This is true. It's also why, as others have said, this is a PR issue. There may be legal actions taken down the line, but statements made over the next few days may have long-lasting impacts on public trust in the company and support from long-time fans. I know that personally why I'm so frustrated with statement made by those at the top. I've read Bulmahn's statement and it's certainly a step in the right direction as is the one made by Mona. I just want some clarity in a very unclear situation. I know that's unlikely to happen as no company wants to admit to past mistakes or wrongdoings, but honesty will hurt them less in the long run if these allegations can be corroborated in a court setting down the line. ![]()

After reading Crystal's statements, this stuck out as something that needed to be addressed immediately and I have yet to see anything related to it in any official statements from Paizo or from Paizo employees. Here's hoping someone speaks to it as I have no reason to doubt Crystal and her statements and without a proper response, my money may be going elsewhere. ![]()
![]() I'm saddened to hear about the accusations; the statements from Jessica Price and Crystal Frasier both seem genuine. I've been a fan of Paizo for 10 years, own all of the hardcovers for 1st edition (I have too many adventures to run to make the jump to 2E) and Starfinder, several APs, and about 50 softcover books. Pathfinder and Paizo drew me in because they were (at least on the surface) inclusive and progressive in a way that many TTRPG companies were not. As someone who games with LGBTQ players and GMs for them more often than not, being able to use pre-written material and still provide a safe and accepting atmosphere without having to retcon or change anything has kept me around. Crystal's work on War for the Crown is perhaps my favorite work in any RPG period. My group has loved their time in Golarion and certainly hopes to spend more time there in the future. With all of that being said, I don't think I can in good conscience support a company that doesn't live up to the words that they put to paper. All companies have room to grow; it is clear that this is a pivotal moment for Paizo. They can do right by their customers, employees, and fans and right wrongs, celebrate diverse viewpoints, allow all employees to have a voice in the organization, and move to adequately compensate their employees. I know there's a lot more going on than the things I've mentioned and that I've hardly made any comments on the forums, but if it is substantiated that Paizo allowed for sexual harassment, transphobia, discrimination, or misconduct, I will stop supporting the company entirely. ![]()
![]() Hi, I was wondering if you could remove Combat Tiers Base Set from my Sidecart. I was under the impression that it would ship with my next subscription order, but it never did. So, I would like it removed so that I can order it separately at a later date, and not have to worry about getting duplicates. Thanks,
