a number of talents that aid her and confound her foes. Starting at 2nd level, a rogue gains one rogue talent. She gains an additional rogue talent for every 2 levels of rogue attained after 2nd level. A rogue cannot select an individual talent more than once.

Combat Trick

Benefit: A rogue who selects this talent gains a bonus combat feat.

Krystal

Personality:

Spoiler:
As one would expect from a follower of Calistria, Krystal is a friendly flirt who likes to live life to the fullest. In the later case, it helps her to forget the various rough periods of her life. She is cocky in her abilities but isn't above fighting dirty if things don't go her way. As expected from a thief she prefers to use stealth or charm her way out of situations over a straight up fight. Unlike most followers of the favored Sting, she isn't too hard on someone who manages to outplay her in a scheme, but she does have a breaking point, at which point she has a dangerous side. She likes to talk a lot of bravado, but she generally doesn't like to pull innocent people into her life.[/spoier]

Background
[Spoiler]Ever since she was a child, she strives to do is to live out her best life possible. She spent much of her life in the rough and tumble streets of Magmimar where she learned how to pick pockets and steal items. That helped her join the ranks of the Sczarni. She eventually got caught, which happened to have brought her in the crosshairs of the Pathfinder Society. Instead of handing her over to the authorities, they convinced her to help sneak in and out of a trap-ridden ruin. Some time later when things got hot for her, she decided to switch over to the Pathfinders for good. It turns out to have awakened a desire to explore outside of the city limits and see what's outside her usual spear of influence.

"Hey, now. No hard feelings right?"

Of course there was, given that one of the three men who cornered her forcibly slammed her into a wall. A shorter man man leaned into her ear.

"That's enough outta ya? We know ya stole that coin from us and we want it back!"

Krystal feigned innocence and shrugged slightly. "You sure it didn't just drop out your pocket? You seem like the lot with a lot of holes in your..."[B]

A blunt pain in her ribs curtsy of a strong punch sends her sliding down as she wheezed in pain. She held up both hands in innocence. [B]"Okay, okay. Just give me some time to take it out." She slowly reached down her pants, bringing out a small silver coin as she forced herself back on her feet. The man snatched it from her almost instantly to examine the prize.

"Joining the Pathfinders was a mistake. We could have used someone like you. Now no one can protect your winnings."

Thankfully, it seems like the men were so enamored by the coin they never picked up that Krystal picked up some dust with her other hand. The only warning they got was her reply. "About that..." Sand blanketed the area, blinding the three as she quickly picked off the coin back in her possession. "I'm doing just fine on my own! Her hands grabbed the arms of one man and pulled while leaning one leg forward to trip him. The end result was all three men toppled on top of each other as she made a break for it, running down the street a bit before turning the corner. A few distant shouts of cursing was all she heard before they were out of earshot.

She took to the roof just to make sure that no one could follow her before taking a look at the coin herself. According to her boss, this tin of metal was used by the ancient runelords millennia ago. Crazy world, she thought as she smirked. May someday they will trust her enough to head out on her own. And then the real fun can begin...
