I think the comment everyone's reacting to was deleted, so we should avoid engaging with it. And frankly, I hate to say something so direct, but I think it's time to be blunt: Stop engaging with trolls. I'm saying this to their allies, too. Neither side should want trolls who openly root for their enemies getting doxxed and harassed to be involved in these discussions. It just makes things worse for everyone.
Stop engaging with them until they shape up a little. Don't reward them with Favorites or with counterarguments when they cross lines like this.

No, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna win this argument, I'm just getting ready to post my ten-page thesis defense on why I should be allowed to instantly baleful polymorph 1d4 game company employees per round like some chinchilla-obsessed Cthulhu. This is how we will hold the industry accountable from now on.

LOL you are starting to get my sense of humor. I'm infectious, sorry in advance (yet another apology).. :)

Is saying, "if they have a legitimate grievance, let them take it to a court not Twitter" really a sign of being ALT-RIGHT? I did not even say don't be woke - I said do not take it too far!
Mind you, it gives me some great comedy ideas for unofficial supplements ...
It’s the usual “if you don’t agree with me completely
You must be an anti-woke incel” coupled with (insert word)ist. I had a few ex- friends who tried that with me I no longer associate with them. You and I are in an minority on these boards as we rather it follow due process rather than the court of public opinion.
It's because being "anti-woke" is alt right ideology.. If you really care about examining things case by case and with due process then you need to strip those "woke/sjw/cancel culture/etc" terms out of your mind. Using them is giving into manipulation.

Yeah, sorry, arguing has frequently proven to just be stressful and unproductive.. I keep falling into that trap, I'll try not to engage in it any further and find some time to write out emails this week as OP suggests.. (even though I'm not cancelling my subs)

So... would this be a good time to put some orchestral "Let It Be" stuff here? Y'know... for relaxation purposes. ;)

Well I sure as hell don’t advocate Doxxing anything similar to that by any means just to be crystal clear on the subject.
So.... what accountability would you request for someone who does dox people?
Asking for 2 community members doxxed by the president of Paizo.

Yes, you've made that quite clear.
Gotta say this conversation is much more fun with the middle post moderated out.

Either of those are enough to make my skin crawl and my brain melt from the inability to scrub my cellular memory clean. Honestly, I’m relaxed until I hear *either* of them…
Heh, in that case, would an orchestral version of YMCA be better for you then? ;)
PS. the above link isn't necessarily recommended for WormysQueue though.

Dunno about the Finnish melodeath part... but there are some death metal covers for the Beatles' Let It Be and Frozen's Let It Go out there. Mebbe they're close enough for 'statework'? ;)
PPS. the above two links ain't necessarily recommended for ObsessiveCompulsiveWolf though.
PPPS. this link for a death metal version of YMCA is perfectly fine for the both of you? ;p

Hehe, I knew about the Let it Go version. It's absolutely hilarious how the guy can barely hold his laughter when the juror gets excited about the song, not knowing what will follow.
And thanks for the warning; I had probably liked it better if it had been another attempt to rickroll me (and not André Rieu) ^^.
As far as finnish bands are concerned, I remember that Children of Bodom once covered Brittney Spears, but that was, while absolutely awesome, even more horrible than the original, so I won't link it here.
I'm more into stuff like this amazing piano cover of Insomnium's Heart Like a Grave. That's music that I find relaxing.
