Here's hoping someone speaks to it as I have no reason to doubt Crystal and her statements and without a proper response, my money may be going elsewhere.Issue is that as long as there is the possibility of a civil suit any lawyer will tell you to stay quite.

This is true. It's also why, as others have said, this is a PR issue. There may be legal actions taken down the line, but statements made over the next few days may have long-lasting impacts on public trust in the company and support from long-time fans. I know that personally why I'm so frustrated with statement made by those at the top. I've read Bulmahn's statement and it's certainly a step in the right direction as is the one made by Mona. I just want some clarity in a very unclear situation. I know that's unlikely to happen as no company wants to admit to past mistakes or wrongdoings, but honesty will hurt them less in the long run if these allegations can be corroborated in a court setting down the line.

Has anything been said about the allegations re: trans individuals being barred from convention attendance/having issues getting hotel rooms? That one has me pretty concerned.
Here we potentially have the larger problem of Paizo being too cheap to spring for single rooms for their employees, thereby requiring them to room with somebody even if they might not be comfortable doing so. At the company I work for, that issue with transgender people and hotel rooms wouldn't come up because everyone would get their own hotel rooms.
If that is too expensive for them, some creativity would be required to work things out. Since conventions provide chances for employees to make contacts that help them but not necessarily Paizo, there definitely would seem to be some room for negotiations here.

To Paizo’s credit, I think we should appreciate that they have allowed this thread and this dialogue to continue.
For all the folks saying “they need to make this statement” or “they need to address this issue right now”, I’ll point out that you can’t talk and listen at the same time. And I believe they are listening.
I can empathize with corporate leadership having a passion for an idea, competing in a tough market to produce a quality product, making decisions that you believe are right for the business and your employees, and then feeling blindsided when accusations are leveled against you that you didn’t see coming. And I can also respect not being immediately defensive, but really taking a close look at yourself and weighing the truth of those allegations.
So I remain willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and see where they go from here.

There's also the issue that the large majority of Jessica's claims are still uncorroborated. The elements that folks like Crystal have agreed with are definitely the more relevant.
For years there have been rumors and comments by former employees who shared some of these issues. The problem is, it is almost always a he said-she said situation as there is never any proof. And there is always a contingent of the public that is ready and willing to ignore any and all complaints without tangible proof. Not to mention that Paizo has done an excellent job of "selling" the creativity of their authors such that a very large component of the public believes they can do no wrong and that anytime these types of things come up, it must be a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause cause who would fire a person for being difficult or different or etc.? People don't WANT to believe it, so they don't and the problems continue to fester because jobs in the gaming industry are hard to get. Moreso if you aren't one of the long-standing icons. So they trudge though a miserable existence in hopes that one day they will be "discovered" and have the personal clout to determine their own destiny.

I definitely am in the crowd that Jessica Price making an allegation tends to make me less likely to believe other people making the same allegation, rather than more. Sara's comment is completely unsurprising to me.
On the other hand, Crystal Frasier's allegations are very concerning. That is definitely the most worrisome thing to me.
Sara Marie being fired is extremely unfortunate, but there is simply no way to know the complete story there - it is legally impossible for Paizo to say anything. And I think it is critical that Sara made a comment very supportive of Paizo - something I think she would be unlikely to do if she felt her termination were wholly unwarranted.
So overall count me extremely concerned about the allegation made by Crystal Frasier, and hoping that Paizo addresses them. That is, I think, the most important facet of this and the part for which a meaningful resolution is most likely to be possible.

Or it could just mean there are very few, if anyone left who has moderator privileges or knows how to use them. :-)
Broad swaths of the contentious back and forth from earlier this afternoon have been culled, so clearly moderation is still happening.

Ye gods I just read the culled version of this thread?!
Guys. Guys.
The Reddit thread about this is calmer and more mature. The Reddit thread.

As for the hotel room accommodations, keep in mind that the likely reason for co-habit concerns in the first place is that the room space is limited during convention events that they are likely needed for, so the need to room with others is not just about not getting single rooms, but the availability of rooms for the situation.

The allegation was that a trans employee was not allowed to co-habitate with a cis coworker.

Multiple people sniping back and forth with an admitted troll. We shouldn’t have been feeding him. They did leave some of it though. It’s like a scene cut for the TV version of a movie, you can just make out where it was supposed to be originally

This seems too short to evaluate. Were there other factors to consider?
1. What was the actual co-habitation policy?
2. Was there an issue of consent involved?
3. Was this a constant issue, or a one-off?

And it's not just "weren't allowed to room together", but weren't sent to conventions because of it.

Understand, I was commenting on the need for the doubling up in the first place. Single rooms likely was not an option.

Maybe someone should put together a list of gaming companies they won't give money to. They could even color code it with the companies being either red or green based on whether they're woke or unwoke.
It's called voting with your wallets, something conservatives have claimed for years we should do in the market..then they scream and cry about cancel culture when we do.

Jeff with the accusations against you and other members of management for not listening to those individuals, it would be best for Paizo if you stepped down, and this statement will probably not get the responses you want.
Even if the allegation against you are false it brings bad attention to the company, which if you truly care about it, you dont want.
Even if allegations are false? So you're saying even if someone lied he should just lay down and take it? This is what is wrong with these types of allegations, because it's very hard to "prove a negative."

Right, but some of these allegations were denied, some were explained away, and some were IGNORED.
Let's assume that all of the denials are fine, and that all the explanations are valid. I am still wanting to know whether trans employees were prevented from attending cons due to Paizo policy. They may not be able to prove a negative, but they haven't even acknowledged the claim, and that's strange, given how most of the other claims have been addressed in one way or another.

I've been giving Jason Bulmahn some consideration, and I've come to the opinion that he should no longer have authority over people anymore in said workplace, considering he has admitted to making romantic advances towards at least one Coworker who reported to him, and when that did not work out, Cut her out of the system.
It's good that he admitted to this(thats a first step), and apologized, but what don't we see here? He seems unsure if he had done it to anyone else.
